(lol cheesy thread title hehe)[/i] Name: Zack Cloniger Number: 21 Position: Quarterback Hometown: Thomasville, NC High School: Thomasville High School Current Record: 9-0 College: Undecided Rating: ***** Statistics: 37 Passing TDs, 10 Rushing TDs, 10 INTs, 3 Fumbles Considering Offers From: Alabama University, Virginia Tech University, UNC-Chapel Hill, East Carolina University Scouting Report: Cloniger can make big plays when called upon. His dual threat talent at both passing and running the football have given him comparisons to Michael Vick and Tim Tebow. Cloniger has an amazing arm and isn't afraid to throw the long bomb, and is deadly accurate at it as well. Cloniger is very good at escaping the pressure of the blitz, whether it's through the air or on the ground. Cloniger, alongside his main receiving targets Greg Heddleston and Travis Kenney provide for an exciting show to watch at Thomasville High School. The downside to Cloniger, however, is that while he can be an impactful playmaker, there are times when he tends to make irrational decisions, often leading to turnovers and sacks. Cloniger will need to make wiser decisions if he wants to succeed in college football. So yeah, wanted to do this for a little fun. Starting halfway through the senior season year because I didn't consider doing this until now. Let's see where this goes, shall we?

((Blog Entry #01: On the way to Laurinburg!))
So I figured I'd start a blog detailing the rest of my senior season here at Thomasville, and I might even continue this into my college career, wherever I decide to go! Right now I'm on a long, long, really long bus ride to Laurinburg, we've stopped in some country bumpkin town to get a bite to eat, I'm thinking ordering the "Heart Stopper" was a bad idea already. Ah well, Bryan (the guy who's ass my hands are under most of all our games) will probably eat the rest if I don't finish it, guy's a monster! Oh, and screw Greg (my top WR, btw) for downloading an entire freaking Kesha album onto my iPhone! Revenge will be served. But, until next time... -Zack Cloniger #21

Thomasville 28, Laurinburg 10
Z. Cloniger: 15/33, 412 Passing YDs, 3 Passing TDs, -28 Rushing YDs, 1 Rushing TD, 4 INTs
An overall below average night for Thomasville's star senior QB, completing less than 50% of his passes while throwing up 4 interceptions in this game against Laurinburg. Regardless, his 3 passing touchdowns were absolute beauties, throwing two to G. Heddleston and one to T. Kenney. Thomasville goes to 8-0, while Laurinburg falls to 4-4.

((Blog Entry #02: When you have a bad day...))
Well to put it simple, I stunk up the joint out there. Seriously, 4 INTs? Ugh. Ah well, no use crying over spilled milk. We're still 8-0, and we're unstoppable with the momentum we have now. I think I hurt my ankle, my doctor's making me wear a brace just to be safe. Oh and my QB wristband got messed up so now I have a black one instead of a maroon one. Ah well. Our next game is a home game, finally! We're playing Ahoskie High! Can't wait. Until next time... -Zack Cloniger #21
