RAW is WAR[/color] April 3rd 2008[/color] "Thorn in Your Eye" by Such a Surge plays in the arena before it pauses to show the RAW is WAR logo. It's secondary theme hits and a firework falls from the top of the arena and slams down onto the stage causes tons of flames and pyro explode. We look around the arena at the thousands of fans scream and shout, showcasing their signs and banners at the same time before turning back to the logo on the screen and the screen spirals into the tron. Another camera searches the area showing us the three letters 'RAW' on the stage. We turn right to see two large pieces of scaffolding with the WWF logo on the minitron below. We turn back left to see Vince McMahon and Jim Ross at the announcers desk. [Vince]- Welcome everybody to this edition of Monday Night RAW! We are just four weeks away from WrestleMania 24 and tonight, we will make history as always! [JR] I'm 'J.R.', Jim Ross alongside my partner, Vince McMahon on a night where the number one contender to the World Heavyweight Championship, Shawn Michaels will face the man who he beat at Danger at the Door two weeks ago, Triple H, his former partner inside a fifteen-foot high steel cage! [Vince]- But not only that, JR, we also have a special challenge match, where Samoa Joe will face the undefeated Finlay! [JR]- But, it's not a normal match, Vince, if Finlay is able to beat Joe or is able to hold Joe off for ten minutes, then Samoa Joe will not be going to WrestleMania to face Chris Benoit for the Intercontinental Championship! [Vince]- Well, let's just hope that Joe wins, hey, JR? [JR]- I hope, Benoit has cheated his way to victory so many times in the past that I need another pair of hands and feet! "This is Extreme" by Harry Slasher hits the arena and automatically the crowd begin to boo. Seconds later, Paul Heyman walk out, accompanied by SmackDown's Raven with the ECW United States Championship. The two invaders stand on the stage, staring at the commentators. [Vince]- What do these idiots want? Heyman catches a flying microphone from a staff member at ringside before grinning at Raven. [Heyman]- Well well well, if it ain't Vincent Kennedy McMahon, the man I bitch slapped last Monday night. I bet you're wondering, what you're all wondering, as to what the hell I'm doing here, well, it's plain and simple, Vince, it's plain and simple, JR, no lemme get this right, it's plain and simple, Chicago! *boos* In the last year, me and the true Extreme Champion have watched you, McMahon, running around trying to make a new ECW, trying to make RAW is WAR more extreme by making the Hardcore Championship of more value, stealing guys from ECW to get paid less money to come out here and fight, and bleed and suffer on a weekly basis. Allow me to turn back the hands of time, back to 2001, the WWF was doing good for itself, whereas Extreme Championship Wrestling was dying of money cancer. You, Vince McMahon decided to make things harder for me, taking my ECW Heavyweight Champion, Rhyno and turning him from a main eventer from ECW into a mid-carder in the WWF. While the WCW invaded, he slipped even more until he was eventually unknown, the thing he was until I, Paul Heyman made into a star. As the invasion ended, you proceeded in making him a hasbeen. You made him lose, you made him cut his hair, you made him turn gay, until he had finally had enough and quit the company. You made Tazz from a manbeast into a new JR, you made Justin Credible a tag team wrestler. And now you're telling me, the inventor of ECW that you ruined that these guys are professional fighters? Five years ago, you didn't give squat who these guys where, another five years goes by and you have changed your mind? You created the Extreme Championship and trashed the Hardcore title, then proceeded to give the original Extremist, Terry Funk the gold on RAW whereas SmackDown was losing the battle because they didn't have a belt like this. This is why, Vince McMahon, that Raven returned to SmackDown, put John Bradshaw Layfield on the sidelines and turned the honoured United States Championship into OUR creation. And this is our second step, you guys on RAW will pay the ultimate price for your deeds, because after WrestleMania, there will be only one extreme title, and when Raven defeats Extreme Champion, Sabu in barbwire massacre at WrestleMania, we will put Sabu on the extremeless brand known as RAW whereas we will be holding a victory party with the Extreme title on SmackDown. You brought this on yourself! You--- Heyman continues to ramble on as McMahon shakes his head and covers his face with his hands before standing up and snatching the microphone from Heyman's grasp. [Vince]- Enough is enough, Heyman! I have changed, it's been five long years since that happened. You gotta get your 2008 sized head out of your 2001 sized ass! ECW is RAW, you are not RAW, you guys are SmackDown, you guys are running the house on SmackDown, you two are making spontaneous Raven's Rules open challenge matches against unknown guys and ruining young WWF superstars lives! You made Ken Kennedy bleed himself into a coma last month, you also burnt Umaga into ashes in December and you snapped John Bradshaw Layfield's neck like it was a twig! Vince continues to shout back at Heyman before Raven grabs Vince by the throat. Vince drops the mic as it makes a small static sound before the sick United States Champion throws McMahon down, spine first into the screen behind him before grabbing Jim Ross by the head and holding the poor guy up for Heyman to punch the small commentator in the gut before Raven drops JR with the Raven Effect before leaving alongside Paul Heyman. McMahon looks over Jim Ross as he holds his head, EMTs rush out with a stretcher as the two SmackDown guys leave. McMahon helps JR onto the stretcher as we go to the commercial break. ---Commercial Break--- Match #1 WWF Television Championship Semi-Finals John Morrison vs. Mike Mizanin We return from the commercial break to Vince McMahon sitting by himself, as he discusses what just happened. Matt whispers something in Jeff's ear before the two run down to the ring and taunt from the top ropes. They get down as "Man In A Box" by Alice In Chains rings throughout the Allstate arena. The former two extremists appear in from a fire exit door in the audience. Dreamer and Sandman get a mixed reaction, both armed with a beer can and a singapore cane. They walk through the thousands of people and balance on the barricade walls. They jump own and get inside the ring but the Hardys run at them and miss two simultaneous baseball slides before they hit Sandman and Dreamer with russian legsweeps. Jeff grabs Sandman and slams him head-first into the ring post before shoving him to the floor. Matt and Dreamer meanwhile engage in a fist fight with Dreamer winning. Tommy rolls Matt inside the ring and slams his elbow across the older Hardy's throat. Dreamer gets inside the ring and drops an elbow over the back of him. Dreamer picks him up and hits a DDT and covers for a near fall. The fans are split 50-50 between the two teams. Dreamer drops a leg over Hardy's arm and pulls on his arm. The four look at each other before all four of them work together and beat the World Tag Champions down. Sandman tosses Matt outside and places him on the announce table before pointing at Bubba. D-Von throws Jeff at Bubba in the ring before he picks Jeff up and powerbombs him through the table on the outside! "Bombshell" hits the arena again as the four ECW guys celebrate over the fallen Hardy Boyz. We cut to the backstage area where we see Yokohama searching around looking for a partner, we see a graphic appear at the bottom of the screen reading 'Up next'. We turn to a black screen while soon rapid music plays in the background while we see several quick flashes of somebody hitting death valley drivers on people. SmackDown! 6th March 2008

The clip finishes with the SmackDown logo before we go live to the arena where we see fireworks land on the stage alike what happens on RAW. The crowd cheer as we search around the arena, glancing at the odd comical sign among the thousands in attendence. We stare at the SmackDown stage, a metal three quarter square with several scattered broken bits of glass on it with two pieces of scaffolding above it and a vertical titantron showing the SmackDown logo. The crowd cheer as a graphic appears in the upper left side of the screen reading 'Allstate Arena, Chicago, Illinois'. We go to the platform behind the ring with Vince McMahon and the announce table on. [Vince]- Welcome everybody to Thursday Night SmackDown!, we're here live in the Allstate Arena once again with more exciting action for these hardcore Chicago fans! I'm Vince McMahon alongside...nobody, my usual co-host, Jim Ross suffered a concussion at the hands of the senile Paul Heyman and Raven who will be in attendence here and in action! Tonight, SmackDown will be headlined by Randy Orton putting the WWF Heavyweight Championship on the line against the British Bulldog! And we'll tell you why this match is happening later tonight! Also tonight, we will experience a Falls Count Anywhere match as Craig Lamari goes one-on-one with Umaga in a match that will not be for the kind hearted. Now let's get to the ring for our first contest. The fact that it is the single worst show in the country. I mentioned Randy Orton, British Bulldog, Eddie Guerrero, Undertaker, but I forgot to mention the security guard of the arena, Johnathan Cena. John, what you did last Thursday could of easily cost yourself your own job. You attacked a major star, and last Monday, I attacked you. You see, John, there's a difference between me and you. First off, I am on RAW is WAR, the best wrestling show in the world, whereas you are on SmackDown, aka Shmuckville *boos*. Secondly, I am a main eventer. You my friend are a curtain jerker. So how about you get off of my mind, because after all, John you are just a small child in a grown man's body.

[Cena]- Hunter, Hunter, Hunter. I know what you've been saying about me, you think I'm not cool enough, popular enough or hell even good enough to step in the ring with you. Well you're one to speak, aren't ya? You're Mr. Motorhead, you're the guy with the handlebars who thought you were hip enough to turn your father-in-law into a freaking commentator... *waves at Vince* Hey, Vince. Anyways, what you think you are is something I don't think you are. You see I'm a former WWF Champion champion, so are you. And now, you think I can't face you just because you are too valuable? [Triple H]- That's correct.
[Cena]- Really? Where'd your belt go? Huh? I bet you still think you have the World Heavyweight Championship belt around your waist. I also bet you still think you are wearing nothing but your belt, well you don't have a belt, so get some damn clothes on man.
Triple H looks down as the crowd laugh and embrace in loving John Cena.
[Cena]- Triple H, in 31 days at WrestleMania 24, you will see my best, and I tell you something, I will hit you so hard, you won't be feeling nothing.
Triple H gives Cena a right hand but Cena blocks it. [Cena]- Don't even try it.

-I truely enjoyed the opening segment very much so. Raven and Heyman are badass, and I loved them betaing down the WWF-ers. Great way to open the show
-perfect ammount of match detail and very well written, and I'm so glad that Miz lost
-great tag bout, almost thought it would end in DQ with sandman's cane coming into play but Matt got a good clean victory. Liking the idea of Dudleys and ECW stars taking out the Tag champs
- Coming soon.... Death Valley drivers.....Perry Saturn?
-Abdullah in a thong makes me cringe. Who's V? I think it's Viscera or maybe Vader... Good Monster Tag match, and the victories went to the right guys!
-YAY, you have Rikishi in your fed! But him being in MITB seems rather odd, I was expecting Kenny to go into MITB and possibly proove what he's all about, but Rikishi in MITB will be interesting
-Best match so far until Benoit ruined the ending! Haha I love how he's a super heel, I have a feeling that Joe will beat him at 'Mania
- HBK and Hart sounds like it will be amazing, and I like the 'Rainman' nickname for Eugene
-Wow nice Cage concept. Match of the night, and with Bret helping Hunter win that's a great way to set up his feud with HBK. Nicely done
-The SNME card looks really good, Raven and Funk should be a classic. Also I'll reply to Smackdown later on. This Raw was really well done all the way through, a very solid show and I am very impressed.

I am glad to see Rikishi in your fed. YES! Samoa Joe beat Finlay. For some reason, I hate Finlay. DANG IT! I wish that michaels won, I HATE TRIPLE HHH! Smackdown=DANG IT! I wish Burke beat them but, I am still glad Mitch didn't win! Dang it, Umaga lost. Yes, Raven and A.J won, for some reason they make a good team to me. YES! Orton is still champion. For Some reason, I wouldn't like Bulldog to be champion. Overall nice shows. It was great and I enjoyed both of them!

Great show, the use of Benoit as a heel is excellent. The Crippler works very well as a heel and you've captured his essence. The Benoit/Joe match should be great. Nice build for Morrison, I'm calling Morrison for the TV title! The tag match with the Hardy's was very well done, glad to see the Hardy Boyz take down Sandman and Dreamer. Yokozuna and Kane make a great team, they should be able to steam roll through the roster to the tag titles. Old School Rikishi! Great stink face on the ref at the end! Triple H taking HBK in the cage could have some cool psychological repricutions for HBK going into Mania, deffinately going to watch for that to see if HBK's confidence is shaken now having to face the Hitman in an Ironman match. Nice detail of the promo's for upcoming matches in both shows and SNME looks to be a great one to build the hype and anticipation for Mania further. London winning the triple threat match was great just wanted to see Mitch lose. ![;)](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/wink.gif) Nice promo by Booker T, Booker makes a great front man for the Nation of Domination. Was rooting for Umaga to pull the win but the finish of the match made sence and worked really well. Raven and Sabu could possibly take the spotlight at Mania another great build with this tag match. Bulldog vs Angle at Mania? Could be a great one. Nice to see Bulldog get the win over Orton even if it was a DQ. Great show and deffinately looking forward to Wrestlemania!

Couple of great shows there. Can I just say first that Mitch having 'one and only' as his theme music officially rules!
Match detail was perfect and you used your commentary well and the promo segments were well done as well.
I like 'Rainman' Nick Dinsmore as well, really clever way of evolving the Eugene gimmick into something a bit more tasteful. I dunno as he wasn't in action, but I'm guessing that's where you've gone with it. Maybe I'm way off the mark there.
Your WrestleMania card sounds like it's stacked, which a 'Mania card should be, so kudos on that too.
Again, I'm a sucker for mixing classic guys with the new guys so that was another aspect of the show I liked.
Really enjoyed the Cena/HHH confrontation on SmackDown. Cena blocking the punch was a great moment. Cena's portion of the promo was really well written and pretty funny as well.
Joe/Benoit should be fantastic at 'Mania. It's been really well built. It's also very up in the air as to who's going to win at 'Mania.
Overall, 2 very solid, well written shows that progressed feuds nicely and moved things along well for 'Mania. Overall, 8/10.

We also take a glance at Lamari beating Umaga in a falls count anywhere match.
In the back we are with Johnny Outlaw with the WWF Euro Champion, Edge.
[Outlaw]- Well, Edge, last Thursday night on SmackDown, your biggest threat to the Euro Championship, the British Bulldog got an opportunity of a lifetime as he got in the ring with WWF Champion, Randy Orton. With the use of a camera along with a cameraman, we got into your 'forbidden zone', your locker room and we saw you went crazy and began searching for the Englishman. The question is, Edge, did you ever find Bulldog?
[Edge]- I searched the arena twice within thirty minutes. I eventually found out where he was, inside the squared circle with Orton. And on Thursday night, SmackDown, you will be found and you will get what's coming to ya, I'm going to break your leg like a pencil against an axe, just like I did to Shelton Benjamin. And you will not be able to wrestle at WrestleMania, let alone a year. So enjoy your last three weeks as a professional wrestler 'mate', because it will be your last opportunity.
