 This is about the tenth time I've hit one of my local (or nearest) stores that carry WWE figures and found this. Its bad enough that he does this at all, but its never just one, oh no, its always 3-5 packs per return. Combined, this guy is looking at THOUSANDS of dollars worth of fraud. I made it my mission to have this guy caught and banned, so after a lengthy discussion will the managers of EVERY Walmart, Kmart, Target and Toys R Us within 50 miles, they've all agreed to monitor or outright ban returns on WWE toys. If caught, they've pledged to prosecute. Sorry bro bro, but you have to go! Mattels are already hard enough to find at retail with the scalping and distribution issues. |

I hope he gets caught and then arrested and then @$$#@%ed in jail while trying to get released and then accidentally tasered when the cops are trying to stop him from getting @$$#@%ed. That'll make him think twice about trying that again! Wow. On topic, I did the same thing at my Toys R Us near Huntington Beach. They kept getting their BOPPV Elites build-a-figure pieces stolen/replaced, figures stolen right out of the package/card, and returned missing accessories or with replaced Jakks figures. The manager had no idea that their Bret Hart was missing the build a figure piece. |

It sucks but...Nothing will happen to him. Let's face it all he'd need to do is say something like "someone picked these up for me and they didn't when they bought them that they were all switched figures." The store isn't going to call them a liar. They'll still just take them back.

There should be a picture of the figure on the back of the product...or even the front would be better where the wrestler is.

I noticed the Cody Rhodes error right away, but it took me a few looks to notice the Big Show / Luke Gallows error.
Hopefully it stops soon, because that is REALLY annoying.

Maybe Mattel should change the packaging for the elites so as to not make the whole open package-switch figure-close package process impossible?

This is very prevalent in my area and I have went to a K-Mart and they got 2 E11 CM Punks, Christian, E12 Kane and Papa Shango in one trip SMFH.
