As we all know, Toy Biz and Marvel screwed us out of quite a few good tag team sets when they lost the license to produce WCW and TNA action figures (Kronik, Team 3D, LAX). Working from prototype pictures, I'm attempting to rectify this starting with WCW's Kronik (Brian Adams and Bryan Clark). I started by acquiring a TNA Series 8 Cowboy James Storm head, and attaching it to a Power Slammers Sid Vicious body. Here's how it looks so far: Granted, the skin tone is a bit off, and the peg in the neck was a bit of a pain, but I figure once I fix the goatee and add the Ralph's singlet and jacket (my painting skills are not great), I'll have a passable Adams for my Tag Team division. Thoughts?

Well, I really think you should consider letting someone repaint the hair and add the goatee. Other then that it looks pretty good, I'm more interested in seeing Clark. Are you going to use the WCW toybiz Wrath head sculpt?

Are you going to use the WCW toybiz Wrath head sculpt? I'd planned on using the entire WCW Wrath figure, and either repainting the tights or ordering them from Ralph's.

You're right, Toybiz never seemed to hold the toy licensing for figures for extended periods... But I used to love their WCW figures when I was a kid! I hope they turn out well! .

Sorry to bump the thread this late, but I've finally finished work on this one. Repainted the head and goatee, and added the outfit from the SPAM SPAM SPAM company. Sorry for the low-resolution cell phone pics. I'll be starting work on Clark next.
