Obviously with the 2 flashbacks in the Elites series the obvious thing would be Tag Teams,
but I think it would be great to have classic matches as the two seperate slots in an elite set.
For instance: Triple H and Cactus Jack from their 2000 Royal Rumble match. Triple H is a safe bet for Mattel and we haven't seen those tights or a younger looking face scan from that era (just watched it and it was striking how much younger he looked!)
Or maybe Bret and Shawn Iron Man attires?

I'm surprised they haven't had a matching set of Flashbacks yet. Cactus & HHH from MSG and HBK & Jericho from WM19 immediately come to mind:

I was thinking about this the other day as a classic feuds series 2 packs in elite form... since all the current 2 packs didn't do well.

HBK and Jericho would be great and I would love to see an elite form of that era Jericho finally done right as Jericho was one of the figures I felt Jakks never really got right and Mattel has already handled him better.
Or Razor/Shawn ladder matches- would be cool to see that HBK throwback to the original Jakks series 1. Austin/Bret - immediately you'd think Wrestlemania 13 but personally would LOVE a Survivor Series version of Bret. Great outfit that night.

I would be all over a Cactus Jack and Triple H from Royal Rumble. What an amazing match that was. If they ever got the rights to hogan, an amazing set would be Hogan vs Slaughter from wrestlemania.

I'd kinda hate the Cactus vs Triple H one, because the Triple H would look pretty much exactly the same as a thousand other Triple H figures we have. I doubt they'd even use a new head. They used the same head for Shawn Michaels 1996 and Shawn Michaels 2008.
I'd love the Michaels/Jericho idea. Others:
Undertaker/Mankind (SummerSlam 96) Kurt Angle/Crash Holly (KOTR 2000) Undertaker/Kane (SummerSlam 2000) Razor/Michaels (either WM X or SummerSlam 95)

^Would a nice shiny Attitude WWE title change your mind about HHH? A head with a intense expression (like they've captured on his newest basic) and a shiny belt are the main things I'd like to see from an 2000 era HHH. (A leaner upper body would be alright too.) Maybe Cactus could come with that pallet that came with Battle Pack Kane if not his barbed wire 2x4.
