Because Punk has a million tattoos and the budget for an elite figure barely stretches to that plus a t-shirt. In future, we'll be seeing more Punks with titles and mics and less Punks with t-shirts.

Yeah, I've got enough WWE and World titles now to keep me going forever. And for that figure, it was paramount that they included a Best in the World t-shirt rather than a belt. I'm not too big a fan of Punk's other t-shirts lately, but I'd take those over yet another title.

I keep going back to Sears to buy this figure, but I keep talking myself out of it.
2 reasons why I keep not buying it:
1) The attire is almost identical to the Elite 11 CM Punk, which I have.
2) The WM28 CM Punk with the Ricardo build-a-figure piece will be out soon and I don't want to buy the Elite 16 CM Punk for $17.99 and then have to buy ANOTHER CM Punk for the Ricardo piece which will be AT LEAST $20.99 from TRU.
SO I have decided that I will only buy ONE of the CM Punk's, and I've decided to choose the one with the Ricardo piece.

Sure, a WWE title definitely makes it more awesome and complete but Id rather they left it out and I used one from another figure than sacrificing detail on his tats or the shirt due to the added cost of the belt. I think its a fantastic figures as is.

I have had one for trade for 2 weeks....no one seems interested, about to take it back to WalMart.Still can't find it
