SCAMMER: JL Quiroz (D Kid/TigerCheo) | El Paso, TX -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SCAMMER's user name is D Kid, you may know him as TigerCheo. Or another name... I was scammed in the classifieds forum by this guy going by the name of JL Quiroz out of El Paso, TX 79936. He scammed me under the name Lizeth Perez out of Paso, TX 79901. WFigs user spam informed me of JL's facebook page HERE: www.facebook.com/heheshabutie?ref=tsMembers of this site ✖Mister Favian✖, and nbwmatt29 also got scammed by JL. I am activley looking for all the members of this site that got scammed by this clown. I am filing a police report with the El Paso Police and the Sacramento Police (where I'm from). I am also filing mail fraud with the USPS and everywhere else I can think of. I will not take this laying down. The police will do something about this guy if they see this series of repeated mail fraud crimes commited by this loser. If JL scammed you we all have his address, and assumed names. If we all band together and report his ass to the right authorities he can be caught, and face the consequences. If you too have been scammed by JL, please PM me or respond to this thread. I will be monitoring this thread daily. Please help me! I already have. I talked to Chip about it. i can't wait around for him to try to fix this. There isnt much he or any other Mod here can do about this. D Kid deleted is haccount, and from the looks of it he always comes back and rips more people off. The mods havent been able to stop him from doing that so what makes you think they can fix this now?
Im just looking to see if there are any other victims of this guy out there. If so I think we can do something about this.

His alias this time was Lizeth Perez. A person who is on his facebook page under the friends section. I messaged her and told her that I called the El Paso police and reported them for mail fraud, and alerted the usps as well, and told her that mail fraud is a serious federal offense and that since he used her name that she will be considered an accompalice by the authorities.
She may be his mom, hopefully the message scares her and she sets the piece of crapstraight. I want my goddamn package back or the 10 figures I was promised. If not I will not stop until his ass gets thrown in jail.

You did read the rules before going through with a deal right? I have a bad trader mark, because i felt I was going to get screwed out of a deal, and the kid made a big deal about it, and said i refused to send after he sent.....guess what, he never sent.... Its whatever, Ebay is there... You won't get your package back. Its not mail fraud. The police won't waist their time because you sent toys to someone for a trade/money and they won't send back..... I feel bad that it involves your son, but blackball the guy here, do your best to keep the guy banned. But your going to have to cut your loses and just try to deal with people with refs. Check with his refs before you go through with a deal. |

I guess i scanned over the part were he forced you at gun point for your stuff. No, you chose to go through a third party system that doesn't provide a anti-fraudulent system. The rules clearly state, TRADE AT OWN RISK. Im not sure what little problem your talking about, If its the bad trader, I could give a craphonestly. Ebay is my friend, and if I get scammed, I notify them, and I get my money back. Just cause you got screwed over by someone that does this constantly doesn't give you a free pass to be a douche bag. |

In my case we had agreed to ship at the same time..He actually had a couple of good trades before he ripped off three of us the same week..I've been here ten years but have only traded a few times so our feedback was about equal. |

He got me with his username Funkasaurus. Sent more than $100 for the build a cole set all MOC.
Luckily for me I didn't send as gift through PayPal and I filed a claim on got my money back straight away.
I hate people like him and would pay to see his face smashed in!

Now, whether the police will actually investigate this is another story. It all depends on the value and how many people were defrauded. I had someone on here rip me off for $110. I contacted the police department in the guy's hometown and I never heard back from them. |
