Hey guys, haven't done much customizing besides a few figures here and there for my friends but my new addiction is custom rumblers. A friend sent me a bunch and told me to go nuts, so I did. Here's the first four I've finished/almost finished. Bruiser Brody was made out of a Triple H body and head and Miz hand. For the feet, I cut off the Triple H boots and glued on some Morrison feet to give him the furry boots Diesel was made with an Undertaker top half and Rey Mysterio bottoms. Obviously the CS head. Eddie was my easiest. Del Rio top half and Sin Cara bottom half. I've since highlighted the hair and added some wrist wraps to Eddie. Ichiban Hogan- CS head, Triple H arm, Orton arm, Orton body. His body is not sealed in this pic Everyone but Eddie has a full skintone repaint. Diesel's is only on his head to better match the body. Shout out to ZAXARY and all the other custom rumblers makers for the inspiration. Got some more in the works that will be in the post. Enjoy! UPDATED 9/12/12 Here's the updated Eddie. Going to be doing them all with big heads. Everyone seems to dig it more.

Diesel looks sharp. Did you have to match up the skin tone? It looks perfect. I really like the Hogan because it's not the typical Hulkamania or Hollywood type and it turned out very clean. The boots on Brody are brilliant. I like Eddie, but I'm not totally sold on the head. Regardless, it still looks good.
I'm really glad to see more people getting into the Rumbler line and doing great work with them!

Diesel is just medium flesh painted over the original skintone. It does match pretty decently. For Eddie, the hair being changed up helped it a little. I'll make sure I post completed pictures.
Thanks for the reply and the praise. Extremely appreciated.
Here's what I have coming soon: Arn Anderson MCMG Great Muta British Bulldogs.

I've always loved those japanese big head figures and the style of rumblers is kind of cartoony so I think they look awesome with normal sized figure heads.

Excellent work. You guys are giving me the itch to get some more custom Rumblers of my own done. Lol. Great work here.
I can't wait for Mattel's Legends Rumblers. I hope we get some proto's soon.

The Eddie is extremely impressive. You could not have done better considering what you had to work with. Even with my absolute hatred of Alberto's arm articulation, I found myself almost wanting him professionally made with only the head sculpt & attire changed since the pose is so befitting.
Your Bruiser Brody looks damn near professionally made, except the Miz arm. Too small.
10/11! I can't wait to see more!

Much appreciated, Zaxary! GK said he might be sending me a lot more rumblers, so I'll be making these for a while. Glad everyone digs them. Got some good ideas. I'm working on my usual off day but hope to work more on them this weekend.

As an avid collector of the UFC Round 5 line, I always have a soft spot for these "caricature" styled figures. This is literally the ONLY time a balloon sized Jakks head looks good on a body created by Mattel. The style looks especially cool/funny when the scan used has an angry, or screaming expression (that Hogan captures my point wonderfully).
