-July 13th, 2012 -Live, From Denver, Colorado*We open up the show to Cole and Booker who hype up tonight's Money in the Bank preview night, as the RAW stars who will be competing in RAW's Money in the Bank match are here tonight. Booker reminds us that the last two spots in Smackdown's Money in the Bank match are up for grabs tonight. Cole makes the announcement that John Cena will be here LIVE tonight to talk about the events that took place on Monday's RAW. We here a massive explosion as the arena goes black. Cole tells us we will start things off with a preview of RAW's Money in the Bank match, as Kane makes his way down to the ring.* Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder and R-Truth Defeated Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Kane in a RAW Money in the Bank Preview MatchA packed six-man tag match to open up Smackdown tonight, as the Money in the Bank briefcase dangled above the ring. The crowd was way behind the faces as expected, with some "Lets go Ziggler" chants mixed in between chants for Ryder and Kofi. Ziggler and Swagger continued to tag each other in to the other's disapproval as they worked over Ryder and kept him down. Finally Ziggler slapped Swagger in the face and the two started brawling. Kane, who was barely in the match at this point, had apparently seen enough. Kane got into the ring and hit both men with a Chokeslam, which received a big reaction from the crowd as Kane walked up the ramp and headed to the back. This allowed Ryder to make the tag to Kofi, who exploded into the ring and took out the still reeling Swagger with the Boomdrop and Trouble in Paradise for the win. Kofi and Truth stood face to face and looked up at the briefcase as Ryder soon emerged between them. Ryder pointed at himself, almost as if he was telling Truth and Kofi he'd be the one to grab that briefcase this Sunday. Suddenly Swagger attacks from behind and Ziggler soon joins in. Swagger and Ziggler start going at it and out comes Santino. Ziggler and Swagger beat him down and soon Rey Mysterio runs down the ramp and slides into the ring. Soon enough, an eight man brawl ensues. Referees pour out of the locker room and control the madness as the crowd is fired up. *We see a graphic hyping that John Cena will be here LIVE later on tonight.* *Commercial Break* *We see a promo for Money in the Bank, advertising CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship and John Cena teaming with Mr. McMahon against the Big Show and John Laurinaitis.* David Otunga Defeated Alex Riley to earn a spot in Smackdown's Money in the Bank MatchWith a win here, Otunga clinched the seventh spot in Smackdown's Money in the Bank match. A big win for Otunga, and another step towards the top. This one was more competitive then most would have expected. Otunga controlled the match early on, but Riley fought back with a fury as the crowd started to get behind him, only for Riley to eventually fall to the Verdict from Otunga. *We cut to the back to see Cody Rhodes being interviewed by Josh Matthews. Cody says this Sunday will be a day that every member of the WWE Universe will remember forever. It will be the day that Cody Rhodes rises to the top of not only a ladder, but to the top of the WWE. Cody Rhodes says he is the future of Smackdown, and it is only a matter of time before he is the face of not only Smackdown, but the face of the WWE.* *We see a graphic advertising Cody Rhodes vs. Sin Cara, in a Smackdown Money in the Bank preview match, NEXT!* *Commercial Break* *We see an advertisement for RAW 1000, live July 23rd at 8PM!* Cody Rhodes Defeated Sin Cara in a Smackdown Money in the Bank Preview MatchSolid match from two of the bigger names involved in Sunday's Money in the Bank match on the Smackdown side. Cara got off to a fast start and sent Cody to the outside with a hurricanrana, then followed it up with a dive over the top rope. Cody would fight back but nearly fell victim to a comeback by Sin Cara in the closing moments of the match. Cody managed to hit the Beautiful Disaster Kick, catching Cara and then hitting Cross Rhodes for the victory. Cody pointed up at the briefcase and mouthed the words "that will be mine" to the camera as we cut away. *We cut to the back as the screen splits in four and we see Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel, Christian and Antonio Cesaro. Those four will be in action, NEXT!* *Commercial Break* Intercontinental Champion Christian Defeated Antonio Cesaro, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd in a Smackdown Money in the Bank Preview MatchVery fast paced match, with Kidd and Gabriel providing the aerial thrills. Cesaro fell victim to a barrage of kicks at the hands of Gabriel and Kidd, who then stared each other down, as they then looked up at the briefcase, acknowledging that they may need to come to blows Sunday. They were ready to start early but were interrupted when Cesaro recoverd and nailed Kidd from behind, sending Kidd into Gabriel, who was sent through the middle ropes. Cesaro went for the Gotch Neutralizer but Kidd countered into a hurricanrana sending Cesaro across the ring. Christian ran up and grabbed Kidd from behind, hitting Kidd with the Killswitch to get the win. After the match Christian climbed the turnbuckle and pointed towards the briefcase. *We see a graphic reminding us that John Cena will be here LIVE later tonight.* *Commercial Break* *We see a promo for Money in the Bank, advertising CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship and John Cena teaming with Mr. McMahon against the Big Show and John Laurinaitis.* Brodus Clay Defeated Jinder Mahal to Qualify for Smackdown's Money in the Bank MatchBrodus picked up the final coveted spot in Smackdown's Money in the Bank match with a win over Mahal here tonight. A relatively short match that saw Brodus start off strong. Mahal chopped Brodus down with hammering right hands but eventually Brodus fought back, hit the capture suplex and then the big splash for the win. After the match Brodus danced with Naomi and Cameron as Booker T's "shucky ducky quack quack!" could be heard in the distance. *Commercials* Beth Phoenix and Eve Defeated Divas Champion Layla and Alicia FoxA very quick match with Beth picking up the win for her team by pinning Alicia. After the match Beth wasn't done, attacking Layla from behind as Layla tried to go over to the time keeper and grab the Divas title and head to the back. Beth assaulted Layla on the outside and then stared at the Divas title, almost as if she was in a trance. *We see Sheamus walking through the back. He will be in action, NEXT!* *Commercial Break* *We see an advertisement for RAW 1000, live July 23rd at 8PM!* World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus Defeated Tensai (w/Sakamoto) by disqualification when Alberto Del Rio interferedDecent match between two heavy hitters that was cut short when Alberto Del Rio ran down and slid into the ring to stop Sheamus from hitting the Brogue Kick on Tensai. Del Rio attacked Sheamus from behind but Sheamus fought back. Sheamus tried for the Brogue Kick but Del Rio got out of dodge before Sheamus could land it. Sheamus held his title high as Del Rio retreated, angry with his failed attack. *We see a recap of Monday's RAW, showing us a recap of The Big Show and John Laurinaitis taking out both John Cena at the opening of the show, and Mr. McMahon, at the end of the show, and Cena being unable to come to Mr. McMahon's aid, do to Cena being blocked in the medical facility by Show.* *We see John Cena walking through the back. He will speak, NEXT!* *Commercial Break* *We see a promo for Money in the Bank, advertising CM Punk vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship and John Cena teaming with Mr. McMahon against the Big Show and John Laurinaitis.* *We come back to the show where Cole and Booker remind us to catch the Money in the Bank pre-show on Youtube.com/WWE this Sunday night at 7:30, where we will see Primo and Epico vs. the Primetime Players* *We hear John Cena's music hit to a loud pop as Cena walks out into the arena to a big reaction. Cena walks down to the ring and grabs a microphone.* John Cena: All week long I've been getting a lot of heat for not being able to come down to the ring and save Mr. McMahon Monday night on RAW. Unfortunately, the Big Show decided to block the door to the doctors room and I was unaware of what happened to Mr. McMahon until nearly an hour after RAW went off the air. All somebody said to me was that Vince was in trouble. I tried to move that door but I could not. And for that, I apologize. But for people to say I left Mr. McMahon high and dry, that statement is false. The Big Show and John Laurinaitis are responsible for what happened to Mr. McMahon, not me. Now I know Money in the Bank hasn't been kind to me, especially not last year, but this year will be different. In 48 hours I will rid the WWE Universe of John Laurinaitis forever. I thought I did just that last month at No Way Out, but good ol Johnny managed to kiss enough rear ends to get another shot at winning his job back. Which, honestly he didn't really do that well in the first place. A ham sandwich could spot more talent that John Laurinaitis. But thats...*We hear the music of John Laurinaitis hit, and out comes Big Johnny, microphone in hand.* John Laurinaitis: You're always making jokes, aren't you John? Well, this Sunday, I'm going to be the one laughing when I pin your shoulders to the mat and win my job back. And when I do win my job back, the first thing I'm going to do...is fire you. *Laurinaitis slowly walks down the ramp as he continues to talk to Cena.* John Laurinaitis: You're going to be a laughing stock when I embarrass you this Sunday, John. And as far as Mr. McMahon goes, he's not even anywhere near one hundred percent after what we did to him this Monday on RAW. You'll be lucky if Mr. McMahon even shows up on Sunday, John. *Laurinaitis is on the apron talking to Cena, and as Cena is distracted, the Big Show comes from the crowd, climbs over the barricade and slides into the ring. Show attacks Cena from behind but Cena fights back with right hands. Show tosses Cena off the ropes and Cena hits the ropes, knocking Laurinaitis off the apron in the process. Cena turns around and is laid out by a massive knockout punch from Show. Show stands tall over Cena as the crowd falls silent and Smackdown goes off the air.*

WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 13th July 2012...Hot way to start off SmackDown prior to Money in the Bank with the RAW participants going at it in six-man tag team action. The RAW side of things look pretty strong, although I only see Dolph Ziggler and Kane as options to win the briefcase. Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder and R-Truth winning is a good call for a bright opening on this episode, in any event. David Otunga in the SmackDown Money in the Bank match is an interesting call, but there was no way that Alex Riley was going to win this match. Another interesting decision to pit Cody Rhodes in the ladder match over Sin Cara, although I'm not complaining too much, Rhodes is a favourite to win the blue briefcase. Another interesting first-hour main event preview match from four of the SmackDown participants. Christian winning was a good call. Brodus Clay? Strange decision there, but anything's better than Jinder Mahal I suppose. Beth Phoenix and Eve going over Layla and Alicia Fox was alright, nothing special here. I like Beth being seemingly obsessed with the WWE Divas Championship. Adds dimension to her character. Sheamus beating Tensai was a worthy main event, although you forgot to write in information for that, which could take away from build for the Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio match this Sunday at Money in the Bank. Primo and Epico facing the Primetime Players on the YouTube pre-show is fine, although to enhance the tag team division, I'd have definitely kept it on the pay-per-view like real life. Good call to have John Cena and John Laurinaitis face off, two days shy of their career-threatening tag team main event at Money in the Bank, although hopefully it doesn't main event the show. Overall, decent go-home show for Money in the Bank.

A great way to kick off the show with the Raw Money in the Bank participants, and I definitely think a babyface victory was the right way to go since I can't actually see any of them winning the match, so it gives them some credibility going into the PPV match. John Cena on SmackDown is a good idea for later. David Otunga is an interesting choice of superstar for the Money in the Bank Ladder match, but it was obvious that Alex Riley wasn't going to qualify. I think Cody Rhodes is a definite possibility for winning the whole thing. I'm a big Sin Cara fan, but Rhodes winning was the right move to further his chances of winning the match this Sunday. Christian winning the other preview match was nice to see, but personally I was hoping that Antonio Cesaro or Justin Gabriel would have come out on top. Brodus Clay is an unusual choice, but ten times better than Jinder Mahal would have been. Divas are just pointless as of late, but I like that you're adding some interest with Phoenix's behaviour. A nice Main Event with a disqualification finish, but I do hope Tensai becomes more than just a filler, I'm a big fan of his. A nice way to close the show with John Cena, Big Show and John Laurinaitis. It's a shame that this will Main Event the PPV though, unless you plan on switching it out with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. A good show to send us into Money in the Bank.

July14th, 2012: 3:38PM -- SummerSlam over 3 hours? Indecision on Money in the Bank winners, More - We have been getting mixed reports that this years SummerSlam may eclipse the 3 hour mark. Many have reportedly been pushing for an extension for SummerSlam for sometime, and it is believed that the extension may happen this year. The goal has been to make SummerSlam feel as if is almost as big as WrestleMania. Axxess was added to SummerSlam to add a "WrestleMania feel" to the weekend. - There has been a lot of debate over who will win the Money in the Bank ladder matches tomorrow night, mostly on the RAW side. There is said to be a clear decisive winner on the Smackdown side, but the discussion about the RAW winner has said to have been indecisive with two possible scenarios being discussed. - There is expected to be a huge amount of hype for RAW 1000 on this Monday's RAW, with the main draws of the show certain to be announced.

Sunday, July 15th, 2012 Live, From Phoenix, ArizonaPRE-SHOW Match: Primo and Epico (w/Rosa) Defeated the Primetime Players (w/AW) A decent match up between two of the top contenders in the tag team division. The number one contenders took at hit here when AW's interference backfired and led to a loss. Primo and Epico fought back and gained control in the latter stages of the match, forcing AW to try and get involved. AW got on the apron but ended up getting in the way when Young was thrown into him. Young stumbled into the BackCracker from Primo who pinned Young for the win to Rosa's delight. After the match AW was irate and barked at Epico and Primo over his earpiece microphone. *We were then treated to highlights from RAW's six man tag match on this week's Smackdown, followed by highlights of Show and Johnny's assaults on Mr. McMahon and John Cena from Monday's RAW to end the Pre-Show.* *After the WARNING screen appears on the Tron, a video plays... Voice: The money in the bank briefcase. A contract to the opportunity of a lifetime. Every. (We see every single winner flash by and a shot of them cashing in the briefcase.) Single. (Edge, RVD, CM Punk twice) Man. (Jack Swagger, Kane, the Miz) Who has held it... (Daniel Bryan and Alberto Del Rio) Has become CHAMPION. (Shot of CM Punk with the title)Daniel Bryan: Last year, the revolutionary CM Punk rose up in front of our eyes and battled Mr. McMahon to take the WWE Championship from John Cena at Money in the Bank. This year, I'm going to be the one to rise up.CM Punk: The fact of the matter is, I'm in your head. You're a choke artist. WrestleMania, eighty-thousand screaming fans...and you didn't even land a single punch. You didn't even last a minute.(We hear echos of "Didn't even last a minute" as we see clips of Bryan losing the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania.) Daniel Bryan: The last two times that I've been in the ring against CM Punk, I've pinned his shoulders to the mat. You're witnessing it with your very eyes. The Rise of Daniel Bryan! (We see a clips of Bryan pinning Punk twice and then Bryan motioning for the title around his waist.) (Everything fades) Mr. McMahon: Since you said you wanted a FAIR chance to keep your job, AND you said you wanted a part in it yourself, I have an idea. Since your contract as a WWE Talent remains intact, Mr. Laurinaitis, you will be competing. No, you won't be competing tonight. You'll be competing in four weeks time at Money in the Bank. As a matter of fact, if you win your match at Money in the Bank, you can have your job back. If not...then the new General Manager can decide what to do with you.(We see clips of Mr. McMahon being destroyed by Laurinaitis and Show) John Cena: The Big Show and John Laurinaitis are responsible for what happened to Mr. McMahon, not me. I will rid the WWE Universe of John Laurinaitis...forever.(We hear echos of the word "forever" as we fade to black)*We cut to the arena to a quick shot of the fans and then Cole, Lawler and Booker welcome us to Money in the Bank. Booker says tonight two superstars will rise to the top of the ladder and grab a precious briefcase. Cole talks about John Laurinaitis fighting to win his job back, teaming with the Big Show against John Cena and Mr. McMahon, who has not been heard from since an attack at the hands of Big Show and Laurinaitis on Monday's RAW. We cut to Justin Roberts in the ring who tells us that the following match will be a Money in the Bank match for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship anytime in the next year.* Money in the Bank Match for a Shot at World Heavyweight ChampionshipCody Rhodes vs. Christian vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Justin Gabriel vs. Antonio Cesaro vs. David Otunga vs. Brodus Clay vs. Sin Cara The Start: After all eight men had entered into the ring, the bell rang and all eight men collided in the ring. Kidd and Gabriel double teamed Cesaro in the corner with kicks while Christian and Cody Rhodes battled in the center of the ring after Cody had immediately knocked down Sin Cara at the start of the match. Brodus Clay went right after Otunga while Kidd and Gabriel hit a double dropkick to Cesaro which knocked Cesaro through the middle ropes and to the outside. Otunga had taken out Clay's knee and pushed him to the outside while Christian hit Cody with a clothesline, knocking himself over the top rope in the process. This left Sin Cara, Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel alone in the ring. Mid-Match: Gabriel and Kidd trapped Sin Cara in the corner with kicks and then backed away. Kidd charged at Sin Cara in the corner and hit a monkey flip but Sin Cara flipped and hit a hurricanrana to Gabriel as the crowd lept to their feet. Kidd got up, not knowing what had just happened and ran at Cara, who ducked a clothesline and ran off the ropes, hitting a tilt-a-whirl armbreaker to Kidd. As Brodus, Otunga, Christian, Cody and Cesaro brawled on the outside, Sin Cara hit the ropes and flew over the top rope with a corkscrew dive on top of all five men as the crowd jumped to their feet yet again. Sin Cara was the first to his feet and immediately went for a ladder. He tried to slide the ladder into the ring but Gabriel had recovered and dropkicked the ladder into Sin Cara's face. Gabriel slid out of the ring quickly and grabbed the ladder, then slid it into the ring. Before he could slide into the ring himself, Cody hit him from behind with a right hand and then tossed him into the barricade. Cody got into the ring, set up the ladder and started to climb. Kidd slid into the ring and started to climb the opposite side of the ladder as both men were two steps away from the top of the ladder. Cesaro slid into the ring and hit the ropes, then ran into the ladder, knocking it over and sending both Cody and Kidd into the ropes below. Cesaro tried to set the ladder back up but Christian came from behind and tried for the Killswitch. Cesaro countered and picked up Christian, tossing him back first on top of the ladder. Cesaro pushed Christian off the ladder and set it up in the ring. Sin Cara launched himself from the corner and hit a dropkick to Cesaro, knocking him off the ladder and to the mat below. Otunga slid his own ladder into the ring and set it up. Cara was back to his feet and tried to climb the ladder but Cody climbed up beside him and hit the Cross Rhodes from the middle of the ladder to the mat below! Otunga continued to climb but Brodus slid into the ring and broke the hinges on the ladder with both fists, then pushed the ladder over as Otunga flew all the way out of the ring and to the floor. Justin Gabriel slid into the ring with a ladder and Tyson Kidd picked up the second ladder that had been in the ring. Kidd and Gabriel rammed Brodus with each of their ladders, squishing him into the corner. They backed up and tried to ram him again but Brodus ran forward and slammed into both men and their ladders, creating a massive collision, but Brodus was left standing. Brodus tried to climb the ladder but the first step broke as he stepped on it. Brodus looked around and then headed to the outside. Brodus reached under the ring and pulled out a massive ladder, at least three times thicker and two to three feet taller than a normal ladder. Brodus slid the massive ladder into the ring and set it up in the center. Brodus started to climb the ladder but Kidd and Gabriel recovered their ladders and set them up, one on each side of the massive ladder. The Finish: With three ladders now set up in the ring, Kidd and Gabriel climbed their own ladders as Clay continued up his. Otunga climbed up the other side of the massive ladder as Christian climbed opposite of Kidd and Cody climbed opposite of Gabriel. Cesaro climbed on the side of Otunga on the massive ladder as Cesaro and Otunga both hammered Brodus with right hands. Brodus went for a massive right hand which Cesaro ducked, allowing the right hand to smash into Otunga, knocking Otunga to the floor once more. Christian and Kidd traded right hands on their own ladder on the other side of the massive ladder and Cody and Gabriel traded right hands on the other side. Cesaro hammered away on Brodus as Sin Cara launched himself from the top rope once more, taking out Cesaro again. Brodus, now on the ladder all by himself, continued to climb upwards as Gabriel missed a kick which allowed Cody to push him off their ladder. Kidd jumped over to Brodus's ladder to try and grab the belt but Brodus hit Kidd with a few right hands. Sin Cara was back up to the top rope and hit with Brodus with a dropkick this time, as Brodus somehow hung on, but slipped down a few steps. Brodus tried to climb back up but Kidd had climbed up and sat on top of the giant ladder, allowing him to kick Brodus in the face from the top of the ladder, knocking Brodus to the mat below. Cody climbed over to the massive ladder and pushed Kidd, who was sitting at the top of the ladder, sending Kidd flipping forward and landing on top of Brodus below. Christian climbed over to the massive ladder and started to attack Cody. Christian hit Cody and Cody slouched down playing possum but as soon as Christian got his hands on the briefcase, Cody snatched the briefcase and slammed it forward, knocking Christian off the ladder, then unhooked the briefcase to pull it down and become Mr. Money in the Bank! Winner: Cody RhodesAfter the match, Rhodes lifted the briefcase in the air as he sat atop the ladder and let out a yell. Cody pointed at himself and motioned that a Championship would be around his waist as he climbed down the ladder to the wreckage below. All eight men put their body on the line in this match, but it was Cody Rhodes who walked away the winner, and a earned a World Heavyweight Championship match anytime in the next 365 days. *We see a promo for RAW 1000, advertising Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, as well as Brock Lesnar's answer to Triple H's SummerSlam challenge.* World Heavyweight Championship MatchSheamus (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio The Start: The crowd started with Sheamus chants almost immediately as the bell rang. Sheamus started off by backing Del Rio into the corner as Del Rio raised both hands in the air, wanting no part of Sheamus as he was trapped between the Great White and the corner. As soon as the referee stepped in to force Sheamus to back away, Del Rio raked the eyes of the champion and went on the attack. Mid-Match: Del Rio hammered on Sheamus's back with rights and lefts, backing Sheamus into the opposite corner and kicking him until Sheamus was slumped in the corner. Del Rio dug his knee into the side of the champion's face and pressed as hard as he could while the referee counted to four and Del Rio finally broke the hold just before the count of five. Del Rio immediately went back on the offensive and pulled Sheamus out of the corner by his arm, then hit a kneebreaker to Sheamus's right arm. Del Rio got to his feet and started putting the boots to the champion's right arm. Del Rio grabbed Sheamus by the arm and dragged him over to the bottom rope where he placed the arm on the bottom rope and jumped up, slamming downwards on top of Sheamus's arm. Del Rio went for it again but Sheamus rolled out of the way. Del Rio went over to Sheamus and tried to grab him but Sheamus hit Del Rio with a series of right hands to the gut and began to get back to his feet. Sheamus backed Del Rio up with a couple more right hands and then launched Del Rio off the ropes. Sheamus went for a clothesline but Del Rio put his knee up and Sheamus hit the knee dead on with his injured arm. Sheamus bent over and grabbed his arm in pain, allowing Del Rio to hit a kick to the head and cover Sheamus for a two and a half count. Del Rio dragged Sheamus over to the corner and slid out of the ring. Del Rio put Sheamus's armpit on the post and rammed his arm down into the steel. Sheamus let out a scream of pain as Del Rio smashed the champions arm into the post two more times. Del Rio slid into the ring as Sheamus struggled to get to his feet and tried for the Cross Armbreaker but Sheamus countered and hit White Noise from out of nowhere. Sheamus made the cover but Del Rio kicked out at two and a half. The Finish: Sheamus and Del Rio both got back to their feet as the crowd chanted for the champion. Both men traded right hands and as Sheamus went for a big right hand, Del Rio kicked the champions arm. Del Rio went for the Cross Armbreaker and finally locked it in. The crowd came alive as Sheamus struggled to get away and turned inwards towards Del Rio. Sheamus used his strength to lift Del Rio off the mat as the crowd came alive. Del Rio let go of the hold and landed on his feet, trying to kick Sheamus in the arm. Sheamus caught the kick and pushed Del Rio backwards, sending him across the ring. Sheamus went for the Brogue Kick but Del Rio ducked it and quickly slipped behind Sheamus, trying to slip on the Cross Armbreaker but Sheamus send Del Rio rolling forwards and when Del Rio got back to his feet he ran into a Brogue Kick from Sheamus for the three. Winner, and STILL World Heavyweight Champion: Sheamus After the match Sheamus held his injured arm close to his body as he raised his World Heavyweight Championship with his good arm, having survived an onslaught from the focused Del Rio tonight. *We cut backstage to see Josh Matthews* Josh Matthews: Ladies and Gentlemen, my guest at this time, the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship, Daniel Bryan. Daniel, tonight you will battle CM Punk for a third straight time for the WWE Championship. Do you think this is your last chance to win the WWE Championship? Daniel Bryan: NO. I don't, Josh. Have I pinned CM Punk once? YES. Have I pinned CM Punk twice? YES. Josh, in case you haven't noticed, two months ago at Over the Limit, I made CM Punk tap out, but I wasn't awarded the decision that I deserved. Last month at No Way Out, I lost the Triple Threat Match without being pinned. Every single time we've been in the ring together, in a Championship match, we've been deadlocked. We've been even. But tonight's going to be different. Only one man can grab that WWE Championship from the ladder tonight. One year ago, CM Punk won the WWE Championship. Our careers have been so similar in that we've followed the same path to gold. We both rose up through the same ranks. We've both won the Money in the Bank briefcase and cashed it in to win titles. Last year, CM Punk won the WWE Championship... at this very event. Tonight... it's my turn. Money in the Bank Match for a Shot at WWE ChampionshipSantino vs. Zack Ryder vs. Kofi Kingston vs. R-Truth vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Kane The Start: Unlike the Smackdown Money in the Bank match, the start of this match saw all eight men leave the ring immediately to go after ladders. Kofi Kingston was the first one to slide into the ring with a ladder as the other seven men battled on the outside. Kofi set up the ladder and climbed as R-Truth slid into the ring and climbed the other side of the ladder as Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger started a ladder tug of war on the outside of the ring over the tallest ladder around ringside. Eventually Swagger won the war by knocking Ziggler down and sliding the ladder into the ring. However, Swagger couldn't slide in after it as Mysterio hit a senton from the apron on to Swagger. Santino kept searching under the ring for something as Kane nailed Ryder with a few right hands on the outside but Ryder countered as Kane came forward and hit Kane with drop toe hold sending him face first into the steel steps. Mid-Match: In the ring, Kofi and Truth battled on the ladder until Ryder slid in and hit the ropes, heading for the ladder. Ziggler stepped in and nailed Ryder with a dropkick and then jumped up and hit Kofi with a Zig-Zag off the ladder. Truth was all alone on the ladder and started to climb up until Rey climbed the other side of the ladder and the two exchanged right hands. Rey hit a kick to Truth and then flipped over Truth hitting a sunset flip powerbomb to Truth off of the ladder! Outside of the ring Santino finally pulled out a mini ladder from underneath the ring and tried to hit Kane but Kane caught the ladder and ripped it in half. Santino ran and Kane gave chase. Inside of the ring Ziggler had set the ladder back up and started to climb, only to have Ryder climb up the other side. Santino slid into the ring as Kane chased him and ended up trapped between Kane and the ladder. Kane came closer and closer until Santino backed into the ladder, knocking it over and sending Ryder and Ziggler into the ropes below. Kane grabbed Santino and hit him with a Chokeslam and then set up the ladder. Kane went to climb it but Mysterio ran towards the ladder and swung around it, hitting a 619 to Kane while rapping around the ladder! Mysterio got back to his feet and began to climb but was pulled down by Swagger. Swagger went for a Gutwrench Powerbomb but Mysterio countered into a hurricanrana which sent Swagger face first into the ladder. Rey picked the ladder back up and started to climb as Kofi quickly joined him as he climbed up the other side. Truth climbed up Rey's side of the ladder, grabbing Rey and hitting him with Little Jimmy off of the ladder, payback for Rey's sunset flip earlier on! Kofi was all alone and climbed until Ziggler was the next to climb the ladder across from Kofi. Kofi had his hands on the briefcase and Ziggler hit Kofi with a shot to the gut. Both men had their hands on the briefcase and were struggling to be the one to take sole possession. Ryder had slid a ladder into the ring and set it up as he climbed his ladder and also grabbed onto the briefcase. Swagger climbed opposite of Ryder and he too tried to grab a share of the briefcase as Swagger, Ziggler, Ryder and Kofi all had their hands on the briefcase at the same time! Kane came in between both ladders and used his incredible strength to push both ladders over, knocking all four men off of both ladders and down to the mat below. Kane stood tall in the center of the ring as Santino got to his feet behind Kane and pulled out the Cobra. Santino was ready to strike when Kane turned around but Kane grabbed his throat. Santino grabbed Kane's throat and then began jabbing Kane in throat with the Cobra until Kane finally let go and ended up stumbling into Mysterio who hit Kane with a dropkick to the legs, dropping Kane to one knee. Rey hit the ropes and hit Kane with a dropkick to the back, knocking Kane into the second rope, allowing Rey to hit the 619. Rey hit the splash on Kane and got back to his feet. Santino tried for a Cobra to Rey but Rey ducked it and hit Santino with a hurricanrana, sending Santino crashing into Truth, who had just gotten to his feet. Both men were set for a double 619 and Mysterio hit it. Mysterio went for the splash to Truth but Ryder came from out of nowhere and hit the Rough Ryder as Mysterio sprung off the ropes! Unbelievable! The Finish: Ryder got up to his feet and was feeling it as he set up one of the ladders and slowly inched to the top of it. Swagger began to climb the other side as Ryder was just inches away from the briefcase now. Ryder got his hand on the briefcase but Swagger hit him in the gut. Swagger climbed so that he was on the same step as Ryder as the two traded right hands. Ziggler set up a second ladder next to Swagger and Ryder and began to climb as Kofi climbed opposite to him. Ziggler reached over and hit Ryder with a right hand and then Swagger with a left. Ziggler had his hand on the briefcase but Kofi stopped him with a punch to the gut as all four men traded blows with each other on the top of the ladders! These four men had all had their hands on the briefcase earlier on in the match, and now they're all in the same spot again! The crowd was on their feet, perhaps the loudest reaction of the night thus far as Ziggler, Swagger, Kofi and Ryder battled on the top of the ladder. Ziggler and Kofi momentarily stopped hitting each other and looked over to Swagger and Ryder who were still trading right hands on top of the ladder. Ziggler and Kofi used their leg closest to the second ladder to push it over, sending Swagger and Ryder to the floor below. Kofi immediately tried for a kick but Ziggler ducked it and pushed Kofi, who had his back to Ziggler, off of the ladder. Kofi landed on his feet below and immediately climbed back up the ladder while Ziggler had both of his hands on the briefcase trying to unhook it! Kofi hit Ziggler with a kick to the head and Ziggler let go of his hold on the briefcase and slipped down a few steps. Ziggler recovered and reached through the ladder, pulling Kofi's foot through the rung and leaving Kofi stuck in the ladder, but didn't manage to hook Kofi's foot on the other side. Ziggler climbed towards the top of the ladder again but Kofi refused to die and pulled his leg out from inside of the ladder, using his incredible athleticism to stay on the ladder and reach through the ladder, pulling Ziggler's foot down through the rung and hooking Ziggler's foot as Ziggler now hung near the top of the ladder! Ziggler scrambled to unhook his foot as Kofi climbed to the top of the ladder and unhooked the Money in the Bank briefcase, just as Dolph had wrestled himself free. Kofi has done it! Kofi Kingston is Mr. Money in the Bank! Winner: Kofi KingstonWhat an epic ending to a fantastic Money in the Bank match, with Kofi and Ziggler battling it out with every ounce of heart they had! It seemed that both men had the match won several times, but in the end Kofi emerged victorious with the briefcase. After the match Kofi raised the briefcase high as he stood on top of the ladder. Kofi jumped off the ladder and celebrated with the fans in the front row around ringside as we cut away from the arena. *We see a promo advertising SummerSlam, showing a dark shot of heavy rainfall, with CM Punk walking out of the dark and staring at the camera. The referee was shockingly knocked down when Layla attempted a flying clothesline but Beth sidestepped it. Beth hit the Glam Slam but the referee was knocked down. Beth shook the referee, who finally came too, but when Beth focused her attention back on Layla, Layla rolled up Beth for the win. After the match Beth was irate and pushed down the referee in frustration as Layla carried her Divas title up the aisle. *We see a promo for RAW 1000, advertising Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, as well as Brock Lesnar's answer to Triple H's SummerSlam challenge.* BONUS Handicap Match: Ryback Defeated Hunico and Camacho This seeds for this Handicap match were planted two weeks ago on Smackdown when Ryback defeated Hunico and took out Camacho after the match. Ryback had very little trouble in putting both men away at the same time tonight, hitting Hunico with a vicious press slam to spinebuster combination and then nailing Camacho with Shell Shocked on top of Hunico to get the win. While Ryback celebrated the victory, AW was seen backstage looking on. *We see a promo recapping the feud between CM Punk and Daniel Bryan that has been escalating since early May.* WWE Championship Ladder MatchCM Punk (c) vs. Daniel Bryan The Start: The match began with a collar and elbow time up. Punk switched to a headlock and Bryan dropped back to hit the ropes, using the momentum from the ropes to push Punk off. Punk hit the ropes and dropped Bryan with a shoulder block. Bryan got to his feet and Punk hit the ropes. Bryan leap-frogged over Punk and Punk hit the ropes again. Bryan dropped to his stomach as Punk hopped over him and Bryan got to his feet again, hitting Punk with a dropkick as Punk launched off the ropes again. Bryan scrambled to lock in a headlock but Punk rolled and grabbed Bryan's arm as he pushed his forearm into Bryan's back, pushing him stomach first into the mat. Punk spun around and tried for a headlock but Bryan got to his feet quickly and the two men had a quick staredown as the crowd applauded. Mid-Match: Punk and Bryan locked up again and Bryan spun around Punk. Punk hit a few elbows which loosened Bryan's grip, allowing him to hit the ropes and run at Bryan but he ran into a big knee to the gut from Bryan. Bryan picked up Punk and tossed him to the outside of the ring, right in front of the commentary table. Bryan walked across the ring and slid outside. Bryan grabbed a ladder, folded it up and slid it in the ring as Punk recovered on the outside. Bryan slid into the ring and set up the ladder as Punk pulled himself up on the apron. Bryan started to climb as Punk slid into the ring and got to his feet. Bryan just about had his fingertips on the Championship but Punk had gotten up to his feet and he hit the ropes and dropkicked the ladder, sending it teetering over and sending Bryan crashing into the ropes below. Punk got up to his feet and picked up Bryan. Punk tossed Bryan into the corner and ran at him, hitting his patented knee lift in the corner, leaving Bryan to slump down into the corner. Punk picked the ladder up and began to climb as Bryan had rolled onto the apron and pulled himself up onto corner. Bryan jumped towards Punk, hitting him from behind with a double axe handle and knocking Punk off of the ladder as both men crashed to the mat below. Both men slowly got to their feet but Bryan was up first. Bryan hit a couple of vicious forearms to Punks head and then tossed Punk right into the ladder, knocking the ladder down. Bryan closed the ladder and stuck it horizontally between the middle and top rope in the corner. Bryan dragged Punk into the corner and grabbed Punk's legs, falling back with a slingshot that slammed Punk's face into the ladder. Bryan went over and did it not one, but two more times as he screamed "YES!" both times. Bryan went outside and got a second ladder and slid it into the ring. With Punk still down in the corner, Bryan set up the new ladder and began to climb. Punk began to crawl towards the ladder as Bryan continued to climb. Punk crawled over to Bryan's side of the ladder and grabbed Bryan's foot. Punk slowly got vertical as Bryan tried to kick Punk in the face but Punk caught Bryan's foot and yanked it, sending Bryan off the ladder and right onto Punk's shoulders! Punk hit a big time GTS as the fans let out a roar. With both men down, Punk was the first one to get back to his feet and try to pull himself up the ladder. Bryan had crawled over to the corner and grabbed the ladder he had used to slingshot Punk into and had set up that ladder next to Punk's as both men continued to climb. Bryan climbed next to Punk on his own ladder as the two men neared the peak. Bryan hit a vicious kick to Punk's back and Punk fired back with a kick of his own. The two proceeded to trade vicious kicks as they held onto their ladders with one leg and one hand in a spot that sent the crowd into a roar once more. Bryan got the better of Punk and wore Punk down, causing Punk to slip down a few steps. Bryan tried to reach for the belt and Punk tried to throw Bryan's ladder over but Bryan stepped onto the other ladder and Punk pushed down a vacant ladder as Bryan tried to climb again. Punk pulled Bryan down a few rungs and Bryan hit Punk with a kick to the head, sending Punk stumbling. Punk recovered and tried to climb the other side of the ladder as Bryan pulled himself back up his side. Bryan got his hand on the Championship but Punk hit him with a right hand. Punk fired away with more right hands to Bryan as Bryan fired back with vicious forearms as the WWE Championship dangled above them. Bryan caught right hand from Punk and suddenly jumped into a guillotine! Sitting on top of the ladder, Bryan had Punk locked in a guillotine. Bryan tried to keep one arm locked in and reach for the WWE Championship with his other arm but Punk managed to break free and hit Bryan with a kick to the head, but instead of falling backwards Bryan fell forwards and right into Punk, sending both men crashing to the mat below with Bryan landing as if he had hit Punk with a cross body, crushing Punk underneath him. There were muffled "Let's go Bryan" chants and loud "Lets go Punk" chants that followed as both men began to stir and pull themselves back up. Bryan was up first and caught Punk with a vicious kick to the chest as Punk was on both knees. Bryan fired two more kicks that landed but Punk caught the third one, tripped Bryan and scrambled to try and lock in the Anaconda Vice. Bryan hit two big knees to the back of Punk's head, breaking the hold. The Finish: Bryan crawled over to the ladder and headed up again. Punk crawled soon after and headed up the opposite side. Bryan didn't try to reach for the Championship but this time tried to knock Punk off before he could reach the top of the ladder by hitting Punk with a few right hands. Punk kept coming and fired back with a few right hands of his own. Bryan blocked a right hand and hit a big kick to Punk's head, which left Punk reeling, but Punk refused to fall. Bryan went to reach for the Championship but Punk hit him with a kick to the gut. Both men were at equal heights now, trading stiff elbows. Punk grabbed a hold of the Championship and Bryan grabbed a hold as well. Both men struggled for the belt and suddenly the belt unhooked and both men dropped to the mat, each man holding part of the title! The crowd was buzzing as Bryan ripped the belt away from Punk and immediately began to celebrate screaming "YES! YES! YES!" but Punk ripped the belt away from Bryan and raised the belt above his head as if he was the victor. Commentary took us through several replays that showed both men had a hold of the belt for the entire time they fell from the ladder. Meanwhile five or six referees had hit the ring and all of them were arguing about who had on the match. Punk hit Bryan with a GTS and grabbed the belt, holding it in the air as he left the ring and left Bryan seething. Winner: Draw*We see a promo highlighting the events that have taken place in the weeks leading up to our Main Event match.* If Laurinaitis's Team Wins, He Gets His Job Back The Big Show and John Laurinaitis vs. John Cena and Vince McMahonThe Start: Mr. McMahon's music hit, but he was nowhere to be found. Laurinaitis's smile grew larger as we waited longer and longer for McMahon, who didn't show up. The referee asked Cena if he wanted to continue with the match and Cena nodded his head yes as the bell rang. Show and Cena started things off and Show took it to Cena, trapping him in the corner and hitting him with rights and lefts to the body. Mid-Match: Show tossed Cena into the opposite corner and choked Cena with the bottom of his boot to the brink of the five count. The referee warned show as he turned his back to Cena and Laurinaitis took the chance to choke Cena and rake his eyes. Cena stumbled forward into Show who tossed him back into the corner and landed a massive chop to Cena's chest. Show hit another chop and then backed up into the corner across the ring. Show charged Cena and tried for a clothesline but Cena moved out of the way and hit the ropes. Cena charged at Show but Show hit a massive clothesline knocking Cena down. Show picked up Cena and tossed him off the ropes. Cena ducked a clothesline and hit Show with a shoulder charge but Show didn't go down. Cena hit the ropes again but Laurinaitis hit him in the back as he hit the ropes and Cena stumbled forwards into another clothesline from Show. Show stepped on Cena's back as he walked over him, humiliating him. Laurinaitis smiled and asked Show to tag him in. Show picked up Cena and hit a Chokeslam and then tagged in Laurinaitis who came into the ring with a tremendous grin. Laurinaitis kicked Cena almost giving him a couple of nudges with his foot. Laurinaitis slapped Cena as Cena tried to get up. Laurinaitis went for a kick, which Cena caught. Laurinaitis fell backwards and got to his feet as Cena rose to his feet. Cena charged at Laurinaitis who pulled the referee in front of himself and stepped to the side as Cena crashed into the referee. The Finish: Show immediately got into the ring and went after Cena. Cena went berserk with a barrage of rights and lefts as he backed Show up. Cena hit a massive shoulder charge that finally knocked Show down as the crowd exploded. Cena was ready for the five knuckle shuffle but Laurinaitis crawled over and hit a low blow to Cena before he could hit the ropes. Suddenly we see Mr. McMahon walking down to the ring as the crowd comes alive again after falling to silence only moments ago after the low blow. McMahon walked over to the time keepers table and grabbed a chair. McMahon slid into the ring and stared down Laurinaitis as Cena recovered to his side. McMahon motioned for Laurinaitis to get up as he held the chair above his head and Cena stumbled to his feet. Cena got to his feet and McMahon turned to him...and handed him the chair! Cena put down the chair and picked up Show, then hitting the Attitude Adjustment to Show on top of the chair. McMahon picked up Laurinaitis and hit him with a big right hand. Laurinaitis stumbled into Cena who hit an AA to Johnny on top of Show. McMahon shook the referee who came to as Cena dragged Johnny off of Show and covered him as the referee counted the three, giving Cena and McMahon the victory. Winners: John Cena and Mr. McMahonMoney in the Bank cut away as McMahon raised Cena's hand in victory and Cena saluted the Phoenix crowd, relieved that he had finally ended Big Johnny's chance to return to a position of power. Obvious, though still great, way to kick off Money In The Bank. Looking at the competitors, Cody Rhodes seems like the only real option. Wouldn't mind a Cesaro victory, though that's far too earlier. Ah, glad to know I was right. Cody winning is marvelous, and I look forward to his eventual cash-in and, hopefully, World Heavyweight Championship reign. In reality, I was bored by this match. I like Sheamus and hope to see him continue his reign as World Champion, but Del Rio just isn't doing anything for me anymore. Distance him from the title picture following this match. Interested in seeing who Sheamus defends the World Heavyweight Championship against at SummerSlam. Okay, the RAW Money In The Bank looks superior to SmackDown's in terms of potential winners. Seeing as how Kane and Swagger are previous winners, I don't think they'll win. Rey and Santino don't have a chance. Ziggler is the obvious choice, but I won't count the remaining superstars out. Woah, was not expecting Kofi to retrieve the briefcase. Unless you build him up and wait for his cash-in near the 1 year mark, I see him being the first to fail. I'm really tired of Layla and Beth Phoenix matches. This is their third PPV match in a row, and with the same result. Switch it up a bit. The most interesting thing to take out of Ryback's victory is that AW was watching on. Intrigued by that. Up next, marvelous WWE Championship Ladder Match, though I'm not big on the ending. I guess this is to build to a rematch at SummerSlam, but I feel that the Ladder Match should've been the blow off match. And finally, a decent main event that served its purpose. Johnny's gone, but this isn't essentially any different than the No Way Out ending. A solid PPV overall. A few decision that I wasn't too keen on, but still solid nonetheless.

WWE Money in the Bank: Sunday 15th July 2012...Shame to see the Primetime Players once again lose to Primo and Epico, but nevermind, Primo and Epico got exposure from it, hopefully these guys will be on pay-per-view someday. Both are promising tag teams capable of a great match if given the air-time. I've always liked the setup of your pay-per-views. Good decision for the SmackDown Money in the Bank match to open up the show, reeking of talent. Sounded very competitive, but I was very glad to read Cody Rhodes won. I always imagined that he'd have exceptional matches with Sheamus, so I'm hoping that is the directional route for the Fall season. Sheamus winning the match against Alberto Del Rio was expected, and I really hope Del Rio steps out of the World Heavyweight Championship division now, he's a very worn out character. I would have perhaps placed the RAW Money in the Bank ladder match later in the show, but I understand how you're trying to pace the show with three Ladder matches on the same show. In my mind, the lesser talented bunch in comparison to the SmackDown match, I had my eyes on Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler and even Kofi Kingston to win, and boy-oh-boy was I surprised to see Kofi come out on top. My concern is this though; will Kofi be able to present himself in a manner good enough to be a top WWE superstar? Maybe World Heavyweight Champion, but he'll have to do some changing to manage the WWE Championship scene. Or perhaps he could end up being the first guy to lose. Interesting, unique booking with a variety of directions to take. Nice idea to involve the infamous bonus matches, although I wouldn't have positioned them back to back like this. Layla and Beth Phoenix always have the best (okay) matches for the Divas, and it was no shock to see Layla retain the WWE Divas Championship. Unfortunately, there is no formula to the division and so I can't get behind it. Ryback beating Hunico and Camacho was expected, hopefully he adapts to a little feud soon enough. Ugh, I'm not that pleased with the decision to not main event the WWE Championship Ladder match, but whatever. It sounds extremely likely that CM Punk and Daniel Bryan would have wanted to do something never-before-done in the Ladder environment, and a draw I can deal with actually. I'm hoping for one final match at SummerSlam to settle the score. I guess this makes it acceptable that it didn't main event, but without a Ladder match, I can't see them being able to top Brock Lesnar vs Triple H with a main event at SummerSlam. And finally, good win for John Cena and Mr McMahon against John Laurinaitis and the Big Show, as a new era is sure to dawn on the WWE. Overall, a decent pay-per-view; not the best, but it had its fair share of moments. If I'm honest, the tag team main event was forgettable, particularly after Punk and Bryan tore the house down like always. The Money in the Bank matches were also high points. Everything that wasn't a Ladder match didn't interest me so much. But hey, I'm interested in how you handle the build for SummerSlam. Good write-up.

First of all, as I said in the Resource Thread - congratulations on the second month as Spotlight, very well deserved. Onto the show, a nice YouTube Pre-Show victory for Primo and Epico, definitely my preferred team of the two. I like how you did the matches with the beginning middle and end, it really gives them depth. Cody Rhodes seemed like a sure victory from the start in my eyes, and this is really his time to shine. I'd like to see him hold onto the briefcase for a while, let him build because as much as people already like him, they cannot deny that he wouldn't make a believable World Heavyweight Champion right now. He needs some building before he gets to that stage. I'm glad Sheamus retained the World Heavyweight Championship here, but I do see Del Rio getting the title later down the line. He's become a bit more interesting to me as of late. I feel as though the Raw Money in the Bank Ladder Match as too close to the SmackDown one - I'd have maybe added one of the impromptu matches between this and the World Title match. I was shocked to see Kofi Kingston win this one, really shocked. I was definitely expecting Dolph Ziggler to walk away with the win. I really hope you have this planned out, because speaking from experience - Kofi Kingston is difficult to run with as Money in the Bank holder. I did it in 2010 and he hasn't changed much since then. Layla with the victory over Beth Phoenix was good, but I'm not sure about these two facing yet again on Pay-Per-View. The Divas division is dead. I'm a big Ryback fan as you can probably tell, so any involvement is a bonus. I liked the no contest finish to the WWE Championship Match, the finish was believable and it keeps both men strong. I think it's clear that you're going to go for Punk/Bryan one more time at SummerSlam for the WWE Championship, which means that this Ladder Match was sort of pointless as it's more of a feud settler stipulation, but never mind. A nice way to close the show with the storyline-heavy Tag Team Main Event. Although it seemed all too similar to the No Way Out finish with John Laurinaitis getting fired again, well, not re-hired. Overall, a really good show with only a few things I'd have personally changed.

It looks as if we will need a new WWE Championship thanks to Mr. Bryan. And Mr. Bryan, the cost for the new WWE Championship will be docked from your pay. But that's not why I'm here. I'm here to make an announcement regarding the Main Event of next week's HISTORIC 1000th RAW. Next week, RAW 1000 will be headlined by the biggest six man tag match in history. Daniel Bryan and the Big Show will get to pick a partner of their choosing... and together, they will take on the team of CM PUNK...JOHN CENA...anddd...THE ROCK! *Bryan and Show are in disbelief as Cena and Punk recover in the ring and McMahon stands smiling on the top of the stage as RAW goes off the air.* CONFIRMED FOR NEXT WEEK'S RAW 1000

Alright, 999. I'm curious to see how you build RAW 1000 tonight. I really can't believe that you're doing Cena/Punk tonight. Not saying it's a bad call. Just something that really caught me off guard. You must have something huge planned for next week. Solid victory for the new RAW Mr. Money In The Bank, Kofi Kingston. I just don't see him as a future WWE Champion and can only see him falling flat on his face upon cashing in. Great to see the Prime Time Players get the WWE Tag Team Championship match on RAW 1000. I'd absolutely love to see them grab the titles. With Kofi holding MITB, it definitely seems plausible. It could also lead to tension among the current champs, and I'd kill to see batsh*t crazy Truth again. Wooo, Very European taking that United States Championship next week, hopefully. Ugh. I guess if we have to see Del Rio/Sheamus again, I'd rather it be on RAW 1000 instead of SummerSlam. While I can't see it happening next week, I'll be looking to see if Cody Rhodes and his MITB play a role. Not bad to see Diesel. I'm curious to see how you utilize Slater on RAW 1000. As expected, no decisive winner in Punk/Cena. The involvement of Show and Bryan would make for a lovely Fatal Four Way and HOLY SH*T ROCK! That's damn huge, and surprised you're giving this away on RAW 1000. As big of an event that will be, this could've even been saved for SummerSlam. I'm not too keen on Bryan and Show having a mystery partner. The focus could be on that, when it should fully be on the Rock. A good edition of RAW, sets up 1000 pretty nicely.

Del Rio exposed the top turnbuckle and tried to use a chair on Mysterio's injured leg. The damage began to take it's toll on Mysterio's injured leg as he started to limp. WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 16th July 2012...I'm wondering if you adopt the new logo as of next week. It's the perfect way to kill off "Supershow", anyway. CM Punk in the ring to kick off the show was the right decision, him talking about being the WWE Champion coul easily get some heat on himself. John Cena coming out however was interesting. I did like Cena teasing a WWE Championship match for tonight, and it was great to see Daniel Bryan intervene. Cena and Punk still going on tonight? Bit flawed, it could overshadow next week's RAW 1000 and deprive it of a grand main event. We'll see, surely you won't simply go through with it, I don't think so anyway. Kofi Kingston beating Jack Swagger was fine, nothing too special there in a decent opening contest. It got Kofi over well as the Money in the Bank briefcase holder. He'll need a lot of build to look worthy of a WWE Championship shot, though. Wow, Antonio Cesaro getting an opportunity to prove himself worthy of the WWE United States Championship? I'm liking it. The Primetime Players beating Primo and Epico was a shame, but inevitable. I see them taking the WWE Tag Team Championships away from R-Truth and Kofi Kingston, especially since Kofi's about to step up a level. Expected win for Cesaro in non-title action; you're making RAW 1000 look so much more massive. I hope you don't go overboard, though. I see a new champion being crowned anyway. Alberto Del Rio with the win in a great four-way was a meh decision. I'd have much preferred Rey Mysterio to get a shot at Sheamus. I'd have also moved this to first-hour main event, it's a bit late on the show. I'm bored of seeing Del Rio and Sheamus now; so hopefully this is their last battle next week. Lastly, great main event no-contest for the WWE Championship. I see what you mean with setting up something possibly bigger for RAW 1000's main event. The Rock though? I'm not a great fan of that decision. The new WWE Championship being crowned? I'm interested how you do it. I also wonder who the new RAW General Manager is; hopefully not AJ. Overall, a decent, packed show, but next week seems even more packed. I could see two of the titles on the line next week changing hands. I think you could have toned it down a bit; RAW 1000 looks so much like a pay-per-view, it makes Money in the Bank look like RAW. Hopefully you have MASSIVE plans for SummerSlam, a few weeks later.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 20th July 2012...Interesting decision to have CM Punk and Big Show compete on SmackDown in the opener, but a good opening contest nonetheless. The interference from Daniel Bryan was also acceptable. The Primetime Players beating the Usos was expected, nice use of the Players as they prepare to challenge Kofi Kingston and R-Truth on RAW 1000. Santino Marella practically needed the win against Jinder Mahal to regain momentum. Unfortunately, I still see Antonio Cesaro taking the WWE United States Championship. It would just make more sense. Rey Mysterio gained himself a spot in the RAW 1000 World Heavyweight Championship match? I'd have left Mysterio out until SummerSlam. I also disagree with this not main eventing, considering their rivalry has lasted two years to this point. Hah, nice win for Heath Slater against Barry Horowitz! I liked that. And lastly, I guess this was the more suitable main event, John Cena beating Daniel Bryan in a match that in my mind could have main evented a future RAW or even a pay-per-view. Overall, another good show to build up RAW 1000, my only complaint is that it's overshadowing the hell out of SummerSlam.

A hot opening contest with WWE Champion CM Punk and the Big Show. Bryan's distraction is fine to lead to Show's victory. As if it weren't already obvious that Punk, Cena, and Rock are going over on RAW 1000. Good win for the Primetime Players. Hoping to see them as the new WWE Tag Team Champions on RAW 1000. Not a bad way for Santino to gain the momentum heading into 1000 because I definitely see him dropping the gold to Antonio Cesaro. A rather huge first hour main event with Rey Mysterio defeating Alberto Del Rio. If Mysterio is in the World Heavyweight Championship match at RAW 1000, this doesn't leave many options for Sheamus at SummerSlam. Wow, Horowitz. A good win for Slater as he'll be getting super squashed at RAW 1000, I imagine. Kofi and Truth with a victory is fine to even the momentum against the Primetime Players. Lastly, another huge main event with John Cena and Daniel Bryan. The DQ victory was fine as the last piece of build for the huge Six Man Tag on RAW 1000. A good SmackDown to send things into 1000, though I will say it felt more like an edition of RAW than anything else.

-July 23th, 2012 Live, From St. Louis, Missouri Episode #1000*We cut to the arena where we see Mr. McMahon, with a microphone in his hand.* Mr. McMahon: WELCOMEEEE...TO MONDAY NIGHT...RAWWWWWW! EPISODE NUMBER 1000!!!*We see a video mashing together some of RAW's greatest moments over the last 999 episodes.* *We see a new RAW intro...* *We cut to the arena to see a new stage set-up, with more gold than usual on the RAW stage to celebrate episode 1000 tonight. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcome us to RAW 1000! JR says Michael Cole has gone missing and he will be taking over his announcing duties for the night. We cut to the ring where we see Roddy Piper already in the ring.* PIPERS PIT; Roddy Piper: Ladies and Gentlemen, my guest for tonight, WWE Champion, CM Punk!We hear the music of the WWE Champion, CM Punk hit. It's time for Piper's Pit! Punk walks down the ramp, again with no WWE Championship. Punk, sporting red and black RAW themed trunks, makes his way into the ring.* Roddy Piper: Welcome, Mr. Punk. There's something missing here though. How can you call yourself a Champion with no Championship Belt?CM Punk: Well, Roddy, last week it was ruined by a sad little man named Daniel Bryan. But you know what Roddy, seeing Bryan destroy the WWE Championship gave me an opportunity to do something I've been wanting to do for a long time now. That belt didn't represent anything about me. That was John Cena's belt, not CM Punk's. I've been the WWE Champion for eight months. It's time to bring back a belt that truly represents who I am, and that's a fighting champion. Roddy Piper: That you are, sir.CM Punk: And when I think of a fighting champion, one name comes to my mind. Roddy Piper: Please don't tell me it's the red and yellow brother...CM Punk: No, actually, it's not. I was thinking more of...Pink and Black.*Punk smirks and the fans jump to their feet as the music of WWE Hall of Famer Bret "the Hitman" Hart hits. Hart walks down the ramp and towards the ring, carrying a black sack.* Roddy Piper: There's not a snake in that bag is there? I don't like snakes...Bret Hart: Roddy.Roddy Piper: Bret. Bret Hart: A couple of weeks ago I was at home when I got a phone call from CM Punk. Punk asked me for a favor. He wanted to know if I still had a certain something in my possession... and that certain something is this...*Bret begins to reach in the bag but is interrupted when we hear the music of Daniel Bryan hit. Bryan walks out with a microphone in hand and begins to scream as he walks down the ramp.* Daniel Bryan: NO! NO! NO! NO NO NO NO NO!!!! This is a disgrace. I stand here before you as co-holder of the WWE Championship! I had my hands on the WWE Championship at Money in the Bank, I wasn't pinned at No Way Out, I made CM Punk tap out at Over the Limit! Nobody deserves a Championship belt more than me.*Bryan gets into the ring.* Daniel Bryan: Admit it, Punk. You haven't beaten me. We've been even every step of the way. There hasn't been a match that's truly decided who REALLY is the best in the world between the two of us. Roddy Piper: All you do is complain, complain, complain. Where's the fight?! Where's the actions instead of the words Mr. Bryan?! Daniel Bryan: You don't have the right to talk to me, old man. You're just jealous that I've been the World Heavyweight Champion and you could never win the big one. Roddy Piper: If my memory serves me correct Mr. Bryan, you lost at WrestleMania in 18 seconds! CM Punk: That's exactly right. While you were mourning the loss of your World Title, I was out there proving I was the BEST IN THE WORLD by beating Chris Jericho to defend MY WWE Championship. But besides that, you're right. I haven't pinned you in a title match yet. And maybe we are so even that there isn't a single match that can prove which one of us is truly the BEST. Bret Hart: Punk. If you don't mind me putting my two cents in, I beg to differ. I remember a match that I myself competed in. It was the very first match of it's kind. Sixty minutes...the Iron Man match. *The crowd pops big as Punk and Bryan look at each other.* Bret Hart: It's the ultimate test of skill, mental readiness and endurance. The winner of that match would truly be the better man.Roddy Piper: If only there was someone who could make this match happen... as a matter of fact, there is! Ladies and Gentlemen, I have the pleasure of announcing the NEW RAW General Manager...*The crowd jumps to their feet as Mick Foley's theme hits! Mick Foley is the new RAW General Manager! Foley walks out in a cheap looking suit as the crowd gives him a big ovation.* Mick Foley: My first announcement as General Manager of Monday Night RAW...at SummerSlam...CM Punk will defend the WWE Championship against Daniel Bryan...in a sixty minute Iron Man match! *Bryan and Punk staredown in the center of the ring. Punk puts out his hand and Bryan refuses to shake it and leaves. Punk walks over to Bret and grabbed the black sack. Punk reaches into the sack and pulls out the classic Winged Eagle WWE Championship! Punk holds the title high as he stands in the ring with two hall of famers, Piper and Hart, behind him as Bryan walks up the ramp.* *We see a graphic advertising the three title matches we will see tonight, followed by a graphic that promises Brock Lesnar will answer Triple H's challenge for SummerSlam tonight. Finally, we see a graphic advertising the massive six-man tag match Main Event tonight.* *Commercial Break* *We come back from the break to see Michael Cole outside of the arena with a suitcase. Cole is trying to get in the arena but two security guards don't believe he works for WWE. Cole says he's about to get them both fired. Cole says he will call Vince McMahon and dials a phone number. Cole gets nervous and eventually tells security there's no answer. Cole storms off and says he will be back.* PTP CAPTURE GOLD ON RAW'S BIGGEST STAGE; The Primetime Players (w/AW) Defeated RAW Money in the Bank Holder Kofi Kingston and R-Truth to win the WWE Tag Team ChampionshipsThe first match on RAW 1000 saw gold switch hands as the Primetime Players captured the Tag Team Championships from Kofi Kingston and R-Truth. A rare mishap from the champs ultimately led to defeat. Kofi went for the Boom Drop but took a little bit too long playing to the crowd and ate a big boot from Titus. Kofi and Truth regained control and had the challengers in trouble. Truth hit Titus in the corner with a clothesline and motioned for Kofi to hit one of his own. Kofi played to the crowd, slapping his hands together three times before trying to hit the clothesline. Truth had been waving Kofi over, telling him to hurry up and hit the move. When Kofi finally went for the clothesline, Titus moved out of the way. Darren Young clotheslined R-Truth to the outside and Titus hit a big sit-out powerbomb on Truth for the three. AW and the new champs celebrated like they had just won the biggest match of their lives as they took their belts and walked up the aisle. Truth slid into the ring as Kofi recovered and got to his feet. Truth and Kofi started to argue as we cut to the back. *We cut backstage to see Daniel Bryan walk up to the Big Show. Bryan asks Show if he has any idea who there partner for tonight's Main Event will be. Show says he has a few ideas and they leave.* *Commercial Break* *We come back from the break to a shot of the parking lot. Michael Cole appears and tries to sneak into an open door as a security guard has his back turned talking to cop. The cop sees Cole and tells him to stop. Cole says they have to be living under a rock to not recognize him. The cop says he's not letting Cole in and Cole starts to yell. The cop sizes Cole up and Cole gets scared and backs off, then leaves.* GILBERG RETURNS; DISMANTLED BY RYBACK; Ryback Defeated GilbergWe came back to the arena to see Ryback already in the ring. Suddenly we hear a familiar sound. Loud drums hit the speakers as the crowd comes to their feet but suddenly sit back down when Gilberg appears on the tron. We see Gilberg make his entrance through the backstage area and finally out into the arena down the ramp. Ryback disposed of Gilberg extremely quickly and finished him off with Shell Shocked. *We see a graphic advertising the two remaining title matches we will see tonight, followed by a graphic that promises Brock Lesnar will answer Triple H's challenge for SummerSlam tonight. Finally, we see a graphic advertising the massive six-man tag match Main Event tonight.* *We cut to the back to see Sheamus put the World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder. He will defend the World Heavyweight Championship, NEXT!* *Commercial Break* *We come back from the commercial break to see Big Show and Daniel Bryan talking in the back. Bryan says he's not happy with Show's choice for their partner tonight. Show says he used to be tag team partners with the guy and they work well together. Bryan says he still doesn't like it and walks off.* SHEAMUS RETAINS; JERICHO RETURNS; Sheamus Defeated Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio (w/Ricardo Rodriguez) to retain the World Heavyweight ChampionshipA fantastic World Heavyweight Championship Match on RAW's 1000th episode concluded with Sheamus retaining his gold yet again. The crowd was split between Sheamus and Mysterio. Del Rio was double teamed very often in the beginning of the match, taking him out of the equation for most of the early going. Del Rio would fight his way back into the match and take Mysterio out of it by tossing him over the barricade by the time keeper's table. Sheamus and Del Rio battled until Sheamus eventually hit the Brogue Kick. Sheamus went for the cover but Mysterio managed to break it up in time. Del Rio recovered and Mysterio went for the 619 but Del Rio caught Mysterio, pulled him to the mat and locked in the Cross Armbreaker. Mysterio was about to tap but Sheamus stopped Mysterio by catching his hand. Del Rio broke the hold and got to his feet. Sheamus got up and went for the Brogue Kick but Del Rio ducked it. Del Rio went for a clothesline but Sheamus ducked it and hit the Brogue Kick for the three. After the match Sheamus held his title up in the air with one arm and beat his chest with the other as he let out a victory yell. Sheamus turned around...right into a CodeBreaker! Chris Jericho! Jericho is back! Jericho stands over Sheamus as he picks up the World Heavyweight Championship and stares at it. Jericho drops the belt on Sheamus's chest and stares at Sheamus as his music hits and we cut to the back. *We cut to what looks like the production truck. We see Michael Cole start banging on the door. Nobody answers and soon security shows up. Cole runs away from the production truck and behind the arena.* *Commercial Break* BROTHERS RE-UNITED; We come back from the break to see a massive explosion erupt. Kane's theme hits and out comes the Big Red Machine. Cody Rhodes is out next. Rhodes we all know Kane is hideous. Cody says Kane is so ugly that he shouldn't be allowed to be in the WWE. Cody calls out a few more guys, Jinder Mahal, Drew McIntyre, Tyler Reks, Curt Hawkins, Trent Barretta, Hunico and Camacho. Cody says the people are tired of seeing Kane's horrendous face on RAW every week and he's here to get rid of him. They surround Kane and get in the ring. They all attack Kane and begin to beat him down in the middle of the ring until the lights go off and a bell tolls! The lights go back on and the Undertaker is in the ring! Taker hits everyone he sees with rights and lefts and Kane gets to his feet to help. Eventually they are left with Mahal and Hunico, who they lay out with Chokeslams. Taker gets on one knee as Kane raises his arms in the air and thrusts them down, a huge explosion coming soon after. The Brothers of Destruction have re-united on RAW 1000! *We cut to the back to see John Cena walk in to CM Punk's locker room. Cena tells Punk they've had their differences but tonight they need to hold it together. Punk says he has no problem with Cena as long as he stays out of his way. Punk says he isn't sure if they'll be able to fit in the ring with the Rock's ego. Cena smirks and says they will find out, then leaves.* *Commercial Break* *We cut outside to see security standing by the entrance to the arena again. Cole walks up with a grey wig on, walking and talking like Vince McMahon. Cole says if they don't let him in, he's going to "FIRREEEEEE" them. He tries to enter the arena but they won't let him. They take out their handcuffs and he runs off.* *JR and Lawler talk about what we've seen so far on RAW 1000 and thank Volbeat for "A Warrior's Call," the new theme song for Monday Night RAW!* CESARO VICTORIOUS; CAPTURES FIRST TITLE IN WWE; Antonio Cesaro (w/Aksana) Defeated Santino to win the United States ChampionshipCesaro captured his first title in the WWE with a win over Santino. Cesaro controlled the early going but Santino fought back. Santino went for the Cobra but Cesaro did everything he could to avoid it. Santino kept fighting back and went for the Cobra again but was absolutely drilled with a massive running European Uppercut. Cesaro made the cover for the three to become the new United States Champion, to Aksana's delight. *We cut to the back to see the COO, Triple H, walking. He will receive an answer from Brock Lesnar...NEXT!* *Commercial Break* *We come back from the break to see Michael Cole outside of the arena. This time he's dressed as Triple H. Cole talks in a raspy voice and tells the security to let him in or he'll Pedigree them. Cole says he wants to speak with Mr. McMahon. Security tell Cole they are tired of his antics and one of them says he is going to find Mr. McMahon.* LESNAR BAITS TRIPLE H; DECIMATES HBK; We cut to the arena to hear the music of the Game, the COO, Triple H hit. Triple H walks down to the ring to a big time pop and grabs a microphone. Triple H says he's waited long enough for Brock Lesnar to answer his challenge. Triple H says he's seen enough of Paul Heyman in his lifetime and demands to speak to Brock directly. Triple H calls out Brock but out comes Shawn Michaels to a huge pop. Shawn walks down to the ring with a mic in hand. Triple H asks Shawn what he's doing and Shawn says he came to RAW 1000 to warn Triple H. Shawn says Triple H shouldn't take the match. Shawn says he knows Triple H never backs down from a fight but tells Triple H to look at Brock's history and the men he has beaten. Triple H says Shawn is his best friend and he needs his support in everything he does. Shawn says as Triple H's best friend it's his duty to be 100% honest. Triple H says he knows he can beat Brock but Shawn stops him and tells Triple H to look at the Undertaker. Shawn says even The Undertake has never beaten Brock Lesnar, and that they both know how tough the Undertaker is. Triple H says he doesn't care about the Undertaker and knows he can beat Brock Lesnar. Shawn says Triple H can't beat Lesnar and the last time he told Triple H he couldn't beat somebody, he was right. Brock's theme hits and out comes Paul Heyman.
