Trying to find the right torso and legs. There is an elite 11 Barrett sitting at my Walmart, and has been since thanksgiving. While Barry isnt quite that tall, I thought it might be a good start. Any other suggestions out there? Any suggestions on the gloved hands? I am thinking horsemen era.

I think Barrett will be ok. I am about to start working on a Windham also. I worry about his neck though, rest of him probably ok. Neck may be fine with the Jakks head. I need to try when I get home. I think Regal is a good possibility also. Gloved hand, just use Kane.
With what few Windham customs I have seen, it looks like they used Austin's body. Which is good, just expensive unless you have a lot of parts. (bulldog/Austin torso, black trunks, etc).

Thanks for the Kane hand suggestion. Found one yesterday.  This is my attempt so far. Still need to acetone the Barrett tattoo and stuff on his trucks. I'm pretty happy with it, and much happy with it than my old Jakks. |

Looks good. Barrett body looks good, just got to clean it up. Black boots are fine also especially since their isn't a good set of cowboy boots, though elite Mcintyre's favor Cowboys. After seeing that not sure if I will experiment with Akeem's boots or just put Barrett's or McIntyre's on him. Regardless, it is light years ahead of the Jakk's figure.

Actually cleaned him up tonight and will post an update. Someone had suggested Dusty boots, but those are so fat. Hadn't seen Drews before, but I know he tends to be pricey so I might just stick with what I have.

Akeem's boots fit best. They're a different mold then Dustys. Its the same mold Bandy uses on his windham.
Ive got a Windham 3/4 of the way finished...Just still waiting on the guy to send me his end of a trade consisting of Akeem boots and Ill have my custom windham done. I went with a different head though. I didnt want a giant Jakks head on mine.

Yeah, Akeem's boots are your best bet right now. They are not too big. If you don't have an Elite Drew, then he is expensive. I got another Akeem off of Amazon for less than $5 the other day, if you want to try them. He looks good though.

Mostly because they have similar faces, but hair would need a lot of work. Maybe an Defining Moment Steamboat's hair could potentially work with some alterations? |
