Today I received a "MIB" Hasbro Jake Robert's snake. I'm talking about the 40 inch snake, not the small toy. I put MIB in quotes because the box was open, the plastic bag the snake was in wasn't sealed, it smells weird, and the bottom of the snake appears to have brownish mildew on it all over the place. I can't tell if this mildew or if it is supposed to look like way. (I'm not talking about the big blotches all over the top of the snake that are supposed to be there) Anyway, does anybody have pictures of the bottom of the snake so I can compare? Thanks in advance.

Hate to break it to ya but that snake was probably used as some kids piss toy, maybe thats why it smells weird. Do yourself a favor and get your money back if you can.

Yeah, great advice!! Not!
Just clean it up best you can, its a rare and quality item so do your best to restore it. Get some air to it and clean the 'mildew' off it, a lot of older toys get that from being packaged so long with moisture inside, etc.
If you want it unopened and the auction stated that, then email them, tell them whats wrong - they may refund you a little bit of money as compensation.
Either way its a cool item and id do my best to clean it, etc. Hope this helps!
