I haven't done much in a while, but have a few figures nearly done and with Christmas in couple of months, I should have many coming up soon. Here's the first part of a commission from my aunt, who bought this as a present for one of her friends. He was a lot of fun to make. I really enjoyed copying the Jack Kirby style and sticking to a limited color palette. This is probably also my best work with foam for the cape so far, though the next one will be an even greater challenge. I will either have Dr. Strange done tonight or at the beginning of next week. I'll be out of town this weekend, so I won't be getting much work done. I'll post a few more I've done since my last time posting later tonight Enjoy!

Sadly, no. I have a couple I want to do, but I'm behind on mighty mugg commissions as it is, and pretty soon have to start working on Christmas presents, so I haven't been able to do anything just because I want to.
I'm still working on some fun stuff, though. So that's always a plus.

Second part of my aunt's Christmas commission. While I think the cape could have been better (though not quite sure how), I'm really happy with how he came out over all. Painting old style comic characters is incredible fun. Like I said with Etrigan, I love working with the limited colors. I'm not sure what I have coming up next. I have a bunch of figures in various stages of development and need to start a few new ones. Thanks for looking!

Thanks I'll try to post my stuff more frequently. And yes, it's acrylic. I typically use Anita's because they're the cheapest. They also don't cake which is nice. I use other brands if Anita's doesn't have the color I need though. I'm hoping to do another wrestling themed on in the next month or two. We'll see how that goes though. I'm glad you enjoy the change of pace at any rate.

I'm not getting as many replies as I was hoping. But there are a decent amount of views, so I hope you guys are enjoying these. Here's a Muppet Babies Kermit. He's the first custom I've done just for fun in over a year, so I'm really happy with him. I may do more muppet babies in the future, but it depend on time and being able to get more minis.

So wait.... you hand-painted these? And sculpted some parts? Indeed, Etrigan has sculpt for the horns and shaped craft foam for the ears and cape. Strange had foam for the cape and Kermit has sculpted eyes Mighty muggs are pretty basic and I don't generally sculpt so much as to take away what makes them unique, but some details don't work just being painted. And thanks everyone for the replies. I'm glad you're enjoying them... I have a couple more I finished in the last few weeks before I decided to start posting these again. I'll add them when I get back online later. master- I'll make sure to check your non wrestling stuff then too.
