With him rarely getting any tv time now, what are the chances of his Elite figure being released?

I think he was supposed to be in E16 but he wasn't on TV enough. I doubt we'll get him at all.

Mattel Design Team mentioned that the Randy Orton in E16 was a standby choice for a guy who was slated for E16 but then their Television time dropped off the face of the Earth. Given that they churned out two Riley figure is basic form so quickly after each other, it seems like they were really psyched on the guy, so it would make sense. I can't think of anyone else who they would think Elite-worthy who fits the description of dropping off tv.
Side note, can we have freaking David Otunga already. I don't care that much for him as a wrestler but in terms of tv time I can't believe he's been passed over in favor of Heath Slater. If he's not revealed at SDCC then I would be surprised. I would definitely like him and Riley in elite, though.

an A-Ry Elite with varsity jacket and a briefcase would be amazing.

The figures aren't made one day in advance. This time last year, Otunga was probably getting the same or less TV time compared to Slater. And he wasn't in the MITB PPV. And he didn't have attire that needed an elite.

It's a shame A-Ry isn't on TV anymore. The guy is still over like crazy. I know he's not the best, but I don't understand why WWE isn't at least taking some advantage of that reaction.

Even though he doesn't get TV time anymore, Mattel should have still release Alex Riley since he was an important part of Miz' push to Wrestlemania. He would have sold well enough if packed 1 per case. I bet he would sell better than Orton.

I want an Elite Alex Riley badly, too. I really hope we can get one at the least.

Poor guy. He should have never left Miz's side.

I think Mattel said Elites are planned about a year in advance, so I think we'll see one. Plus, he's been on TV recently and they already have the head-sculpt, so...
