I think it was Hasbro Macho Man and Andre. Or Boss man. Or Hogan or Warrior. Those were my first five but I don't recall the order. Surely it would've been Hogan and Warrior first, but maybe they were sold out on my first trip for wrestling figures.

Ever? I got Hasbro Piper, the Rockers, Ultimate Warrior in white and Macho Man in orange all for Christmas when I was like 7 or 8.
But the first figure(s) I ever purchased on my own were BCA Series 3 Diesel and HBK.

I was about 5 years old and on my third open-heart surgery. Friends and family would bring me toys to cheer me up. One of them was the LJN Hulk Hogan. In fact, my first exposure to wrestling was WWF trading cards and LJN figures. I didn't discover it on TV till later.
When one of the nurses saw I was a fan, she told me her favorite wrestler was Rowdy Roddy Piper. As soon as I started watching, he became my first favorite too.

as a very young child, i remember having a Big John Studd thumb-wrestler, as well as a Junk Yard Dog.
Later, i got a couple hasbros - Gorrila Press Slam Hulkster and spring-punch Jake the Snake.
around 15-16, i started buying some toys and the first wrestling fig i spent my own money on was the old ECW Lance Storm - i quickly snatched up the RVD so they could fight.
Then i started up on WWF/e figs when i was about 17 when the real-scan technology started really getting used a lot and i got me TTL 7 Buh Buh Ray and Jeff Hardy and i've been die-hard ever since...

I actually remember my first figure from just about every "era" of WWE wrestling figures.
LJN- Mean Gene....I remember being so bummed out over this. My mom took me to TRU (which at the time was over 100 miles from where we lived) in search of these figures. When we got there, Mean Gene was all they had. I was pretty upset by this. But, my got him for me anyways. The next week when I came home from school, she had Hogan, Steamboat, and Macho Man waiting for me. Where she got them, I dunno.
Hasbro- Hulk Hogan, Demolition Ax and Jake Roberts....I don't remember why my dad was in such a generous mood, but I do remember him takingme and my older brother to K-mart toy shopping. I got those 3 and my brother got Kareem Abdul Jabar, Magic Johnson, and James Worthy Starting lineups.
Jakks BCA- Mankind and Bret Hart series 3. I was on the search for series 1 and 2, but my K-mart and Wal-mart never got them in. K-mart finally got series 3 in on my birthday of all days. My mom was nice enough to purchase those 2 for me, even though she had already got me a b-day present.
Jakks TTL- Billy Gunn. I remember this one because it was the only TTL figure I bought. Got it X-mas shopping and decided to buy an early present for myself.
Jakks RA- Classic Superstars series 3 Ultimate Warrior. I had got out of the collecting game for a few years until I found the CS series at my local card shop. Once I found them, I collected HARD until series 12 and then stopped until the Mattel line.
Mattel- WM Heritage Batista. Big Dave rules. I bought him one day to test these figures out. I loved them, so I went back the next day and bought the rest of the series. Collecting ever since.

I can't remember exactly who was first but it was either LJN Hulk Hogan, Big John Studd, Volkoff or Mr Wonderful. I also got Remco Flair/Zbyszko around the same time in 1984-85.

HASBRO: 1990 - Never forget going to Hills with my grandmother. The first series of Hasbro figures had released and I ended up with Jake the Snake and the Ultimate Warrior. I had Hogan and Andre pretty early as well but I don't think it was the same trip. Still have the Jake to this day, Hasbro were great figures for young kids... can't even imagine growing up now and having the insanely accurate Mattel figures.
Jakks: 1996 - After a blurb in a toy magazine anounced in 1995 "JPI acquires WWF license" I hung in wonder on what was going to happen to my figure fed. 1996 same toy mag has pictures of series 1 MOC. That July at the Kay Bee Toys in the mall, while my uncle was working next door at the pizza place, I found the entire series. Got Shawn, opened it, his legs fell apart. My first Jakks quality control issue- lol. Returned, got Undertaker. I loved these figures. Going from Hasbro to Jakks BCA was night to day when it came to playing with the toys. Wish they had taken the line sooner.
Mattel: Undertaker with 1 of 1000 chair. I figured well I never bought a 1 of 1000 figure before and I had been out of collecting for a while. Then I broke down and bought an Elite Punk and between those two I was hooked and I've been collecting Mattel since.

First figure I ever purchased on my own was Jakks BCA series 1 Shawn Michaels in the blue tights... Still have it and it is on my HBK display shelf from my sig...
What a great day for a 7 year old to walk into an Ames (remember that store lol) and go to the toy section, see the figure of your favorite wrestler and walk to the checkout line with your $5 in hand and buy it yourself (and yes I got it for just under 5) That will prolly always be my fondest figure finding day

All the way back in 1991/1992 got a Hasbro Jake Roberts in the mail from my grandparents a random gift. It was awesome.
My first Jakks figure was BCA series 1 Bret Hart. I still remember being 9 years old and standing in Target trying to figure out which one I wanted between Hart and HBK. I ended up getting HBK a couple months later.
My first mattel was elite 1 CM Punk.

I had two first figures - WCW Toy Biz Macho Man & Miss Liz two pack/ The Rock from the Jakks Smackdown line - had pants and the dress shirt.
Technically I had a bunch of Hasbro WWF figs when I was 4 and 5 that my dad got me but I didnt really watch wrestling at that time nor do I even remember which I got first
