What has happened to him over the last year? After his fued with Wade Barrett, he went downhill. No title opportunities and all he does is fued with midcarders.

Ehh, he doesn't bother me; he just kind of floats around until he's needed for something bigger; it's happened to him before. He'll be back as Champion again one day.

I like Orton, but I would say he has been considered "stale" for quite sometime. This is nothing new.
