Does the Pic Fed Board need/want a New Mod?

I deleted my post because I don't want to argue. Since arguing has caused this all in the first place.

I think it is pointless to re-start the "Who Got the Chat Thread Shut Down" argument again. As far as if Stinger is or not the right man for the job, who else wants it? The only other name being thrown around is that Izzy guy (I hate that guy and his silly comic book show, btw) and he doesn't wanna be a Mod (even more reason to hate him and his silly comic book show, btw), so if anybody else wants to be Mod, right about now is the time to speak up...

I really dont care why the chat thread was shut down....again personally, good riddance if you ask me.

I only offered up your name because as of right now you are one of the only consistant pic fedder who is well respected by everyone. And besides you started the convo so I figured you must have an opinion one way or the other.

There really isnt a whole lot of activity here and there doesnt look like much on the horizon to mod anyways so whomever gets the modship maybe can get some new blood in here(something this board has needde for a long time) to start ACTUALLY pic fedding. I havent seen hardly any new feds in the past two years that have gotten any real support here, Benpayton for example or Fandan to name a few. So good luck on whatever the board decides and if Stinger is mod I will support him any way I can.

Nah but whoever we choose needs to be in control and especially have time for a job like this. I like the idea of stinger, but people are saying that micro did nothing yet theres been nothing to do here since the chat got closed

John, I was said I was going to stop posting shows here. Doesn't mean I quit Fedding. Sure, I had a heated response in the chat thread, but how long did that last? Not long at all as the next UWA show was up in a jiffy.

Honestly, I'm not pushing myself to be Mod. If I'm voted in, I'll take it. But it's not like I campaigning for myself. I'm just sticking up for myself. As far as 'ACTUALLY Fedding' goes, UWA does have a pretty strong following, as it's one of the most replied-to-shows on the board. Again, just sticking up for myself and my show.

There's no point in arguing about it. Micro has said he'll be stepping down, and now we wait to see who his replacement is. If it's me, I'll feel honored. If its someone else, I will support them in any way I can.

if Freedomania works out I think that'll be my fresh start I was wondering if you guys would mind if I only used text when characters are talking because commentary always gets harder and harder for me.

You know what, hand the reigns over to BRM. He's a positive contributor and did amazing on the Posing Board back in the old days. He's never been involved in an argument to my knowledge.

so what I'm getting from this is so far people that have either been mentioned to be wanted or have thought they may do okay are
Jables, BRM, Izzy & Stinger? here are my opinions on these choices if they are worth anything.
1.Jables: I feel Jables is a good guy but all we have seen out of him thus far has been promises for a show known as Ring Of Bodom. Personally I wouldn't vote for the guy not because I feel he would do badly but merely because he has yet to post a show and I feel it's vital to at least have some kinda show on or made to use as an example for new fedders to be the mod. Along with the fact as he said earlier that he has had (or has) a warning bar.

2.BRM: I feel BRM would make a wonderful mod. He has experience in the pic fedding world along with good posing to use as an example for newcomers. He doesn't argue and he leaves replies that can easily be read and taken into consideration to improve on a fed. On a personal note I find FIW to give me Pic Fed nostalgia which could help other people who want to start fedding, by running on nostalgia. The only downside to BRM I feel would be that he doesn't reply to all of the shows for improvements but then again neither does most of us.

3. Izzy: He has a great show for people to find nostalgia in or inspiration. His writing and posing are good examples to be followed by newcomers. He leaves replies on almost all shows. He shows good enthusiasm and gets along well enough with other members that personal problems shouldn't get in the way, I feel he'd be pretty good as a mod.

4. Stinger: He has a good fed going for people to find nostalgia or inspiration. very experienced and gives good tips in the genre. I find it positive and negative that you were a former mod, negative because there was a reason behind the need for a new mod and positive because you already know the ropes pretty well.

all in all I personally would feel content with Stinger as the mod for another go (worst case is we switch to one of our other ops) and I would feel good with BRM or Izzy as the new mod because you never know what a new mod will bring to the table
