Cameron Stone is back.
In 2006, TNA made several huge splashes, as they announced they were going to be leaving out from under the NWA banner, and introducing their own World and Tag Team Title belts at Bound For Glory. Also, Kurt Angle made waves by signing with the company. Little did they know, the entire landscape of TNA would be changed by the chain of events that would unfold over the last few months of 2006. Firstly, after their epic Bound For Glory battle, Stong and Jeff Jarrett both made it clear that they would be retiring. Jarrett would retire from active competition immediately, and Sting would just finish up the remainder of the calender year. Raven also left TNA, citing health issues. And in the biggest blow of all, in his first match in the company, Kurt Angle, who lost to Samoa Joe at Genesis in a failed bid to end the undefeated streak of Joe, suffered a torn achilles tendon, and would be sidelined at least one year, with the potential end of his in ring career. This left TNA with a signifigant hole in the main event scene. However, a exciting and popular X Division, and the deepest tag team division in wrestling gave a potential edge to the company to keep putting out a good product.
Abyss is the current TNA Champion, after defeating Sting at Genesis and retaining at Turning Point. Chris Sabin is the current X Division Champion, after defeating Senshi at Bound for Glory, and defending against him both at Genesis and Turning Point, and after the loss at Turning Point, Senshi decided to take a leave of absence from TNA. LAX are the current Tag Team Champions, having won the gold from Styles and Daniels at Bound For Glory. They also defended against Styles and Daniels at both Genesis and Turning Point.
Also of note, Eric Young requested a release from the company and was granted it.
TNA currently has a one hour primetime slot on Spike TV.

TNA Final Resolution 2007 Card
January 14, 2007
TNA Championship
Abyss (c) vs. Samoa Joe
The undefeated Samoa Joe finally gets his opportunity to become TNA Champion. All that's left in his way is the Monster, Abyss. Will Joe finally be beaten, or will his dominance over TNA finally reach it's ceiling?
Last Man Standing Match
Christian Cage vs. Rhino
Cage defeated Rhino in a street fight at Bound For Glory, and now, Rhino wants a chance at some payback. This match may have implications in regards to the next world title contender, so it's a must win for both men.
X-Division Championship
Chris Sabin (c) vs. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels
Chris Sabin's reign as the champion has been impressive so far, but it will be put to the test as he faces arguably the two msot impressive former X-Division Champions in TNA history at the same time.
TNA Tag Team Championships
Tag Team Turmoil Match
LAX (c) vs. Paparazi Productions vs. Team 3D vs. James Gang vs. AMW vs. THe Naturals
TNA Director of Authority Jim Cornette was simply sick of LAX bragging about how no team in the world can beat them, and decided to test their theory by having them go against 5 of he top tag teams in TNA in the same match. The entry order of the teams will be completely random. Will LAX be able to walk out with the belts, or did their mouths get them into more than they can handle? Either way, this is sure to be a great showcase for TNA's Tag division!
Robert Roode vs. Lance Hoyt
Simple Really. Robert Roode is arrogant, Hoyt is sick of listening to him, and called him out, challenging him to a match at Final Resolution. Roode accepted. Will Roode's impressive run continue, or will Hoyt stop him right in his tracks?
Petey Williams vs. Johnny Devine
Petey was upset that he wasn't put into the X-Divison Title match, claiming his past in the division was just as impressive as both Styles and Daniels, and that he should be included in the match. Devine told Petey that he was a one trick pony with the Canadian Destroyer, and that besides that move, he is nothing. Petey responded by simply hitting Devine with the move in question. Now, these two square off in a match.
Jay Lethal & Sonjay Dutt vs. Kazarian & Matt Bentley
Two teams who were left out of the tag team turmoil matchhave been given the opportunity to show what they've got and impress.
