WrestleFigs Customs Board Community, First let me start by saying thanks to all of you for inspiring and driving me to become better and better with each custom I've created over the months I've been a member here. I attribute so much of my success to the concepts, methods, and tips I was able to learn on this board. I have however made the decision to step away from customizing figures to pursue a little more leisure in my life and more importantly time with my family. Without boring everyone too much with details I will simply say that for whatever reason I realized that this business was taking too much of my time away from more important things and the time is right to make that change. I still have a few projects I will be finishing up and posting, and some already paid orders I need to finish as well, but this is for all intents and purposes, the end of the line. Coming to this board was one of the better decisions I made with regards to customizing, it is filled with talented people of all skill levels who blow me away quite often with their work. I ask that you guys continue to push each other to do bigger and better things, complacency sucks.....don't worry about  ing up a $10.00 figure, just TRY something. Perhaps someday down the line, if the stars align, there will be a rumble in the distance and Ultimate Customs may rise from the dead..........time will tell.....but until then guys......Thank you for believing and for all the support and kind words. Thank you for he work you've put in and time to the world of customs, you'll definitely be missed. I almost lost my faith in customs on WF but your thread has always been one I've looked forward to checking up on and has kept me checking the Customs Forum regularly, and for that I thank you.

I wanted to refrain from commenting on here. But I can't.
You see, over the last year or so, this customs board just about totally died. There were maybe a handful of customizers who posted customs, and got rarely any advice/comments/crits. Over the last few months, this board looked like it was about to come back to life. Newer customizers to this board; people who were creating quality pieces and gave something to this community.
From the custom figures to the cards, you definitely left your mark here. Might I suggest something? Don't go away forever. Take a break and come back. Do 1 project a week. That way, you're not stuck doing customs and cards instead of being a family man, but you can still work on them.
Just a thought.

See Ya!!! I think you announced awhile back you were done making customs and then you started pumping out all these custom cards... I use to think your work was fairly decent until you made that warrior that was LOD themed and that really showed that you just use a bunch of printouts and glue them to the outfits, not really as much talent invested in your customs as alot of people think.. Your concepts for the custom packages are great but the execution of them are not as great if people would actually heavily examine them, the worst thing is you sold tons of these things for great prices but the buyers will have regret in a few months (year tops) once the glue or tape starts coming undone (Look at the latest sting package, already falling apart and it's just been pictured).. High regards to stopping to spend more time with the family, Best of luck if your actually leaving now. And I know tons of people will be saying it's people like me what destroys this board,etcc....etc... But the truth is I've been lurking around here since 2000 or so (former ID was wildfire) and I've seen ALL THEM come and go (Rozz, Baity, poppy, Tee, stingray, walking condeminiem, etc... )...

None the less......bottom line is you still couldn't stay away.......so obviously there was something that brought you back. However, it's all good...and no I don't think you're destroying the board......but there is a difference between critique and outright ignorance....skate that line carefully...see you down the road.
