They almost look alike, i know the males you can tell the difference. So is it size? or something else.

They don't look at all alike. Mattel is smaller. Mattel has more/better articulation. They also have mre parts to work with.

Mattel Divas have the torso joint articulation. They're relatively all the same size, but Mattel's are more to scale. Jakks also haved the hinged wrist joint which Mattels don't have. Mattel Divas have more leg articulation. The legs spread outward, which Jakks don't do. All in all, Mattel Divas are pretty much just higher quality produced figures. Jakks Divas feel as if they can break during play at any moment. Mattel Divas are very sturdy and durable. Believe me.. I know.. Wait.. Forget I said that..

They don't look alike at all. As previously stated Mattel Diva's have more articulation than Jakks, the torsos aren't as "busty" as some of the Jakks Divas tended to be. Jakks head scans are more realistic looking if you ask me, but Mattel Diva's (also previously stated) are higher quality produced action figures. The decals, the paint, just all around better. They are a lot more sturdier than Jakks - I can't even count how many broken figures I have...mostly the arms; they tend to break the easiest.
Personally I like them both the same. They both have qualities that I like in an action figure.

I think they are completely different in every aspect, scans/looks, articulation, size, yadda yadda yadda. Never liked jakks divas/females.
