Im not even talking about the elbow. It looks to me like the guys hand or wrist hits Punk on the top/back of his head. I know what you're talking about, but I'm still pretty sure the reaction you're talking about is from the slap. Concentrate on where the red circle is, and you'll see someone swear at Punk and slap him in the back of the head as Sunglasses Guy's move. It's just a coincidence. Yeah theres no question at all that white shirt douche bag slapped Punk but its really too close to call from that angle weather or not sunglasses guy touches him too.....like i said though a side angle would really clear all of this up. Lets just hope one surfaces.

Punk was also in character. Remember when Christian Bale flipped out on the set of Terminator? He was in the middle of an intense scene. You can't just turn that stuff on and off. Punk was just in a fight and his blood was still flowing. If someone pushed me in the back of the head, there is no way I'm going to stand that and let it go because it will probably keep happening. Flipping out on set, and hitting an innocent fan are a little different.

No it doesn't mean it's ok but don't act like his the first. Why do fans feel it's right to lay their hands on Wrestler's, there just human like anyone else and only so much any human would take before lashing out. You make it sound like they're POWs or something. He got a few shoves and a slap to the back of the head. You can't just throw hands when you don't even know who the guilty party is. His naturally angry, in fact his probably the last Wrestler you would wanna do that do! Tell you what, get some random to stand behind you, shove you around while slapping the back of your head and you stay there and enjoy it.

Makes sense that it was the guy in the white t-shirt. If you look at the very end of Raw, just as they're closing the show, and the security guy has made his way up there, he's saying something to the guy in the white t-shirt, who looks as though he's wholeheartedly denying. The guy in the black just seemed to be keeping his distance at that point.

Lets just hope one surfaces. You're right that it's not 100% clear he didn't make any contact with Punk. Even still, you can definitely tell it was an accident (if he did touch Punk) and the elbow wasn't with enough force to do any damage. Punk going ballistic like that was totally uncalled for.

1st off thats what wrestlers gotta deal with sometimes coming out into the crowd with the fans there is always running the risk of fans getting to excited to the ones being a-holes and wanting to push or do something to a wrestler. On another note i didnt even see the guy do anything to Punk he just hauled off and swung at the guy.No matter what you gotta think your in the public eye and if the guy did do something to Punk he should of let the security take care of it and not matters into his own hands. This isnt gonna help out Linda's campaign i can see it now your husband champion of his company violently striking a fan.

When heels go into the crowds during matches and get pushed, they usually give the fan a mean look or act like they're going to hit the fan to make them jump, but they never hit them, Punk shouldn't have hit him, yeah he was being pushed, HE WAS IN THE CROWD, the crowd go crazy when wrestlers go into the crowd, and atleast owes the guy an apology, a tweet or something

I was there. The fans were smacking him in the head and pushed him MULTIPLE times. Punk turned around and said over and over again he will retaliate if someone hits him again. So he did. It was in self defense. I was as well, Punk warned them, then the victim just happened to be in the way pretty much.

Unfortunatley I think Punk will get in trouble for this some how. I would have done the same thing, if he had hit the right guy there wouldn't be much of a problem.

Well, I'm back. How were you guys while I was gone?
Honestly, everything that could have been said, has been said. This thread is kind of pointless now.

Not sure if this has been posted, but this shows who the culprit is, to be honest I wouldn't wanna have the back of my head shoved like the kid did on the video! Just a shame for the bald bloke that as Punk turns it's his arm that looks like it hit Punk. I swear, this one is bringing out all the conspiracy theorists and will be argued around and around and just dissected to no end until next Monday... Me? I just find the guy in the football jersey's facial reactions to be HIGH-Larious.

This is so messed up because he hit the wrong guy as the video above clearly shows. I don't feel bad for the guy, though, since he's reportedly filing charges. The guy who actually pushed Punk's head should get his ass whooped.
The worst part of this is Punk will probably lose his championship now because this may turn into really bad publicity.

I don't feel bad for the guy, though, since he's reportedly filing charges. What's wrong with you? I'm just saying I would handle it differently. First, at the spot, I would have been pushing the people behind me making sure nobody bumps me forward because I would already know I would be blamed if anything happens. It's the same kind of control when your about to go into a pit at punk/metal shows. Then, if Punk smacked me, (which is all it was, the dude didn't get his face busted) I would have yelled at Punk, then turned around, and (not saying this is the right thing to do) I most likely would have attacked the guy that put me in this position. Either way, I would understand it was a misunderstanding, and I would just ask for an apology, and maybe get some tickets, shirts or stuff... That would be enough, but I wouldn't want Punk to get in that kind of trouble because I empathize with him. He didn't handle it the best way, but I understand where he's coming from.

Well good, because then he's most likely to be caught if/when the WWE picks up on this information.
