Really? I thought character creation was pretty lackluster. I meant in terms of actually be able to make a character. I haven't read much about online so that was a surprise to me. I figured you'd just get stuck with a random person for some reason. Oh okay gotcha. I guess in that regards it's pretty cool. |

Yea the character creation  ing sucked. I just kept randomizing until I found a decent one because the whole grandparents thing was pretty ridiculous. In terms of the online play, I haven't been able to get in at all. I get dropped off for that mandatory first race and I've been "Waiting for other players" for 20 minutes now. I may just give it a few days until all these bugs are worked out before I try again. |

Yeah its bad, Its better than GTA 4 but has nothing on Saints Row. Well I got my off the plane trophy now Ill wait for the rest of the game to work.

Truck reappeared in Trevor's garage after I bitched about it disappearing.
I gotta be getting pretty close to the end here. "THE BIG ONE" should be coming up soon.
Such an amazing beautiful game. I'm still really thinking about playing through GTA IV and Red Dead Redemption again after this because it's just so much fun to get lost in this world.

R* gives their reasoning in the latest Game Informer behind the whole lineage thing as apposed to the type of character customization found in games like Saints Row or Skyrim. It makes a lot of sense and I actually prefer it the way that it is.
Besides, who wouldn't want to have John Marston as a father?

I know the collectors edition has Claude Misty ad Niko. Nywys I think online is working now. Played a game for like 2 hours and now retrying the dreaded first race

I've created like twenty different characters NO JOKE. I'm done until R* FIXES THE F UP. MY latest character was so beautiful and she didn't look like a crack w*ore like most female character MODELS DO! SCREW YOU ROCKSTAR, SCREW YOU DAN HOUSER, SCREW EVERYONE THAT WORKS OVER THERE

Just beat story mode using option C. Amazing. The credits have been rolling for an hour it seems...
Looking forward to going back into the game and having some mindless fun now the story is over.
What a game!
Still thinking about playing through GTA IV and Red Dead again!

Well I got through the two mandatory online missions, but I keep getting kicked out whenever I try to go back in to do anything further than that. Just glad to finally have my character saved. Now if I could only use him.

Is there a way to officially save a character? Because I did freeplay and everything was fine but the host ended game and sent me back to single player, then on my character wheel I saw my created player, hit it and it started me on the story mode but after the first race failed my character was gone for good

Love online but money disappears so fast, raised 35k today and went offline just now with only 19k.
Had a blast tryin to steal jets from the army base though.
