although, 17% according to wiki is in the range of "fitness".
And that number is only a number that my one friends home scale spit out at me back in June. And I'm a lot stronger now at the same weight. I kind of only assume I'm at the similar bodyfat at the same weight. but it could be teh musclez.
So I guess, I live to see another day.

Screw your no-name feds. WSX is truly the greatest wrestling program of all time. No wonder it's still alive.

On the topic of WSX that I brought up myself lol, I really liked DIFH and That 70s Team. They were hilarious. In fact, that show really helped expose me to a lot of the big-name indy guys. Btw, that Tyler Black dude from DIFH looks like that Seth Rollins in NXT. funny coincidence cause Rollin's finisher is called the blackout. wow thats a cool coincidence. I always LOL'd at joey ryan's mustache lick and oil rub. yknow, a lot of people criticize CM Punk for looking like a chubby dirtbag who has no business in the ring, but I mean... geez. Other random thoughts: THE DIFH THEME WAS EPIC

Jesus, are you doing Keto or something? I'm not intentionally going for Ketosis or a keto diet, but I'm sure I've probably tricked myself into that state. I'm not too familiar with that exact diet plan, but I might be doing something similar. I kind of make my diet up as I go, taking from a bunch of sources (like Mark Sisson's primal diet that despises grains/sugars and glorifies protein and saturated fat). Right now I'm trying to follow a basic outline of the LeanGains schedule for intermittent fasting. Basically you don't eat for 16 hours where you enter the 'fat-burning mode' and then get an 8 hour feeding period. Until recently I didn't do the fasting during lifting days, because I hate lifting on an empty stomach, but I'll do it if I wait to lift in the afternoon (ex- today I'm running errands and won't be home till 2ish, so I won't eat until then and then will lift at 3). Usually I lift first thing in the morning and try to fuel up. But I want to get more strict with the leangains IF. So Sunday I went from 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM without food, fueled up with a quick chicken meal, and played soccer/went swimming for the whole night. Didn't get home till about 10, so that's when I ate a crapload of food for supper and tried to meet my caloric needs. I'm trying to gradually slim down, but not eat too low so that i lose my strength. I still am doing carbohydrates on lifting days (example- today I'm getting a relatively high, for me at least, 235 g carbs and 60 g sugar- sugars coming from some greek yogurt and a fried banana). Thanks for asking, Mr. TRW sir. I sort of love talking about this kind of stuff. And I think it makes for better chat than DudeBusters/PokeSpam ;D ;D Interesting. In my past experiences I found those type of extreme regimens can be good for bursts of weight loss. Being older, and extremely busy, I am taking a classic approach. I follow a lot of Bill Simmons guidelines, and workout routines. I do 3 days of cardio a week, 3 days of weights, alternating between upper and lower body. The schedule rotates, but it is something like Monday Upper, Tues cardio, Wed Lower, Thurs cardio, Fri Upper, Sat cardio, Sun off, Monday Lower.....you get the picture. I'm not trying to bulk up, just trying to burn fat and get leaner. I do a lot of lower weight higher repetition exercises when I lift. Diet wise it is pretty much the standard low fat low sugar diet. After workouts I usually make a protein smoothie with low carb vanilla protein powder, fat free milk, and fruit I eat a lot of chicken and fish and lean meats. At my age I don't particularly count calories or grams of fat, I just try to make sure what I eat is as healthy as possible and that I am active. I have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks. Really just trying to change my (and my wifes) lifestyles. We treat ourselves once a week to a dinner out or something, but still don't go crazy. But it's amazing how much better you can feel just by eating homecooked meals every day and not fast food or going to restaurants.

But it's amazing how much better you can feel just by eating homecooked meals every day and not fast food or going to restaurants. Those results are pretty damn good! That's proof that the classic stuff can work. Chicken is one of my favorite foods to eat, as long as it isn't deep fried in toxic oils. I'm totally with you on restaurants; I basically refuse to eat out. Why pay someone to give you a less-than-plentiful portion of dubiously cooked food when you can buy it yourself and have better control over the quality and quantity of the ingredients? The fact that you're making a difference is awesome; so many people give me the whole "I don't have time" thing. Like this one morbidly obese guy I used to live with. He had no time to come lift with me early in the morning, but he had a similar schedule and stayed up all night reading comics. Rock on. Keep lifting and stay strong so you can keep swinging dat Ban Hammer.
