Great, great! Awesome! Cool! We're so happy for you, very proud. Now stop talking about it. He asked what was said, and I answered in the best way I thought I could. Do you really have to act like that in this of all threads? Yes. Now shut up. And everyone else stop fighting.

Think about it, Jerry himself would want the show to finish and just not stop halfway. Bingo. Anyone in show business knows the "show must go on."

I can't believe people are fighting in this thread.
I had a really bad feeling when I saw Jerry slumped down at the table with the doctor checking on him. It was though to watch the rest of RAW. Hope everything works out okay.

Lol at you telling everyone to stop fighting. Find a better, less hostile way to talk to people dude. You come off as a jerk in EVERY THREAD you post in.

That suit would give Brother Love a heat attack” - Jerry Lawler
A bit ironic

Jerry Lawler's ex-wife, Stacy "The Kat" Carter, posted the following on Facebook earlier this evening: I have an update on Jerry. The docs are removing his ventilation & taking him out of sedation. He is responsive, which is great!!! It took a while to revive him last night so there's the concern of brain damage. He had some tests done which will show how much if any damage there is due to the lack of oxygen to his brain. Unfortunately, the results won't be in until in the morning. I appreciate all the calls, texts, tweets, & Facebook messages of support & I know Jerry will too. Thanks everybody!! www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/9276/jerry-lawlers-ex-wife-provides-another-update

It amazes me that the news of his situation gets better with every update. Hopefully the trend continues, and we find out tomorrow that he suffered no brain damage.

You come off as a jerk in EVERY THREAD you post in. You're the people continuing to argue in this thread. I told you to stop. Twice. But I'm the one arguing? You were all told numerous times not to mention New Jack's comments, and you continued with it anyway. Don't pull the double-standard on me. I've been here, concerned since the thread started. You're not going to put the blame on me for this one. Now seriously, shut up.

My room-mate's grandfather went through the same exact thing, was clinically dead for the same amount of time. He went into a coma and never came out of it. I'm really hoping Jerry is more fortunate than that. The main thing about this that gets me, is that he's lived a healthy lifestyle all his life. No alcohol, no drinking, no drugs. There are wrestlers older than him who have done every drug under the sun and are still alive. It just doesn't make sense and it's bothering me.

Well healthy in those aspects, but we really don't know what kinda of diet he's had too. The wrong kind of foods for a long period of time, can do just as much damage.

But I'd have to imagine to be able to move around like that at 62, he must have a pretty healthy diet as well. But, maybe not. It just boggles my mind. Bret Hart looks like he's 70, has been in motorcycle accidents, did almost every drug you can think of, and is still in one piece. Meanwhile King doesn't even look 62, looks healthy, and he just collapses.

My heart & prayers go out to Jerry & his family.
This is a sign he needs to retire from commentary & wrestling completely.. If he pulls through this, I'm happy if he never laces up his boots again. He's given us so many matches, I don't think anyone couldn't get their Lawler fix on just his Memphis days by themselves, let alone ALL his WWF, NWA, & his countless Indy matches over the years.

If that's true then it was most likely because of poor diet. I guess it goes to show, everyone needs to indulge in one or two unhealthy things, be it alcohol, drugs, fast food, or junk food.

I wonder how Ziggler is feeling, he did seem to go hard on Jerry in that match. Its safe to say Lawler will never wrestle again and sadly may have to retire from commentating. If anyone were to replace him I think Jerry would want it to be JR.

It's purely genetics, although I'd think the stroke has a lot to do with it. Jerry does still dye his hair and tan so we don't really know if he looks older without all of those things.

If anything Jerry would have told Ziggler if he was working too light.
