Customising Question

Ive been looking around the custom boards and i haven't found a lot of chris sabin customs. i was thinking of making his Motor City Machine Gun attire with The Miz's Ruthless aggression trunks. however i am struggling to find head for the figure, i don't really want to modify any heads as i barley have any experience with that, the closest i could get was a Paul London Figure. any suggestions on the head or how you would a Chris Sabin Figure??

Also how do you mold things such as beards??
Also what custom would you make if you had a William Regal Figure??
