In my case we had agreed to ship at the same time..He actually had a couple of good trades before he ripped off three of us the same week..I've been here ten years but have only traded a few times so our feedback was about equal. OK, I never send at the same time unless I've done a deal with the trader before. I've had 200 transactions and haven't been ripped off yet. |

I'm glad you are doing this. Too many people here rely on members like Chip to clean up the mess. Glad to see you take some real action. Hopefully this at least scares him enough that he will stop. If the police do get involved you certainly have mountains of evidence against him from the forum.

Sux man. I only got scammed one time on here. Guy sent me $50 for Flair custom thru PayPal as gift. Deal was done and complete, got my $$$ n shipped the item. 2 wks later I get a message from PayPal saying the senders bank couldn't verify the payment and they took the $ out of my account. Of course pp couldn't help me cuz payment was a gift and not goods purchased. I had pics and a tracking # for proof but it wasn't good enough.
2 big tips for new traders never send as gift...even if person has high refs cuz packages can get lost. If you trade make sure to trade with high ref individuals first. Once u build ur rep u can have ppl send u stuff first. Hope that helps.
