I will tell you to go easy on the fruit overall because those sugars can pack a punch, but you're young and active so it won't hurt you as bad. that's mostly natural stuff and like you mentioned, there's a great amount of vitamins and minerals. much better sugar source than a candy bar loaded with high fructose corn syrup. BUT SUN CHIPS? NO. NO. NO. EMPTY PROCESSED CARBS GALORE. AND READ THE INGREDIENTS. THEY PROBABLY USE THOSE NASTY INDUSTRIAL OILS, MAYBE EVEN CORN SYRUP IN THERE TOO!!! EDIT- THE LABEL READS "sunflower and/or canola oil"... ENOUGH SAID!! AVOID THOSE JUNKY FAKE PROCESSED OILS. and i'd be interested in knowing what your bi-daily workout is. #JamesWNutritionMaster

And its usually something like this: -40 couch situps (like sitting upside down on a couch and going back if that makes sense) -50 reverse situps (idk the name, but im laying on the ground holding the bottom of the couch putting my legs up like a situp; think dolph ziggler at EC) - 30 pushups (Yeah im weak, but at least I do my pushups good, not half assed like everyone in gym class) - 30 weighted situps (regular situps holding 2 eight pound weights to my chest) - 30 twisting situps - 50 eight pound weight lifts each arm(100 total)

angus you know I love you. you're one of my internet best friends, and I mean that in the least pathetic way possible. so don't take this post with hatred. I'm helping you. I can be your... fitness saviour... Keep in mind this is all anecdotal broscience. But I am slimmer and stronger than I've ever been in my adult life (eyebrowraise.gif) not a BAD snack choice at all with the apple slices. I suppose so, but that's like saying a punch to the 'nads is a little better than a kick to the 'nads. they still suckAnd its usually something like this: -40 couch situps (like sitting upside down on a couch and going back if that makes sense) I'm in the school of thought that situps do NOTHING for you. They're pretty bad on the back IMHO. I used to do 400 situps after lifting and I still have a doughy torso. I find my abs hurt most after my back lifting day where I pound out deadlifts (whole body pulling workout) followed by power cleans (similar lift but jumping and powering the bar up). Squats are also great for the core. I would much rather do heavy compound lifts like that for core strength than endless painful situps. Now... i WILL admit that I have been doing crunches again recently. I'm 6'1.5'', 208 (try to place that), and I wear size 34 pants and size L shirts. not that overweight, and kind of muscular. BUT I STILL have a little bit of a gut. People have told me it's 'loose skin' even back in May when I was 220. Aside from the small foldy rubbery patch at the bottom of my belly, I am happy with my shape. BUT I DO SITUPS ONLY TO POSSIBLY STRETCH MY SKIN BACK INTO PLACE. So I do them, yes I do. I'm not expecting abs to become visible. THE BEST WAY TO MAKE ABS BECOME VISIBLE IS BUILDING THEM USING STRONG LIFTS AND THEN CUTTING BODYFAT. i've seen you, and you look like you probably have no bodyfat. I'd do heavy lifting to build mass if I were you.-50 reverse situps (idk the name, but im laying on the ground holding the bottom of the couch putting my legs up like a situp; think dolph ziggler at EC) I know what you mean.. I guess you'd call them leg raises. I used to do these on the dips rack at school. they're pretty okay IMO. and they're not that bad on the back. I should consider them, maybe.- 30 pushups (Yeah im weak, but at least I do my pushups good, not half assed like everyone in gym class) Well that's good if you have good form. and being able to support your bodyweight is good. I personally like to bang out 4x25 pushups after my chest/tri lifts. I can't complain about this for you. I only might suggest varying up your "grips" once in a while (for example.. regular pushups, wide fly pushups (for the back), diamond pushups (make the ddp symbol on the ground for the triceps). I love diamond tri pushups. I love tri lifting.- 30 weighted situps (regular situps holding 2 eight pound weights to my chest) bah, situps.- 30 twisting situps bah, situps.- 50 eight pound weight lifts each arm(100 total) I assume you are talking bicep curls. If you have heavier weights, i would use them. I personally am an advocate of low reps/high weights. I also am an advocate of HEAVY COMPOUND LIFTS... bench pressing, shoulder pressing, squatting, deadlifting, cleaning. 50 reps of 8 pounders might not be intents enough. It seems like you are trying to "tone up". but let me tell you... there is no such thing as "tone". There is only STRONG and NOT STRONG. the biceps are a SMALL muscle group, and focusing on them as your only 'real' lift doesn't seem great :/ ...I actually DO like to throw on a burnout session of hammer curls with 35 pound dumbbells, usually hitting about 40 per arm. so the reps are similar to yours, im not trying to show off. i think curls to finish off are good... but again what I do is a burnout session before the abs but after i bang out all the big and important lifts on my back day such as the deads/cleans/one armed row/upright row.
So that's my honest critique. if you have a weight room at school that you're allowed to use, i'd suggest using it. big heavy compound lifts as the bulk of your workout. not to many curls but still a decent amount. couple of situps at the end.

nah. just eat smart, lift well, and don't do excessive cardio as that just puts you into catabolism.

Its always about whats "on sale." (Even though they end up getting 5 of something useless to "save money" on "the sale") Cheezits has also become a very common snack of mineAnd its usually something like this: -40 couch situps (like sitting upside down on a couch and going back if that makes sense) I'm in the school of thought that situps do NOTHING for you. Also, I have noticed abbs when in good lighting/shade -50 reverse situps (idk the name, but im laying on the ground holding the bottom of the couch putting my legs up like a situp; think dolph ziggler at EC) I know what you mean.. I guess you'd call them leg raises. I used to do these on the dips rack at school. they're pretty okay IMO. and they're not that bad on the back. I should consider them, maybe.I honestly like them the least, due to my bad knees(animating pays a toll on your body) - 30 pushups (Yeah im weak, but at least I do my pushups good, not half assed like everyone in gym class) Well that's good if you have good form. and being able to support your bodyweight is good. And how long I should wait between parts?- 30 weighted situps (regular situps holding 2 eight pound weights to my chest) bah, situps.okay- 30 twisting situps bah, situps.i guess- 50 eight pound weight lifts each arm(100 total) I assume you are talking bicep curls. I think it depends on what you want to work.
Heres the thing, those are the only weights I have(they were given to me) so I cant really change much. Im not gonna pay to go to a gym or something. Truth is, I dont wanna be buff. I just want to be more defined. Thats why most of my workout focuses on abs. I want to have a healthy body while still being able to hold my self up. The types of girls im into arent usally into "buff" guys (yeah i know girls lie but I mean eh nevermind okay.
My point is im not going for Hulk Hogan. Im going for indy guy with 6 pack

BTW on the other bi-daily days I usually spend a lot of time walking. It helps when your constantly vistiting target waiting for E16. okay it wont let me quote your blue stuff, CATabolism is the breaking up of muscle (as opposed to anabolism). walking is great! and i did a lot of empty stomach walking during my trent/mcgillicutty hunts. walking apparentley burns fat well. and jogging for a long time just shreds your muscle and pretty much forces you to carb up to rebuild glycogen. A sprint session that last 20 minutes, in my honest opinion, is better than an hour of steady jogging. but walking is great, simple, easy, and effective! I kind of get what you mean. sorry if i was harsh. yeah i also hear that high reps+low weight is good for defininiton, but then I hear that it's worthless and stuff. everything is relative, and if it works for you, it works for you. eating smart is also relative. sun chips ARE better than potato chips. i wont say they're healthy, but they are better. you gotta make due with what you have. this summer I already broke away from my parents and make all my own meals and stuff (with dad's money I buy my food buwahahahahahah). but im smart about it. a pack of thin sliced porkchops = two days worth of supper. eggs are super cheap; add a bag of shredded cheese to an 18 pack of eggs and you have three meals right there. buck 88 banana chips (MADE WITH SATURATED FATTY COCONUT OIL YUM) makes a pre-lift snack to break my 16 hour fast that can stretch about three lifting days. walmart bodyfortress whey ordered in bulk from wally world dotcom to save money, free shipping. walmart brand cinnamon life for a sugary and carby postlift meal to go with two whey. okay now im getting off topic. but i am going to have a food budget starting next week and its gonna be FUN. A lot of my nutritional ranting is mostly to be purposely picky here on banter for the lulz (though, in all seriousness, I'm not trolling when I say I never want to eat soy or industrial vegetable/hydrogenated oils again). personally ive gone on record as going for the antonio cesaro... obviously strong as but lean and ripped. maybe also dolph ziggler can describe what I'm going for but not as short, lol.

All of this makes sense. I think when I reach a point to where I want to be more serious about this I will really follow your footsteps but for now im keeping it easy. Though alternative pushups and ab getting ways besides superlifts always help..
Part of me would love to bulk up a ton down the line if I still want to be a wrestler but that dream comes and goes these days. News Anchoring doesnt require looking like John Cena.

DID SOMEONE SAY NEWS ANCHORING? bah, i never had the actual wrestler dream until i was 19. but i was too smart for it by then. too fat and weak for it, too. seriously, it wasn't until may that I could do regular pushups without resting on my knees. im trying to upload my 8/6/11 to 8/7/12 picture as inspiration/show offness to photobucket but the site is broken for me. shoot. whatever. just take my broscientist word for it. do whatever works. I wouldn't be unhappy if i were you. My career choice doesn't require being jack'd either. but after years of being a fat blob and realizing that I can shape my body with my hard work and dedication, I might as well go all out and become extremely aesthetic. if you start breaking the 300 pound mark, then call me up and demand help.

Wait, I dont know how well this would work if it was local. Because unless you are the 300 pound guy who sat behind me and laughed everytime team rocket came on(I still believe it was you okay), you probably wouldnt be in the area to see it.

Also, random thought; that awkward moment when a cute girl you used to like back in high school but she ignored you and called you a creeper behind your back because you were fat and like pro wrestling runs into you two years later and says you look great because you lost 120 pounds...
Damn it I should've done this earlier.
