Elite 13-
Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler- 2 of the best guys from the current roster
Edge- one of my favorite all time superstars
Rey Mysterio- I just love the look of his figures
King Sheamus- which is a cool figure if you ask me
and then a Big show which is the lowlight of the set
Defining Moments 1
Macho Man Randy Savage and Shawn Michaels who are 2 of my top 5 favorite superstars
Legends 3-
The Rock- again one of my favorite superstars of all time
Hacksaw Jim Duggan- of course that's a plus
Mr. Perfect- again one of my favorites
and then the Vader, Pillman, and Bulldog figures are pretty cool too.
Elite 14- this one would be higher if it didn't have either Del Rio or Cena and The Rock had a better scan.
Big Boss Man- great figure with great accessories
King Booker- another great figure with some cool accessories
Undertaker- Probably my 2nd favorite Undertaker
The Rock- OK scan but it knocks it down the list for me
Alberto Del Rio- couldn't care less for him but it does have a MITB briefcase and a shiny WWE belt so that's a plus
John Cena- just another Cena with no great accessories
After that I'm not sure.

I don't know about a specific top five but some of my fav sets include:
Royal rumble heritage with hbk, bret, goldie.
BP 14 with Punk/Macho, Gabriel/Slater, and Ryan
Elite 11 and 12 was good.
Ugh I forget a lot of the specific lineups but there were a few ill add later that I remember thinking I would want the whole set.

no specific order
-elite 14 (I think the flashbacks alone make this a great set)
-elite BOPPV TRU exclusives (love the build a figure and the line up, minus the cena just for the fact its pretty much the same as elite 14)
-elite 3 (great line up)
-Basic 18 (by far the best basic line up yet, then again any line up w/out mysterio & orton is good)
-Defining moments 5 (best bret hart figure, and imo best cena figure)
close runner ups
-Legends 6
-Legends 1 (would of been in top 5 if attire choices would of been different)
-Battle Packs 15
-entrance greats (dont really count them as separate series, they are all one set to me)

Elite 11 - All the figs are awesome except Rey.
Basic 18 - Every figure is worth picking up
Basic 10 - Awesome set something for everyone.
Basic 4 - Just a great set all around.
Legends 3 - Prob my fav of the legends series.

Not really in any order because these were all great sets, but here goes:
Elite 8 - 4 Elite debuts, 6 new headscans, the first 2 belts and both were the shiny ones.
Elite 4 - The entrance gear on John Morrison (both regular and variant) was impressive, the set was very colorful and varied, that Kane was a monster of a toy, Big Show had a great scan, and Chris Jericho had two different colored ring gears.
Basic 10 - Just a good solid assortment, Zack Ryder looked fantastic, and the new Triple H and Ziggler scans nailed it.
Basic 15 - Another killer assortment. Great new scans for Cena, Barrett, and Kane, a Diva, the best Rookie figure to be released by Mattel in the form of Brodus Clay, and new torsos for Cena and Kofi.
Legends 6 - Finally, the Von Erichs and they were terrific! Eddie and Ultimate Warrior were among the best work Mattel has done.
