There's No Way Out of three-hour RAW's
RAW sets up shop in Hartford, Connecticut with a preview of things to come as RAW will be three hours tonight. It won't be a long trip for the Vin-Man, Mr. McMahon when he heads to the XL Center to evaluate his Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and GM of both RAW and SmackDown's job performance. This isn't the first time Big Johnny has faced a possible firing, but there's no telling what will happen when the Mr. McMahon is face-to-face with the man who is 1-0 against John Cena. Will Big Johnny's reign as WWE's GM come to an end tonight? After initially being skeptical when he was hired to replace HHH, will Vince say he's been impressed by Laurinaitis' performance thus far? Will The Undertaker save the boss again by coming out and demanding a Survivor Series 2003 rematch with Mr. McMahon?
TheIntercontinental WWE Championship picture seems to get weirder by the show. Days after AJ, dressed in CM Punk merchandise, gave Kane "the look", she once again appeared where Kane was on SmackDown. After an interview where Kane declared he wanted the WWE Title, AJ emerged from an area behind some crates and gave a longing stare to the Big Red Monster. She also came out to watch Kane's match with World Champion Sheamus later that evening. With only one RAW and SmackDown left before CM Punk defends his WWE Title in a triple threat match on PPV, what is next for Kane, Bryan, Punk and AJ in the final week before No Way Out? Will AJ decide who she wants? Will Punk be able to shake off a loss to Kane last week partially due to AJ and bounce back? Is Kane becoming more open to the idea of having AJ by his side? Will Daniel Bryan say yes? (The answer to the last one is YES, btw)
Who needs compelling Title feuds, though, when you have John Cena getting Michael Cole in his boxers and lathering him in JR's BBQ sauce? Knee-slapping fun! What won't be knee-slapping fun for John Cena is the likely return of Big Show to RAW, six days before their No Way Out encounter in a Steel Cage. Two weeks removed from battering some aggression into SmackDown's Brodus Clay and banging up the Tag Team Champions, is Big Show looking to inflict more punishment tonight, or will he take it easy before Sunday? Does Cena's game-plan for tonight include any of JR's other sauces? What about the beef jerky?
Also going on, Sheamus stood tall at the end of SmackDown last week despite Alberto Del Rio's best efforts, and things may get even better for the World Champion (or worse, depending on how you look at it). #1 Contender to the World Heavyweight Championsip Del Rio suffered a concussion last week and missed House Shows as a result. Will the 2011 Royal Rumble winner be cleared to compete at No Way Out, or will a new challenger be determined tonight or on SmackDown? One night after appearing on TNA Slammiversary, will Intercontinental Champion Christian shine once again despite what Cody Rhodes says is old age days before Cody's IC Title rematch at No Way Out? Is tonight the night A.W. invokes Primo and Epico's Title rematch clause? Is Ryback slated to be in another Handicap match tonight? I'll ask again, do the Divas outside of AJ and Eve exist anymore?
