Okay, I have quite the dilemma. I am currently reading 6 books. Batman, Arkham Unhinged, Red Hood and the Outlaws, Earth 2, and Justice League from DC and Hawkeye from Marvel. I am a Punisher and Deadpool fan and I am considering purchasing either Thunderbolts (which features both) or Deadpool from Marvel NOW. But the problem comes here. I want to maintain 6 books. Any suggestions?

Drop Arkham, pick up Deadpool and wait for DC to collect all the Arkham stuff next year.

I read Batman and JLA from you list, I think Red hood's gonna get axe sooner or later so I would cut it
Tbolts read better in trade, I started from the Warren Ellis run and only stopped when they tied in with Seige

I have a stack of Thunderbolts to read, so far only having read issue one. I like the team of Daniel Way and Steve Dillon, and his familiarity with drawing Frank Castle might have something to do with my opinion so far, but I really felt despite some jumping around to tie the other characters in that issue one should have been called 'Punisher and friends'. I liked the issue, but it is very Punisher-centric. Maybe that will change. I'm also not reading the main Deadpool comic, but gave Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe and Deadpool Killustrated a chance, and like them fairly well. Not amazing, but certainly fun, and definitely not bad.
