WWE officials think that Jinder Mahal has potential to be a top heel in the company. WWE is looking to strengthen it's position in India and with The Great Khalia's career likely winding down, Mahal could be a big asset for the company. -ewrestlingnews.com They've got a LONG way if they want him top heel lmfao he's more boring than Del Rio who is SD's top heel and no one gives a  about him, they only way I see anyone caring about Jinder is if they go the down the Hassan route but that's never going to happen unfortunately. |

He got the worst live reaction on Smackdown! this week. His music hit and I couldn't hear anything but his music. There wasn't a single person around me yelling anything--positive or negative--at him.

Seriously? The guy has the easiest heat magnet of a heel gimmick possible, and gets zero reaction. I'll never understand why they continuously try and push him, let alone why they think he could be a show's top heel.

I guess they realize how well Ring Ka King went, Mahal is nowhere near as good as Sonjay Dutt though.

Well, they haven't done anything with him yet, which is why he gets no reaction. I'm sure with some build WWE could make something of him, just like they can really do with almost anyone.

Remember, a good part of Khali's early push, was because of how over he was with his home crowd. Even when he was heel, he was seen as a good guy to the Indian audience. |

I'd be willing to wager that Jinder Mahal is the worst overall package on the active main roster. He brings absolutely nothing to the table. He couldn't possibly be more dull if he tried.
I'll take this with a grain of salt, as always. But seriously, go ahead, push him. Watch it fail miserably.

i dont get it....i mean, the guy seems like he has good in ring ability
but he doesnt DO anything
all he does is speak in his native language. not really going to make the crowds dislike you.
he needs to do something BIG if they want people to boo him. and not just talking in another language. go on about how his people are better, and he is better being from royalty. they could really create an old school heel with him, but it requires WORK
something i dont think the current WWE "creative" team wants to do

He certainly has the face for it. I think if they give him a push and shove him down our throats it might work. If he can work the mic and give a good interview/promo its certainly possible.
