Tannehill is gonna be a bad pick but stafford should do well
MJD and Jackson should get quite a few points Williams may do ok
Nicks is a great pick and could be good trade bait if needed
Gonzalez is getting old but still has it
Texans should do ok

I know but he has a higher interception rate so you should look who else is available |

Your team doesn't look to bad, but here's my thoughts:
Tannehill is a guy I'd drop. Find out what week Stafford is on a bye & see what match ups free agent QB's have that week. I've got Tom Brady & picked Joe Flacco as my backup because he's playing the Browns on the Patriots bye.
I don't know if I'd keep 3 TE's. Tamme & Gonzalez are the two guys I'd keep, then pick up a backup defense.
Other than that, you've got a decent team.
