THE BATTLE FOR BRAND SUPREMACY... BEGINSInspired by a prior diary by Chaz, this diary will be a split with a difference. I will act as the creative director of the company (just call my Vinny Mac) while two head writers will take charge of RAW and SmackDown, getting total control of the booking and writing. Of course there’s a twist, but that’ll come. The diary will begin the week following No Way Out, using the same results from the actual event. With the firing of John Laurinaitis it was announced by the board of directors that the brand split would be re-estabilished. That meant no more supershows, no more crossovers other than pay per views. Of course there was a twist. A complete re-draft of the rosters would be announced during the week following No Way Out across the final edition of RAW and SmackDown supershows (the rosters were drafted by our starting writers.) This diary starts with the new rosters, one week following No Way Out, with the build up to the Money in the Bank pay per view just beginning. Writers & Their RolesOnto the important part. For this project to work we obviously need two writers at all times. While our initial writes roles have been filled that doesn’t mean there is no way you can get involved. The benefit of this style is that if one person needs to drop out for whatever reason, we can have someone step up and take over. Hopefully this will stem the problem with most splits that cause them to finish before anything really happens. If somebody wants to be placed on the reserve list then please message me. As the creative head it will be my job to decide on all backstage events including having final say on roster cuts and signings. While both head writers will have free reign to be able to make requests for call ups, signings and firings it will be down to my discretion to approve or reject these ideas. Another part I’ll play is on the ‘contract’ side of things. Both shows will have a budget to work with that will, at times, need balancing. Throughout the duration of the diary the writers will have to deal with worker contracts. Some workers will want pay rises and it will be the writers job to decide whether it is something that they are willing to accept knowing that it may mean releasing a lower card worker or whether they risk the star’s happiness. Along these lines each member of the roster will have to be kept happy. Works happiness will go down if they go on a losing streak, if they’re kept too far down the card or if they are left off too many shows. Workers will request matches and feuds and the writers response will alter their happiness. RatingsThis is where the brand supremacy aspect comes in. Each week both brands will be subject to the dreaded ratings. For this diary that will take the form of readers reviews. For each show review people will be required to give a rating out of 10. At the end of the week these ratings will form an average. Ratings can also be achieved by completing challenges (see below). Following each pay per view the brand with the higher rating will be deemed the ‘supreme’ brand for that month. Winning the monthly ratings challenge will get that brand a reward. These rewards can include: - Stealing a star from the other brand. - Increasing your budget. - Signing someone from development or the independents without the interference of the creative director. ChallengesSo here’s the big difference between this diary and the one that Chaz was running. Instead of dictating what you have to do each week the creative director will instead assign challenges. If you’ve ever played TEW you will know what I mean when I mention owner goals. They will be split into three separate sections: - Long term goals – goals that you will have two to three months to achieve. These can include getting somebody into the WWE title picture be a specific pay per view, or building up to a specific match. - Medium term goals – monthly goals such as booking a certain match at the next pay per view or switching the a title onto someone new. - Short term goals – weekly goals such as having a certain person involved in the main event or debuting a certain guy from development. These challenges are not compulsory, but they will grant points towards your weekly rating depending on the difficulty of the challenge. There’s no point in just doing all the challenges for the sake of points, because if they’re done badly then you’ll likely find yourself docked ratings. Of course if you don’t think the challenges will work with your own plans then you don’t have to go through with them, just be aware this could hurt your ratings for the week. [/center]

There should be someone handling NXT, that'd be fun.
Be cool, if this would actually get off the ground, which is unlikely, but I really hope so.

[06/25/2012] - Fort Wayne, Indiana- OPENING: Brand new Raw opening with the current superstars on the roster is shown which leads into pyro explosion. We are elcomed on the air by Josh Matthews & Jerry Lawler…Raw’s new announce team. Matthews goes on to say that we have a lot in store tonight as we will find out more about the next pay-per-view, Money In the Bank. Matthews then tells us that we will be kicking off tonight’s show with the announcement of the new Raw general manager…as announced on WWE.com earlier.
- CAN YOU DIG IT?: Justin Roberts interrupts as he starts to make the announcement but first welcomes the live crowd to the new vision of Monday Night RAW! Roberts then introduces the new Raw general manager…BOOKER T! Booker comes out to a great ovation and the crowd is going wild. He plays to the crowd for a little before ensuring them that they are in for a new type of brand. And this will all kick off tonight…SUCKA! Booker then tells the fans that with the Money In The Bank pay-per-view coming up, Raw needs to outshine Smackdown in the ladder match for the number one contendership and tonight, we will find out four of the six Raw combatants through good old fashion wrestling! Booker also promises a special appearance by his good friend Triple H a little later in the show. Booker then tells us to enjoy the start of a killer ride.
- SIN CARA DEFEATS WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPION KOFI KINGSTON WITH A TILT-A-WHIRL ARMBAR TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- INCOMING CHALLENGE: Lillian Garcia, the newest Raw backstage correspondent, is standing by with Raw’s biggest draft pick (literally), the Big Show! The crowd gives him a mixed pop as we cannot tell which Big Show we are getting tonight. Big Show tells Lillian that he doesn’t need a stupid qualifying match or briefcase to show that he should be World Champion. He is challenging Booker T to make him the number one contender to Sheamus’ World Championship or he will regret taking the job he did.
- RECAP: Video recap of the draft that took place last week between Raw and Smackdown!
- DOLPH ZIGGLER DEFEATS JTG WITH THE ZIG ZAG TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- UPCOMING: A graphic shows that Triple H will be making an appearance tonight to speak on behalf of the Brock Lesnar situation.
- HOLLA HOLLA: Booker T is in his new office getting used to the digs when Theodore Long walks in and greets him. Long makes a comment that not too long ago it was the other way around with Booker coming into his office. Long cuts to the chase and gets right down to things…he has found a hot new tag team for Booker’s Raw Brand! They have all the swagger and talent any team should need and he wants to personally introduce the Prime Time Players to Booker. Young & O’Neil walk in and the crowd gives them some boos. Booker welcomes the youngsters to the brand and wishes them the best of luck. Long tells Booker that they won’t need luck and walks out with his new tag team. Booker seems confused as they leave the office.
- CELEBRATE, GOOD TIMES!:Highlights for the 1000 episode of Raw are shown. Some great moments with taking a look back on history!
- NATAYLA DEFEATS ALICIA FOX WITH A SHARPSHOOTER
- FRIENDLY FIRE?: World Champion Sheamus has arrived to the building to a huge pop. Being fashionably late may not fair well for the World Champion as he does not know the challenge that was laid upon him by Big Show. Sheamus is greeted by a friendly John Cena…who welcomes him to the NEW Monday Night Raw. Cena tells Sheamus that its great that they are on the same brand, but that won’t stop Cena from trying to take that title from his waist. Sheamus smiles and tells him to keep dreaming.
- HIGHLIGHTS: Highlights of Money In The Bank matches are shown.
- WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION CHRISTIAN DEFEATS DREW MCINTYRE WITH THE KILLSWITCH TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- WHAT THE...: Brodus Clay is hanging around backstage all lonely without his normal entourage. Yoshi Tatsu approaches him and, in broken English, asks him what’s wrong. Clay tries to explain that he is feeling all alone on the new brand since he was split up from his back-up dancers. Tatsu listens attentively and after a few moments...tells Brodus that he knows just the thing. Yoshi pulls out a flyer for a club out of his jean pocket and hands it to Brodus. Clay gives a look and then high fives Tatsu as they walk off.
- ENTER THE GAME: A limo pulls into the arena’s parking lot…TRIPLE H HAS ARRIVED!
- O’NEIL [WITH THEODORE LONG & YOUNG] DEFEATS CAMACHO WITH A SPINEBUSTER
- UPCOMING: A graphic showing that the final MITB qualifier for the night will pit John Cena against Daniel Bryan!
- VICKIE WHO?: Christian is walking to his locker room after relaxing following his match against Drew McIntyre when he is stopped by Dolph Ziggler. Dolph comments on the beautiful piece of gold that is slung over his shoulder and comments about how such a prestigious belt with so much meaning is being wasted on a dirty Canadian. Christian takes a few moments to respond before saying that he finds Dolph much quieter without that loud mouth Vickie by his side…it will be harder to notice him than ever now! The crowd laughs as Christian walks away smirking to his locker room.
- TENSION HEAVY: Triple H seems to be making his way out to the ring before he is stopped by Booker T. Booker greets him politely and gets right down to business. He asks Triple H if he is sure about what he is doing out there tonight. Without hesitation, Triple H responds affirmatively and passes by the general manager.
- LOUDMOUTH: Triple H comes down to the ring and grabs a microphone right away. The crowd doesn’t let him speak as they are chanting for him too loudly! He finally gets them to stop so he can get down to business and that business is Brock Lesnar. Before Triple H can explain anything he wants, Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar’s representative, interrupts him and tells everyone to settle down. Heyman tells Triple H that whatever he needs to say will be useless since Brock wants nothing to do with this company anymore. Triple H calls both Heyman & Lesnar cowards for not confronting Triple H at all. Triple H tells Heyman to relay a message to Lesnar that he wants to meet him in the ring, face to face and man to man, at Money In the Bank to get this situation all settled. Heyman tells Triple H that his idea could be arranged if the price was right for Brock. Heyman will send Triple H’s office the contractual demands from the Lesnar camp within a few days and see if they meet in the middle. Triple H grabs Heyman and tells him he doesn’t care about the money, he just wants to meet that punk Lesnar in the ring man to man. Heyman finally screams to let him go and he scurries out of the ring. Heyman tells Triple H that Brock is more of a man than Triple H is and that he will hear an answer sooner rather than later!
- EMERGING PROPOSAL: Booker T visits Sheamus’ locker room right before our main event. He needs to speak with him about the emerging proposition he was given about the World Championship. Before we hear any specifics, we cut to ringside where our main event is about to start!
- DANIEL BRYAN DEFEATS JOHN CENA WITH THE YES LOCK AFTER A DISTRACTION FROM TENSAI TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- DOMINATION: Tensai then adds insult to injury and starts throwing Cena around the ring. The crowd boos as Tensai does a number on Cena and finally puts him down with a Choke STO. Tensai poses over Cena as the new vision of Raw’s first night comes to a close.

RAW: - First off I absolutely love the layout. It's short and simple which keeps me reading because there isn't too much information thrown at me in one go. - I wasn't expecting you to go with Booker T when it came to picking a new general manager, but I absolutely love it. The guy's entertaining and it's a direction that hasn't been taken before. - Sin Cara and Kofi Kingston are two guys who are both capable of filling in that spot monkey role at Money in the Bank, but I think you made the right decision by putting Cara in. I mean neither man seem likely to make it in the main event at this rate, but Cara has more momentum behind him in my eyes. - Like that you're keeping Show in the monster heel role, I've been enjoying it a lot more than when he was a face. - Good to see Ziggler advancing to Money in the Bank, I think it'd have been a big mistake if he hadn't. I'll be pulling for him to win. - I always loved Teddy in the heel manager role, and pairing him with the Prime Time Players is pure genius. Can't wait to see what you do with them. - Good win for Natalya, she's one of your stronger Diva's so I hope to see some good use out of her. - Considering the history between Sheamus and Cena, a feud for them could be very interesting indeed. - Considering Christian's history in ladder matches he's an obvious choice to be involved in the Money in the Bank match and while I can't really see him winning it because he just doesn't need it, I still expect him to do well. - Brodus Clay and... Yoshi Tatsu? I can dig it, should be fun. - Dolph Ziggler not flying solo is very intriguing, I think he's got the talent to be the next big thing and flying solo could just be the perfect thing for him to take that next step, and a feud with Christian should lead to some very interesting matches. - A strong win for Titus O'Neil, although I'd have preferred to have seen the Prime Time Players in tag action. - I like the fact that you're going the money route with Heyman and Brock Lesnar, I mean it's obvious that is what Lesnar's angle was all about when he first turned up so I'm surprised it hasn't played a bigger role in things. Having them meet at Money in the Bank is an interesting prospect. - Love that Daniel Bryan is going to be in the Money in the Bank match. I mean sure, I'd like to have seen him challenging for the World title but as long as Sheamus is holding that title it's not really something we're gonna get. Tensai's interference keeps Cena looking strong, and perfectly sets up a very interesting feud. I've been waiting for Tensai to step it up and this could be exactly what is needed. - A good first show. A little lacking in terms of Sheamus' involvement which I found surprising, but other than that I don't really have any complaints. Can't wait to read more.
Rating: 8 / 10 Weekly Challenge Points: 6 / 6

It looks like you've got everything sorted out Rated R. It looks really good, the only problem I forsee is the replies and voting. Since replies are kinda limited these days. I'm going to try and reply and vote on these as much as I can.
Great to see you writing again Duan. Layout looks nice but I do like match detail but I suppose if this diary focuses on booking then its the right thing to do. Booker seems a good choice for GM. Cara advancing to MITB will lead to some good spots. Although it was at the expense of Kofi. Not sure about Lilian being a backstage reporter. Good write up on the segment though. Zig could be a good winner for MITB. HHH appearing should boost ratings. Odd segment with T and Long. Would prefer Long as GM really. What highlights of past RAW explain?. Good Sheamus/Cena promo. Again Christian is a good choice for the MITB match. Clay backstage WTF?. Guessing Long is managing PTP now, hoping for White Boy Challenges. Cena vs. Brian in a MITB qualifier seems abit odd since thier both better than that. Another good Dolph/Christian promo. Really nice long HHH promo, a confrontation between the two at the PPV will be good. I really like the last promo being cut off by the main event before anything happens. Suppose Bryan winning is the best result but he's better than that anyway. Dunno about Tensai interfering but I guess it makes sense storyline.
Overall good first show, no real complaints. Still nothing jumped out at me at being amazing. Was thinking of giving a 8/10 but I'll give a 7 since theres room for improvement. I guess I don't have to the weekly challenge points. 7/10

Friday Night SmackDown | June 29th, 2012 | Evansville, IN
Following a new intro and pyrotechnics display, the commentary duo of Michael Cole and Matt Striker welcome everyone to the brand new Friday Night SmackDown. As we saw this past Monday on RAW, the rosters have been shaken up and new stars are bound to rise to the occasion. Tonight, we will find out four of the six participants in this year's SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Along with that, we will see WWE Champion CM Punk take on the man who is looking to redeem himself after his Intercontinental Championship loss weeks ago, Cody Rhodes. All that and much more as we usher in a new era on Friday Night SmackDown.
"Excuse me!" Just like that, the live audience here Evansville were orchestrating a chorus a boos as Vickie Guerrero made her way down to the ring. She said that even though she may have lost her contractual services with Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger due to them being on RAW, she was given a new title here on SmackDown, and one that she is quite familiar with - General Manager! The audience's boos continued as Vickie shouted at them to excuse her. Before she could continue on, the lights in the arena shut as the boos turned to cheers. Several smaller lights were shown on the stage as pyro blasted and the theme of Chris Jericho hit. Jericho, who we haven't seen in a month, made his way down to the ring as he grabbed a microphone. He told Vickie that she doesn't have to listen to the words of the fans because he feels she can make a great General Manager. And for her to be a great GM, she needs to recognize the great talent on her roster. So he's letting her know right now that he is naming himself that first participant in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. "Excuse me? Chris, who do you think you are?" shouted Vickie. Jericho said that he believes he's the man who created the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, and he's the man who will win it to once again become WWE Champion. Vickie told Jericho that he has some nerve to come out here and just declare himself the first participant. If he wants in the match, he's going to have to qualify just like everyone else. Jericho told Vickie that if she wants to make her job hard, then fine. He'll play her little games and go through her qualifying match. But everything he said is true. He will win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match and become WWE Champion. "Now if you'll 'excuse me,' I have a match to win," said Jericho as Vickie made her way out of the ring.
BREAK
Chris Jericho def. David Otunga in a Money In The Bank qualifying match A solid bout here to kick off tonight's show and series of qualifying matches. Due to his previous segment with new SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero, Jericho was in the audience's favor as they rooted for him throughout the entire match. As Otunga was going for a Running Powerslam, Jericho managed to slide off and caught him with a Codebreaker upon turning around.
Jericho raised his arms in victory as he looked up at the blue briefcase that was hanging high above the ring. He is the first to qualify for the match, and may very well already be a favorite to win and seize a WWE Championship opportunity.
Backstage, Vickie Guerrero was shown in her new office when Alberto Del Rio came in. After complimenting Vickie, he told her that if she is still undecided on who CM Punk's next challenger should be, she doesn't need to look any further. He never got his opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship, and Sheamus ran away onto RAW, it's only fitting that he receive the WWE Title match at Money In The Bank. Before Vickie could grant Alberto anything, Kane stepped into the room. He told Vickie that if anyone is going to be challenging CM Punk for the WWE Championship, it's him. With AJ out of the way, he knows he can beat Punk. And after he defeated Daniel Bryan last week, it should be no question who deserves to be No.1 contender. Vickie said that they both have solid cases, but there can only be one No.1 contender. So it will be decided in a match tonight. Kane vs. Alberto Del Rio. The winner will meet CM Punk at Money In The Bank for the WWE Championship.
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, Heath Slater was shown in the ring as he told the audience that they need to sit quietly and show him some respect, because that's what he hasn't been shown as of late. Last week on RAW, he was defeated by Vader. And now, everybody is viewing him as a joke. But that all ends tonight because he's issuing an open challenge to anyone in the back. He's going to prove tonight why Heath Slater is no joke, and make Vickie Guerrero realize that there's only man who deserves to be in Money In The Bank.
Ryback def. Heath Slater via count-out Slater may have regretted issuing the open challenge as it was accepted by the undefeated mammoth, Ryback. Every bit of Slater's offense was useless as it had no effect. As Ryback shouted "finish him!" Slater rolled out of the ring and crawled up the entrance ramp. The referee neared the ten count, but Slater didn't bother to look back as continued up the ramp until he was counted out.
As Ryback was announced as the winner, he simply stared as Slater as the One Man Southern Rock Band stood to his feet on the stage. Ryback shouted "feed me Heath!" as Slater shook his head in denial, and probably, fear.
Backstage, WWE Champion CM Punk was shown talking to Alex Riley. The two former RAW superstars discussed how they planned on leaving their mark on SmackDown. Punk seemed a bit more enthusiastic about not having AJ around, saying that despite her cuteness, not having her around can finally put his mind back on a straight path. As Punk was saying that, Riley slowly walked away, leaving Punk confused. When he turned around, he was met by AJ. "I got drafted too! Now we can be together, isn't that great?" said AJ as Punk let out a huge breathe. He smiled and told AJ that it is great to see her on SmackDown. He tried to calmly walk away, though she followed him down the hallway.
BREAK
Returning from the break, the bell sounded as Tony Chimel announced that the following contest is a Money In The Bank qualifying match. Ezekiel Jackson was already in the ring as he awaited the entrance of the Swiss Sensation.
Antonio Cesaro def. Ezekiel Jackson in a Money In The Bank qualifying match Although still relatively new the scene here in WWE, Cesaro once again impressed everyone with his very unique style of wrestling that he brings to the table. Despite Jackson's size advantage, it didn't work out for him in this bout as Cesaro caught him with a flying forearm off the second turnbuckle, leading to the victory for the Swiss Sensation.
As he was announced victorious, Cesaro pointed up to the Money In The Bank briefcase, signalling that it will be his in three weeks. An updated graphic for the match was shown as we now know that Chris Jericho and Antonio Cesaro have solidified their spots in the SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Backstage, Zack Ryder and the United States Champion Santino Marella were shown discussing the Money In The Bank Ladder Match as Ryder has a qualifying match later on tonight. Santino said that he has one next week, so he and his Cobra need to get some early preparations done. After Ryder left, Santino began stretching as he talked to his Cobra. Suddenly, Damien Sandow approached him. "What on earth could posses you to speak to an inanimate object such as a sock?" Santino told Sandow that the Cobra is not just a sock, it's his best friend. He tried to get the Cobra to say hi, much to the dismay of Sandow. Suddenly, the Cobra spewed water into Sandow's face. Santino quickly apologized before slapping the Cobra. The United States Champion left the scene as Sandow wiped his face with a towel, looking on in disgust.
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, WWE Champion CM Punk was shown making his way down a corridor as he is scheduled to face Cody Rhodes next. AJ was still following him, bombarding him with questions and compliments. "AJ, you're a sweet girl and I promise to answer of all your questions when I get back. But please stay backstage during my match. Don't go out there."
WWE Champion CM Punk def. Cody Rhodes An incredible match to round out the first hour here on SmackDown. Coming off of several failed attempts at the Intercontinental Championship, this was Cody's chance to shine through and prove to Vickie why he deserves to be at the top of the contenders list for the WWE Championship. After failing to hit the Disaster Kick, Punk hoisted Cody up to his shoulders for the GTS to grab the victory.
Cutting backstage, AJ was shown watching a TV monitor as she was ecstatic about Punk's victory. Suddenly, Alberto Del Rio approached her. "That's cute. Watching your little boyfriend win a match. Don't get used to it because at Money In The Bank, he's going to fall at my feet when I become the new WWE Champion." AJ told Del Rio that he better not get too cocky yet because he still needs to go through Kane tonight. And she's looked into the Big Red Monster's eyes before, and she knows what he's capable of.
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, Tyson Kidd was shown in the ring as the Money In The Bank qualifying match graphic appeared. Soon, AW made his way out to the stage. He said that as of late, his clients haven't exactly worked out. Primo and Epico were losers, and Young and O'Neil have decided to lend their services to Teddy Long. But tonight, he's got a winner. He's got a future star, and the man who will win the SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match. "Ladies and gentlemen, All World Promotions' newest client, Michael McGillicutty!"
Michael McGillicutty def. Tyson Kidd in a Money In The Bank Qualifying Match Despite this being McGillicutty's first match on SmackDown, AW's newest client really shined here. He didn't allow much offense for Tyson Kidd, AW's presence bringing a new confidence for the 3rd generation star. Eventually, McGillicutty was able to finish off Tyson with a Swinging Neckbreaker to get the victory.
AW quickly stepped into the ring and raised McGillicutty's hand as his newest client stared at the Money In The Bank briefcase, knowing he'll have a chance at it. McGillicutty joins Jericho and Cesaro as the first participants in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Cutting backstage, Kane was shown in a dark storage closet, preparing for tonight's No.1 Contender's match with Alberto Del Rio. Suddenly, AJ walked in. She told Kane that she'll be out there tonight, watching as he becomes the No.1 contender. And if Money In The Bank is to be him against Punk, then she knows that the better man will win. Kane told AJ that these past few weeks, she's made him feel things that he's never felt before. But she needs to understand something. He's a twisted and demented monster. She's just a little girl. There's no way anything could ever happen between them and he thinks it's best if they just stay away from each other. Kane left the room, leaving AJ there as she bursted into both tears and laughter.
BREAK
Zack Ryder def. Damien Sandow in a Money In The Bank Qualifying Match A solid outing here from both men, whom Money In The Bank would help tremendously. Towards the end of the bout, United States Champion Santino made his way out to ringside, telling Sandow that he and the Cobra wanted to apologize for the mishap earlier. This proved to be more of a distractions for Sandow than anything else as Ryder rolled him up to get the victory.
Ryder quickly rolled out of the ring and raised his arms in the air, hugging Santino before fist pumping with the audience. Sandow looked on in both shock and frustration, knowing that Santino cost him a spot in Money In The Bank. Santino quickly walked back up the stage as his intentions were only to apologize to Sandow, not cost him the match. Nonetheless, the Money In The Bank graphic appeared as Zack Ryder joins Michael McGillicutty, Antonio Cesaro, and Chris Jericho as the first four superstars to qualify for the SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
A graphic was shown for the No.1 Contenders match between Kane and Alberto Del Rio. It happens next on SmackDown.
BREAK
A promo was shown for Money In The Bank, live Sunday July 15th, only on Pay-Per-View.
Returning to the arena, the theme of CM Punk hit as the WWE Champion made his way down to ringside to watch as his next challenger for the gold will be decided next. As he was pulling up a chair, AJ skipped down to ringside, pulling up a chair herself as she joined Punk, much to his dismay.
Kane def. Alberto Del Rio to earn a WWE Championship Match at Money In The Bank A solid main event here to close out SmackDown. Kane's "break-up" with AJ earlier seemed to have worked out for him as the Big Red Monster was able to focus on the task at hand without looking over his shoulder at her. Towards the finish, Del Rio hit Kane with an Enziguri as he was preparing to lock in the Cross Armbreaker. At that moment, AJ stood up from her chair and stepped onto the ring apron, distracting the referee. Punk quickly grabbed AJ and pulled her off the apron, asking her what she was thinking. Del Rio told Punk to keep her in control, but then walked right into a Chokeslam as Kane covered him to get the victory.
Kane stood up to his feet as a graphic appeared, declaring him the No.1 contender for the WWE Championship. Punk slid into the ring to meet the Big Red Monster face to face as he raised the WWE Championship high in the air. AJ looked on from the outside, knowing that her two love interests will square off for the WWE Championship at Money In The Bank

SmackDown: - Vickie Guerrero as general manager is something I kind of expected, but that doesn't mean I don't like it. Vickie's become an excellent hell and she could be very entertaining as GM. Plus a Vickie/ Jericho segment would be gold. - It's weird to see Jericho being used as a face since I've always liked him more as a heel. Still, great to see him getting a spot in the Money in the Bank match. - Kane and Del Rio are both good shouts for the next number one contender. I'm pulling for Kane though. - I like the idea of a Ryback/ Slater feud. Heath's been etching himself a spot at a comedy heel recently, and he's one of the few that won't really get hurt by being fed to Ryback. - Funny segment with Punk and AJ, good to see their thing continuing since AJ's been a highlight recently. - Cesaro's been criminally underused since coming to the main roster, so hopefully you do big things with him. Money in the Bank is the perfect start. - Are we going to be seeing Sandow in the running for the United States champion? Let's hope so. - While I would have preferred to see Punk/ Rhodes headline the show, with Kane/ Del Rio coming up it makes sense for it to headline the first hour. Punk had to go over here, but I'm hoping that Rhodes get's a big push in future. - Love that Michael McGillicutty is getting a push, although I'm disappointed that it came at Tyson Kidd's expense. AW is the perfect figure to give McGillicutty that edge that could lead him to big things. - Replica of the Kane/ AJ segment we saw recently, but that's not really a bad thing. - Really surprised to see Zack Ryder qualifying for the Money in the Bank match, but if it means we get a title push for Sandow then I'm all for it. - Great main event, really good to see Kane taking the victory because I still think there is some mileage in a Kane/ Punk feud with AJ playing a role. Can't wait to see what you do with them leading into Money in the Bank. - A very good first show, you started pushing some new names which I think was needed with your roster. There was some stuff lacking but then Duaner had the same issue on RAW what with this being the first week and all.

[07/02/2012] - Laredo, Texas- OPENING: Before the Raw opening, a recap video of what Tensai did to John Cena last week as Raw went off the air was shown. Also, the announcement of Booker T as the new Raw general manager.
- THE WARRIOR SPEAKS: Sheamus is first to join us before our commentators can explain what is in store for tonight. The World Heavyweight Champion doesn’t waste anytime and grabs a microphone to explain what he and general manager Booker T where talking about last week. Sheamus told the fans that the new Raw GM told him of a proposition that another superstar laid down last week and how Booker had no choice but to accept it. Before anymore can be said, Big Show comes down to the ring to spoil the Champion’s promo and thoughts. Big Show reveals that he persuaded Booker to give him a title shot at Money in the Bank the only way he knows. Sheamus tells Big Show it doesn’t matter who will be challenging for his championship because nobody will be able to dethrone him. Big Show asks Sheamus if he wants to get it on now and not wait, but they are stopped by the GM. Booker tells them that they will have to wait to fight for the title, but they won’t have to wait to fight each other tonight. Booker makes a tag team match with Sheamus teaming with John Cena to face Big Show and Tensai! The crowd enjoys this one and the competitors seem pretty pleased as we go to commercial break.
- HIGHLIGHTS: Highlights for the 1000 episode of Raw are shown. Some great moments with taking a look back on history!
- KOFI KINGSTON DEFEATS DREW MCINTYRE AFTER THE TROUBLE IN PARADISE
- NEW OPPORTUNITIES ARISE: While Kofi is celebrating with his tag partner, R-Truth, we cut to Theodore Long who is watching closely with the Prime Time Players, O’Neil & Young. Long turns to his young team and tells them that tonight is their night to really show what they are made of, as he got them a tag team match later on against Epico & Camacho. O’Neil & Young smirk and get pumped as they get set for some big tag action.
- LIVING DANGEROUSLY: Replay of the Triple H/Paul Heyman interaction last week. This leads to a pre-recorded video from Paul Heyman. Heyman tells the fans that he will be there live later on tonight and he will have Brock’s answer for Triple H! Heyman smiles sadistically and we fade to commercial.
- NATALYA & LAYLA DEFEAT KAITLYN & ALICIA FOX AFTER NATALYA MADE KAITLYN SUBMIT TO THE SHARPSHOOTER
- WHAT'S TO COME: A hype graphic for what is coming later tonight is shown, including the final two Money In the Bank qualifying matches, our huge tag team main event and we will hear from Paul Heyman!
- BATTLE OF THE BIG: Big Show is seen entering the locker room of Tensai. The lights are dimmed and you can only make our figures in the shadows. Big Show tells what he can see of Tensai that they will need to work together in order to win tonight, but if Tensai steps out of line, he won’t be afraid to knock him out. Tensai then creeps forward and goes almost face-to-face with Big Show and they stare down. Huge tension between these two big will not be good come main event time.
- AWESOMENESS PERSONIFIED: Lilian Garcia is standing by with WWE Intercontinental Champion, Christian, who is able to do battle with the three other men who advanced to the Money In The Bank ladder match in fatal four way elimination action in just a few moments. Christian mocks all three competitors, but most specifically Dolph Ziggler. He is looking to make the crybaby pay for his comments about Christian last week and the best way to do it is in the ring.
- JACK SWAGGER DEFEATS PRIMO AFTER PRIMO SUBMITTED TO THE ANKLE LOCK TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- HUH?: A hype video for a large mysterious figure is shown. Some eerie music is played as the figure creeps closer and closer to the camera. Then, a cringing laugh is heard and the words ‘the return is near’ are shown on the screen.
- REMINDER: A reminder video is shown that Monday Night Raw will be moving to three hours every Monday starting right after the 1000th episode.
- STRATEGY: Josh Matthews & Jerry Lawler talk about what is still to come tonight as we see John Cena & World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus presumably going over strategies for their tag match later tonight. What will happen when these four awesome forces collide?!
- STILL NO CLUE: Apparently, we will see exclusive footage of Yoshi Tatsu's night out with Brodus Clay next week on Raw!
- THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS [O’NEIL/YOUNG] DEFEAT CAMACHO & EPICO AFTER O’NEIL PINNED EPICO FOLLOWING A SPINEBUSTER
- HERE WE GO: We see Sin Cara, Christian, Daniel Bryan & Dolph Ziggler all walking down to the ring. It looks like its time for some elimination action between our Money In The Bank competitors and its next!
- NEAR PERFECTION: When we come back, Dolph Ziggler is already in the ring with a microphone. He just wants to make one thing clear and that’s that Vickie Guerrero was merely holding him back from reaching his full potential and he is here to show everyone that he has what it takes to be World Champion.
- DANIEL BRYAN DEFEATS SIN CARA, DOLPH ZIGGLER & CHRISTIAN AFTER SIN CARA TAPPED OUT TO THE YES LOCK. CHRISTIAN & ZIGGLER HAD ELIMINATED THEMSELVES BY COUNTOUT EARLIER IN THE MATCH
- SOMEBODY STOP THIS: As Bryan celebrates, we see Ziggler & Christian still going at it in the backstage area. Referees, road agents and superstars try to separate them before things really get out of hand.
- JUST ANNOUNCED: Josh Matthews announces that Booker T has added John Cena versus Tensai to the Money In The Bank pay-per-view card.
- THE ANSWER: Paul Heyman makes his way down to the ramp area and stops there to greet the fans. He tells them that he needs to be quick and to the point since he is a very busy man. He makes it known that Brock Lesnar will INDEED be showing up to Money In The Bank to confront Triple H! The crowd erupts but Heyman quiets them down by adding that he will be escorted by security guards, purely for the safety of Triple H. Heyman laughs and drops the microphone as the crowd seems upset with the last part of the announcement.
- PATIENCE: R-Truth is in the ring awaiting his opponent for the final Money In the Bank qualifying match. The crowd boos loudly as Wade Barrett makes his return to television coming off an injury. Barrett looks fit and ready to go tonight.
- WADE BARRETT DEFEATS R-TRUTH AFTER A DISTRACTION FROM THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS TO TRUTH AND THE WASTELAND TO ADVANCE TO THE MONEY IN THE BANK
- TAUNTING:Afterward, Barrett celebrates his victory and his advancement to Money In the Bank while the Prime Time players taunt R-Truth but only until Kofi Kingston comes running down to scurry them away.
- HIGHLIGHTS: Highlights of Money In The Bank matches are shown.
- BIG SHOW & TENSAI VS. JOHN CENA & WORLD CHAMPION SHEAMUS ENDED IN A NO CONTEST AFTER THE MATCH DIDN’T BEGIN
- OUT OF CONTROL: These four monsters of men didn’t let the referee ring the bell before they went at it and the referee had no choice but to throw the match out as they wouldn’t stop going at it. The show goes on to end with these guys going at it and the final seen is Big Show delivering a huge chokeslam to Sheamus on the outside! What will come of the actions of these four men heading into Money In the Bank?!

RAW: - Good to see Sheamus getting pushed to the front and center this week, I was surprised that he only made a brief appearance last show. Sheamus/ Show at Money in the Bank should be an interesting match. - A good win for Kofi Kingston here, although I must say I'd love to see McIntyre get a push of some nature soon. - Decent Diva's tag team action here and the right team clearly won. - Loving the Show/ Tensai segment, those two are going to be a very interesting pairing in the main event. - Great to see Swagger advancing to the Money in the Bank ladder match, his losing streak was ridiculous for someone of his talent. - As someone who knows who the weird video was for, let me say I'm looking forward to what you've got to come. - Yoshi Tatsu/ Brodus Clay night out baby! Can't wait. - Good win for the Prime Time Players, they're a really good team and I think with T-Long in their corner they could be a very big part of the tag team division. - Interesting idea to have a four way elimination match, although what with the double count out I don't think you needed the added elimination stipulation. Ziggler and Christian taking each other out of the match helps build their feud and Daniel Bryan going over was good to see. - John Cena/ Tensai was an obvious addition to the pay per view but it'll still be good to see. - Lesnar coming to Money in the Bank adds to an already stacked card, I'm fully expecting fireworks to fly on that one. - Great to see Barrett coming back straight into the Money in the Bank match. I'm pulling for either him or Ziggler to take the briefcase. Wondering whether you'll add the tag title match to the card. - I was looking forward to the main event so I'm really disappointed that you didn't go ahead with it. The no contest just seems like a cheap way of trying to keep all four men strong which I think you could have done regardless. - A decent show overall which I think was let down by the finish to the main event and the lack of anything really big happening. Still, you've setup a big show for Money in the Bank so far and have got me wanting more.

Friday Night SmackDown | July 6th, 2012 | Corpus Christi, TX
After the WWE signature intro, we cut directly to the arena here in Corpus Christi as the lights shut. Red and blue lights formed a pose on the stage as Chris Jericho's music hit. He received a rather positive reception from the audience as he made his way down to the ring. Jericho grabbed a microphone as he said that in two weeks time, he will complete his resume. He's held numerous championships throughout his career, but one thing has consistently escaped his grasp. And oddly enough, it's his own creation. He looked up to the ceiling as he stared at the Money In The Bank briefcase. "In nine days, I will finally climb the ladder and retrieve that briefcase. And from there, whoever the WWE Champion is must be cautious. Because they have a target on their back, and Y2J is the one pulling the trigger. I guarantee victory in the Money In The Bank La-" AWESOME! Jericho stopped and stared at the stage as The Miz made his return to the WWE. "Sorry for my absence. I was just in Hollywood filming a movie. You know, something none of you people will ever do?" Miz turned his attention to Jericho, telling him that he finds it a bit unfair that just because he was away for a bit, he was shafted from the Money In The Bank qualifying matches. Jericho told Miz that if he's just going to whine and complain about being left out of the spotlight, go do it somewhere else. This is his time, and only his. "You see Chris, that's where you're wrong. My grievances ultimately have everything to do with you." Miz stated that Vickie Guerrero has allowed him to come out here and inform Jericho that tonight, he will be defending his spot in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match against him. If Jericho is so confident about Money In The Bank, then he'll have no problem answering a little challenge. "Unless you're afraid," said Miz. "Miz, we're more than halfway through the year and you've done absolutely nothing. I'll see you tonight, humiliate you, and go on to win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Because I'm Chris Jericho, and I'm..." Miz was telling Jericho that he better not say it. ".....AWESOME!"
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, Michael Cole informed the viewers at home that the match between Chris Jericho and The Miz will take place tonight, and it will be for Jericho's spot in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match. While Jericho's place in the match is still up in the air, three men have solidified their spots. Zack Ryder, Antonio Cesaro, and Michael McGillicutty. Up next, we find out another participant for the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Alberto Del Rio def. United States Champion Santino Marella in a Money In The Bank Qualifying Match After failing to become the No.1 contender last week, Del Rio was looking to bounce back with a spot in the Money In The Bank match. Santino began gearing up for the Cobra when suddenly, Damien Sandow made his way out to the stage. Sandow spoke to the WWE Universe about how they should be appalled with themselves for choosing to idolize such an insignificant individual whose notoriety is garnered through a sock. This distraction allowed Del Rio to grab Santino and lock him in the Cross Armbreaker, forcing him to submit.
Ricardo Rodriguez announced Del Rio as the winner as he pointed up to the Money In The Bank briefcase, signalling that he will capture it for the second year in a row. A smile lit up the face of Damien Sandow, knowing that he was able to gain retribution against Santino for his own loss last week. Nonetheless, Del Rio now joins Zack Ryder, Michael McGillicutty, Antonio Cesaro, and either Chris Jericho or The Miz in the SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Backstage, a taped fist could be shown with an 'X' on it as the audience popped, but were surprised as the camera zoomed out to reveal AJ. She began to draw the 'X' on her other hand until she was interrupted by SmackDown General Manager, Vickie Guerrero. Vickie told her that she never forgot about AJ's comments a few weeks ago. "Some nerve you have to call me grandma. But you didn't expect me to be your boss, didn't you." Vickie said that since she never got to teach AJ a lesson, she wants to do it tonight, which is why she has scheduled a match between the two of them. "Do you accept, little girl?" said Vickie. "As an old friend and enemy of mine would say, yes....yes.....yes. See you out there, grandma." And once again, Vickie delivered a slap across AJ's face.
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, Heath Slater was shown in the ring. He said that last week, he issued a challenge to Ryback and was undoubtedly on his way to snapping that meathead's streak. Everyone has been saying that he was scared of Ryback, so he ran away. For their information, he had food poisoning and had to go the bathroom. But tonight, he's all good and ready for another go at Ryback.
Ryback def. Heath Slater via DQ Despite Slater claiming that he was more "ready" tonight, he didn't look to be affecting Ryback at all. As the undefeated juggernaut shouted "Finish him!" Slater rolled out of the ring. Ryback chased after him, but Slater was able to grab a steel chair and strike Ryback in the shoulder with it.
The chair shot from Slater didn't rattle Ryback at all as his eyes widened, staring intensively at the One Man Southern Rock Band. Slater quickly threw the chair down and ran up the entrance ramp, Ryback in hot pursuit of him.
Cutting backstage, AJ was shown in a dark lit room, saying "I know what you told me last week, but I want you to know that I can't stay away from you. Every night as I close my eyes, you're all I think about." The camera moved to the side as Kane was shown, telling AJ that he's sorry, but he meant what he said last week. He's moving on and is only looking ahead to the WWE Championship. He tried to walk away, but AJ grabbed his arm tightly. She told him that if he's going to break her heart, then she only asks for one favor from him - be in her corner tonight when she faces Vickie. AJ gently touched Kane's mask before leaving the room to get ready for that match later on tonight.
BREAK
Returning to SmackDown, Michael Cole informed the viewers at home of information straight from the office of Vickie Guerrero. At Money In The Bank, Santino Marella will defend the United States Championship against Damien Sandow.
Tamina def. Divas Champion Lalya The first Divas bout of the new era here on SmackDown proved to be an unfortunate one for the reigning Divas Champion. As Layla was attempting a Superplex, Tamina was able to push her off before squashing her with the Superfly Splash to get the victory.
Cutting backstage, WWE Champion CM Punk was shown in his locker room when AJ walked in. She told Punk that she has a match with Vickie next. "Yeah, I know. You texted me 6 times about it." She told Punk that she's just excited about it. And she wants him to be out there in her corner. Punk thought about it for a bit before telling her that he's sure it won't hurt to be out there. Plus, it gives him a chance to see Vickie get her ass kicked. AJ grabbed Punk's arm and hurried him out of the room as her match with Vickie is next on SmackDown.
BREAK
Returning from the commercial break, SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero made her way down to the ring, ready to compete against AJ. The crazy chick made her way out to the stage along with WWE Champion CM Punk. Before the bell sounded, pyro blasted from the stage as Kane made his way down to ringside. Neither Kane or Punk were aware that AJ had asked the both of them to be in her corner.
AJ def. Vickie Guerrero There seemed to be a bit more focus on CM Punk and Kane at ringside as they both had their eyes on each other rather than AJ. The two men who will meet for the WWE Championship at Money In The Bank being there was enough motivation for AJ as she was able to quickly put Vickie away with a Shining Wizard.
AJ jumped with joy following the match as her hand was raised in victory. CM Punk stepped into the ring only to congratulate her, but she had other ideas as she kissed him. Kane watched the kiss as he seemed to have grown a bit jealous. He entered the ring and pulled Punk away from AJ. Punk told Kane that if he wants AJ then he can have her. Kane wasn't willing to comply with Punk as he shoved him, leading to Punk doing the same. Kane delivered a much harder shove that caused CM Punk to fall onto AJ. As Punk was tending to her, Kane grabbed the WWE Champion and planted him with a Chokeslam. The Big Red Monster helped AJ out of the ring and carried her up the ramp, no smile coming from her this time.
A graphic was shown for tonight's main event. Chris Jericho will defend his spot in the Money In The Bank Ladder Match against The Miz.
BREAK
Returning to SmackDown, a quick recap was shown of the events between WWE Champion CM Punk, Kane, and AJ was shown. Cameras then cut backstage, where Kane was shown carrying the unconscious AJ. He told her that he was sorry for his words last week and promised that he would never leave her again.
Michael McGillicutty def. Zack Ryder and Antonio Cesaro Last week, these three men qualified for the SmackDown Money In The Bank Ladder Match. With the briefcase hanging high above the ring tonight, they each battled it out for momentum heading into the match in nine nights. After Ryder delivered a Broski Boot to Cesaro, McGillicutty was able to sneak up behind him and roll him up with his feet on the ropes to steal the victory.
McGillicutty rolled out of the ring as AW raised his arm in victory, bragging to the world about his new client's triumphant performance tonight. McGillicutty had his eyes locked on the blue briefcase, hoping to make it his in nine days at Money In The Bank.
Backstage, The Miz was shown in his locker room when Scott Stanford approached him, asking for his thoughts on tonight's match with Chris Jericho. Miz staid that he has no worries. Jericho is the one who should be trembling at the thought of facing him. Because he has a victory in Money In The Bank on his resume, while Jericho doesn't. Not only is he the favorite in tonight's match, he'll also be the favorite in Money In The Bank. And history will repeat itself. He will capture the briefcase and once again become WWE Champion.
BREAK
Backstage, SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero was shown in her office, livid that she came up short in her match earlier with AJ. Soon, David Otunga walked into her office. He told her that if she ever needs anyone to help her run SmackDown, she knows where to look. He did an exquisite job with Mr. John Laurinaitis, and is certain that he can provide her with the same benefits.
Cody Rhodes def. Alex Riley in a Money In The Bank Qualifying Match Things haven't been going the way Cody Rhodes would like. He failed to reclaim the Intercontinental Championship at No Way Out, and came up short again WWE Champion CM Punk last week. But tonight, he was able to redeem himself after planting A-Ry with Cross Rhodes to advance to the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
Rhodes celebrated his victory as he looked up the Money In The Bank briefcase, knowing he has the opportunity of a lifetime in nine days. He joins Zack Ryder, Michael McGillicutty, Antonio Cesaro, and Alberto Del Rio in the chaos that is known as Money In The Bank. But there is still one spot left to be determined.
Cutting backstage, Chris Jericho was shown making his way down to the ring. He defends his Money In The Bank spot against The Miz in our main event next.
BREAK
A promo was shown for Money In The Bank, live Sunday July 15th, only on Pay-Per-View.
Chris Jericho def. The Miz to retain his Money In The Bank spot A fantastic bout to close SmackDown tonight. Miz showed no ring rust as he took it to Jericho, nearly grabbing the victory at several points throughout the match. However, Y2J was determined to solidify his spot in the Money In The Bank match. As Miz was going for the Reality Check, Jericho was able to grab his leg and bring him down to the mat, locking in the Walls Of Jericho. Miz neared the ropes, but Jericho pulled him back into the center of the ring. The Awesome One was soon forced to submit.
Jericho released the Walls as he raised his arms in victory, knowing that he had solidified his spot. The final graphic for the Money In The Bank Ladder Match was shown as it will Chris Jericho, Zack Ryder, Michael McGillicutty, Cody Rhodes, Antonio Cesaro, and Alberto Del Rio who battle it out for the blue briefcase in nine days at Money In The Bank.

SmackDown: - Awesome opening segment and I really enjoyed how you focused on the fact that Jericho has never won his own creation. Great to see The Miz back and having the two fight for Jericho's Money in the Bank spot is a really good idea and adds high stakes to the main event. - Good win for Del Rio here and it was an obvious choice to place him in the Money in the Bank match. I'm expecting a Santino/ Sandow match for the title sometime soon. - AJ/ Vickie... that should be fun. - Loving what you are doing with the Slater/ Ryback feud. I've really been enjoying Slater recently and he's the perfect guy to give Ryback his first real feud. - Interesting segment between AJ and Kane. I've really been enjoying AJ's prominence recently so it's good to see you running what that. - There's that Santino/ Sandow match I was expecting. - A huge win for Tamina against the Diva's Champion, I'm surprised that we haven't really seen more use from Layla thus far considering that she's actually pretty entertaining. - Very interesting to have Punk and Kane both in AJ's corner, it'd really add a different dynamic to a match that I feel we've seen before. I kind of saw AJ's win and the post match scene coming but it was still great. - The triple threat matched showed off that you've got a lot of young talent to work with, especially guys like McGillicutty and Cesaro. Good to see McGillicutty win and though I'm not expecting him to win I'll be looking forward to seeing how he does in the Money in the Bank match. - Good to see Otunga trying to get in with the new general manager, I'd love to see him taking on the assistant role again. - Great to see Rhodes getting a place in the Money in the Bank match, I was hoping he'd be the sixth man. I'm expecting Rhodes or Jericho to take the briefcase. - Huge main event, and having the Money in the Bank implications really pushes the importance of the pay per view. I was split on who I wanted to go over here because I really wanted both men to be involved in the Money in the Bank match, but I guess Jericho going over was the right call. - Terrific show from start to finish. Miz's return was done fairly well, though since he's just done the movie I expected him to get a push of some nature. Other than that no real problems.

[7/09/12] Denver, CO
- The show opens up with a video recap of last week’s main event and the chaos that ensured afterwards. It ends with Big Show chokeslamming Sheamus on the outside before the RAW opening plays and the pyro kicks off. We are greeted by Jerry Lawler and Josh Matthews who hype up tonight’s show. They talk about how we will see a Peep Show with all the Money in the Bank competitors, a contract signing for Big Show versus Sheamus, Triple H responding to Paul Heyman’s announcement, and in our main event Sheamus battle Tensai!
- The ring is all set up for the contract signing. RAW GM Booker T stands next to the table with the contract in his hand. He welcomes everybody to Monday Night RAW and says they’re going to kick it off big with the World Heavyweight Championship contracting signing. The crowd pops as the theme of Sheamus hits who comes out to a nice ovation. He gets into the ring and shakes hands with Booker T, but before he can even sit the theme of the Big Show plays over the PA system. The crowd boos as Big Show walks to the ring without a care in the world. Sheamus never takes his eyes off of him and once he gets in the ring they have a stare down. Booker T breaks it up and has both men take their seats. Before they sign Big Show takes his microphone and tells Sheamus he hopes he realizes that once he signs the contract tonight there will be no turning back from the beating he is going to give him at Money in the Bank. Sheamus smirks at him and picks up the microphone before telling him after what he did last week, he simply can’t much longer for Money in the Bank so he can kicks his arse. Sheamus says no more and signs the contract before pushing it right into Big Show’s chest. Show raises the microphone and tells Sheamus he was just going to beat him up for the World Title, but now that he’s trying to anger him, he’s going to knock him out for fun. He signs it as Sheamus dares him to try. Almost a second after Show signs the contract they stand up, shove the table out of their way, and start brawling! Booker can’t contain them and Show quickly knocks the champ out! Sheamus is out cold as Big Show sets up the table, grabs Sheamus, and chokeslams him right through it!
- THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS [W/TEDDY LONG] DEF. PRIMO AND EPICO: This was a good match and Young finished off Primo with a midair gut buster that wowed the crowd.
- We see a video clip of Stephanie McMahon’s favorite RAW moment as she discusses her brother, Shane McMahon, training her father, Mr. McMahon, for the 1999 Royal Rumble match.
- A graphic is shown that highlights the Money in the Bank Ladder match competitors; them being Intercontinental Champion Christian, Dolph Ziggler, Sin Cara, Daniel Bryan, Jack Swagger, and the newly returned Wade Barrett. Another graphic appeared as it went away, showing that the Peep Show featuring all the competitors is up next on Monday Night RAW!
- As we return to Monday Night RAW all six athletes in the RAW Money in the Bank match are in the ring set up for the Peep Show. Christian takes a microphone and welcomes everyone to the Peep Show and welcomes all of the guests, besides Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler is obviously annoyed by this and tells Christian he can’t just skip the Showoff, the Headliner, and the next Mr. Money in the Bank just because he’s going to take your title. The crowd boos as Christian smirks before telling him to shut up and sit down. Daniel Bryan quickly interrupts this saying they both should shut up and sit down, and let him ask the questions. Bryan asks if he will win Money in the Bank and answers his own questions with a YES! Jack Swagger interrupts him, saying not Bryan or anybody else will win the Money in the Bank because it’s going to be him, the All-American American. Wade Barrett shakes his head and stands up, saying everyone here can make all the bogus claims they want, but there is no stopping the Barrett Barrage. Christian then asks Sin Cara if he has anything to say, and the Mexican Sensation responds by pointing to the briefcase and pointing back at him. Bryan still seems annoyed by everything and gets in Christian’s face, saying he’s the most important part of this segment so all the focus should be on him. Christian responds with a NO! to a pop from the crowd. The two then get in a YES! and NO! battle before Bryan slaps him in the face. It seems like the six men will start fighting, but Booker T interrupts. He sees that everyone here wants a fight, so right now he’s making two matches. The first will be a tag match between Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler against Jack Swagger and Sin Cara, and later on tonight Daniel Bryan will take on the man he slapped, Christian! All six look happy, besides Bryan, as the ring is cleared for the tag bout.
- WADE BARRETT AND DOLPH ZIGGLER DEF. SIN CARA AND JACK SWAGGER: All four men looked to prove why they’d win Money in the Bank this Sunday, but it was Wade Barrett who picked up the win after a Wasteland on Sin Cara.
- In the medical room we see Sheamus getting attended to by the trainer. Lillian Garcia stops by to see if she can get a word with Sheamus. Sheamus agrees and Lillian asks what kind of condition is he in to compete against Tensai tonight and then Big Show just six nights from now at Money in the Bank. Sheamus tells her the truth is he really shouldn’t be competing later on tonight, but he will. Sheamus talks about how he’s a fighting champion and not even an injury will stop him from doing what he loves – fightin’. “As for this Sunday? I wouldn’t miss getting my hands on Big Show for the world.” Lillian thanks him for his time before leaving.
- We are taken to the announcers where Josh Matthews remind us of the encounter Brodus Clay and Yoshi Tatsu’s encounter last week. He talks about how last week they were promised footage of their trip to the club, and here it is! Yoshi is a little bit over dressed for the occasion, mainly going overboard with the jewelry, and Brodus Clay was at first upset with him, but quickly got over it. Once they got into the club Brodus wasn’t in much of a mood for dancing while Yoshi quickly threw himself into the mix. Tatsu even tries to hit on a few ladies, but was shot down. After awhile Brodus was still not in much of a mood for dancing so Yoshi got the DJ to play a special song for him, Somebody Call My Momma! Brodus couldn’t resist dancing to it, and he quickly got up doing his traditional pterodactyl. Yoshi got up and danced with him, but Yoshi was quickly taken off the floor by club goers as the segment ended.
- DIVAS CHAMPION LAYLA DEF. NATALYA: The Diva’s Champ bounced back from a tough loss against Tamina on Friday Night SmackDown! with a win over Natalya after the Layout.
- Josh Matthews and Jerry Lawler make a quick rundown of the Money in the Bank card this Sunday. The first match shown is from the SmackDown! side with WWE Champion CM Punk defending against Kane. Then on the RAW side we have the RAW Money in the Bank match with Intercontinental Champion Christian, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, Daniel Bryan, Sin Cara, and Wade Barrett. Up next is a graphic reminding us that Brock Lesnar will be appearing at Money in the Bank. Next a graphic is shown for the grudge match between John Cena and Tensai followed by the RAW main event of World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus defending versus Big Show. Money in the Bank is live this Sunday!
- Lillian Garcia is standing by with the leader of the CeNation, John Cena to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Lillian asks him for his thoughts on his match against Tensai this Sunday at Money in the Bank. Cena tells Lillian that ever since Tensai returned to the WWE back in the April they have shared many battles. He’s lost some, but he’s also won some. John says he use to not have much of a problem with him, because back then it was business, but ever since he cost him a shot at the WWE Championship it’s become personal. John warns Tensai that this Sunday he’s getting the fight of his life because there’s a very big difference from John Cena, and angry John Cena.
- INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION CHRISTIAN DEF. DANIEL BRYAN BY DQ: This was a fantastic match that crowd was really into. Christian was closing in on the Killswitch, but Dolph Ziggler ran out and attacked him.
- The crowd booed as Ziggler fired away at Christian. The champion fell to the ground as Ziggler continued to put the boots to the mid section. Bryan joined in on the assault, but suddenly Sin Cara ran down to the ring! The crowd popped as Sin Cara was able to dump both Bryan and Ziggler from the ring. Jack Swagger ran out after Sin Cara, but Sin Cara leaped over the top rope and took him down with a cross body! The crowd was amazed as Cara stood tall on the ramp, only for Barrett to run down and clock him from behind! The crowd booed as Wade looked under the ring, pulled out a ladder, and slid it into the ring. He slid in himself and set the ladder up, only for Christian to jump back in and hit an inverted DDT! The crowd as he started to climb, only for Bryan to rush back and throw him into the ropes! Bryan quickly scaled the ladder and unhooked the briefcase before standing on top of the ladder and chanting YES. Will we see the same scene two years in a row at Money in the Bank?
- Booker T is backstage on his phone when the Prime Time Players and Teddy Long walk in. He tells the other person he’ll have to call them back before standing up and asking what they wanted. Teddy Long steps in front of them and tells him that the Prime Time Players are officially calling for their tag team championship match at the Money in the Bank pay per view. Booker T nods and says he likes the sound of that and books them for the match. Titus and Young seem overly excited chanting “MILLION OF DOLLARS” as they walk out of the room.
- WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS KOFI KINGSTON AND R-TRUTH DEF. HUNICO AND CAMACHO: Long and the Prime Time Players watched this match from the stage as the tag champs sent a message to their challenges, finishing Camacho off with a Trouble in Paradise/Little Jimmy combo.
- Following the match Josh Matthews and Jerry Lawler make a huge announcement regarding RAW 1000. They announce that two cornerstones of the Attitude Era will be there, because the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin are scheduled to appear live! RAW 1000 is in two weeks and it just got that much bigger! Jerry Lawler also announces Triple H responds to Heyman’s announcement next.
- The crowd goes insane as the theme song of WWE COO, Triple H, hits over the arena. Triple H wastes no time in hitting the ring and taking a microphone. He says he knows that everybody already knows why he’s out here tonight, so he’s going to cut right to the chase. Last week Paul Heyman made an announcement saying that Brock Lesnar will in fact be appearing at Money in the Bank, of course with a bunch of security guards. Hunter says Heyman can make all the crap he wants about it being for his safety, but the truth is he’d be perfectly fine without them. Triple H goes on to say he thinks Brock Lesnar doesn’t even need them. Not only is he a pretty tough dude, but he himself has no intentions on starting a fight. All he wanted was for Brock Lesnar to prove his was a man, not a coward, and meet him man to man in the ring and answer his challenge. Before leaving, Triple H reminds Lesnar that he is the Cerebral Assassin and he guarantees Triple H versus Brock Lesnar at Summerslam. The crowd pops and he leaves the ring, what is Triple H talking about?
- Up next World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus battles Tensai in our main event!
- TENSAI DEF. WORLD CHAMPION SHEAMUS VIA COUNT OUT: Sheamus had his ribs taped up, but despite this he still came out and fought like he promised. Sheamus may have been closing in on the victory, but Big Show put a stop to this as he came out to the stage. Sheamus ignored the match and went right after him, a brawl ensuring!
- The crowd popped as for the third time tonight a brawl had broken out. They eventually fought their way to the ring where Tensai helped Show beat on Sheamus. Big Show taunts the crowd only for John Cena’s theme to hit! Cena comes running down the ramp and he slides into the ring and starts trading shots with Tensai. Cena gets the upper hand, but Big Show surprises him with the W.M.D. Cena and Sheamus are laid out as Big Show looks at the destruction he has caused, only to turn around and knockout Tensai with the W.M.D. as well! The crowd is in shock as Big Show stands tall, who can stop this man?

I hope this alright. I think it turned out well for me coming in the middle of Duan's storylines so I wasn't too sure of how things were going to go. I was a little bit iffy on the Clay/Tatsu segment, but I didn't want to drop the angle.

RAW: - Big contract signing to open RAW, I'm actually getting into the Sheamus / Big Show feud even though I wasn't too sure of it at first. Not sure on Sheamus being taken out like that, because he's looked kind of weak heading into the pay per view as it is, but still a solid segment that builds towards the WWE Championship match. - I'm loving the push of the Prime Time Players, and I'm hoping that they'll take the next step and challenge for the titles very soon. - The Peep Show is a great way to get all six Money in the Bank competitors in the ring at the same time, and I liked how everyone was wrote as equal and that you continued the Christian / Bryan feud. Bryan vs. Christian is a pretty big match as well. - Good to see the heels going over here since I think they've got a better chance of going over at Money in the Bank than Cara or Swagger. - Enjoyed the Brodus and Yoshi segment, if you do things right then they could be a really interesting team for RAW. - A good win for Layla, she hasn't really done anything of note recently so I'm hoping she gets a bit more screen time. - Loved the Christian / Bryan match, it gets both men over and the finish doesn't hurt either at all. The post match stuff was a solid way to build towards Money in the Bank, good to see Bryan standing tall even if I don't see him walking away with the briefcase. - Kingston & R-Truth were obviously going over here, but it was good build towards the tag title match at the pay per view. I'll be pulling for the Prime Time Players in that one. - The Rock AND Austin being at the 1000th RAW is massive and I really hope we get some interaction between the pair. - Nice promo from Triple H to build up the meeting at Money in the Bank. Can't wait to see how you play that one out. - Massive ending to RAW that continues your main two angles heading into the Money in the Bank pay per view. I don't think it makes anyone look too weak since Sheamus nearly took the win despite the injury, and Show just looks dominant heading into his title match. - A fantastic show with no real weak points. It can't be easy coming in and running with someone else's work, but I think you did a great job of it.
