Thats horrible. No offence but the chest hair and mustache is really bad and not plastic looking. Rest is really simple and a recolour.

If you could tell me how, I can use that in the future. If it's stubble do it like you did on the figure above. However if it's a beard I recommend finding the a real figure with similar facial hair and copying and pasting it onto your figure. The beard you made might be better if it was darker. The method you used sometimes works on the odd figure. As for Chest hair I have no idea. This is my attempt at chest hair: I copied and pasted it from a figure. The chest hair on your figure looks pretty good just too smooth and neat around the edges.
