He's pretty swift I'll give him that, but it's just wrong. It pisses me off to infinity and beyond.

if i was the manager , and you started yelling at me over something like that.. you wouldnt be in my store long.. and wouldnt be back at all.... and unless i see a pic , im calling total BS on that story.... Seriously why is everyone a dick here? Let me clarify I didnt necessarily yell but I complained and I had a right to do so. I have checked that store for months and waste my time going there to find more and more stolens and swap outs and I was fed up. As for a pic I dont have a pick and the store security did pull the 4 figures i gave him from the shelves and said they will try to track it better. I had 3 people witness the Ringside Exclusives there on the shelf. Kane and Bret Hart I swear on my life I would have NO reason to make that up. I couldnt believe they did it. The Kane was better then what they swapped it for and the Bret was the Wrestlemania Bret in the Ringside Pink packaging. I even asked the manager how they could return something that isnt sold in stores and he had no idea how they got away with it.... as someone who has worked retail for 17 years and around 10 years of that has been management , i have been yelled at for less.. customers seem to think they have an entitlement.. to an extent they kind of do , but the whole customer is always right thing is crap.. im more than happy to help as much as possible , but more often than not . the person is pissed from the get go and cant be civil about a thing.. ive had a meth head try to punch me in the face for catching him stealing shirts... a guy get chest to chest with me , because we sold "his" shirt... by his , we bent the rules and held the thing for a week instead of 24 hours and he never picked up it .. so it went back on the floor and sold.. 12 days later he comes for it , and its gone.. but its our fault... a dad YELLING at one of my associates because we sold his 13 year old a " BLACK SHIRT WITH SOME SHITTY BAND ON IT , FOR $20 , HOW COULD YOU LET HIM DO THAT? ISNT THERE AN AGE LIMIT" so excuse me for being a "dick" ........ as for swaps... craphappens... has for years... wont ever stop... and its getting old hearing how " mattel needs to change the packaging" " the people working returns should know the product more"

Mattel really asked for this when they made the packaging so easy to do this with.

I see the Bossman switch, but I can't recognize who it was switched with. The Luke Gallows is obvious, but what is the Bossman switch?

I see the Bossman switch, but I can't recognize who it was switched with. The Luke Gallows is obvious, but what is the Bossman switch? A Jakks WWE CS Big Bossman It's a terrible, pathetic thing to do but most of the collectors dont seem to realise that people who work in shops do not know about nor do they have time to learn about each individual action figure and what it looks like. Especially not in big stores like Wal-Mart and Toys R Us. The only way to truely stamp out this problem is to make full plastic packaging (like the DC Collectables Batman: Arkham ____ figures) so that when a customer returns the item, claiming it hasn't been opened and is unwanted, the packaging will have clearly been tampered with, thus alerting the employee to suspected fraud. If the customer then claims the item is damaged, the employee could ask the customer to show them how it is damaged, to which they won't be able to and therefore be legally able to deny a refund. It really isn't the stores faults. I know my hands are completely tied if a customer returns an item in it's original packaging, appears to be unopened and they do not want it any more. If I haven't got a clue about who is in the line-up, then I don't stand a chance of being able to counter the fraud in any way.
