So is it White Sox or Yankees? My first thought was Yankees, because I didn't understand why a Cubs fan would wear White Sox gear in Boston.

They should just make a 6 pack elite of CM punk wearing special occasion attires. Similar to the Rey Mysterio one Mattel released a few years back Fantastic idea. Kudos sir.

Being a Red Sox fan, this is the only attire of Punk's I do NOT want to see on a figure.

we should just have a thread full of pics of their fav punk attires.
but this attire is very nice. I wish it gray in the pinstripe area though.
edit: just noticed it was navy, not black. I like it better now.

As a die hard Yankees fan I'd love it. Also am I the only one who noticed it looks like he has some new chest work, Unless thats old and I've never noticed it

Not everybody is 10 years old. Lol I know that, but watching it on tv, It looked like either the crowd did not notice or did not care, but apparently they noticed.... I dunno I noticed it the second he hit the ramp walking out. And I'm sure a majority of the people watching know about the NY-Boston rivalry, so plenty of people should have noticed. Hell they even brought it up in commentary. Just cause you think one way you shouldn't assume everyone else thinks like you.

I'm done buying CM Punk b/c he doesn't stick with any certain attire. Won't buy another figure of his. It annoys me that it's never possible to have a "current" punk. It's always obsolete.

It's always obsolete. i understand what your saying but it is possible to have a current Punk like you said since his attire is always changing as long as the tattoos and headscan are up to date you technically have a "current punk"

Just cause you think one way you shouldn't assume everyone else thinks like you. Are you implying that I said "I didn't notice it"? Because I did, what I meant was I didn't think the crowd watching did because I know how much Boston hates the Yankees (heck even a couple of members here have stated that they won't buy a Yankee Punk cause they hate them) and yet on my TV it sounded like the majority of the crowd were cheering for Punk regardless! I think they were trying to be smarks but came off looking like idiots. Off topic, I had a strong feeling Ziggler was meant to cash in, but after the crowd kept on chanting "we want ziggler!" towards the ending of the WHC match and ruining the element of surprise, WWE decided to axe the cash in. But that's just me.

Love the attire, nice to see the return of white attires last night. Not being from USA/following USA sports, the only thing I could think of was the attire was a tribute to Danny Davis.

That attire was sweet, but I really doubt he'll wear it again, so making a figure in it would be sort of pointless. Like someone else said, I'm pretty sure he only wore it for cheap heat from the Boston crowd since Punk isn't even a Yankees fan. I'd rather have an Elite Punk in his Bret Hart gear first and foremost.

Bah, I always hate it when an attire thread gets made and nobody bothers to post pics. Visual aids, people! MDT, I hope both the SS Hitman gear and this gear get the Elite treatment. I second that motion...
