Apparently GTA has licensed cars now? I swear I saw an Audi logo in the trailer.

I wonder what time period this will be set? I guess modern since IV was set in modern times.

Apparently GTA has licensed cars now? I swear I saw an Audi logo in the trailer. I saw that as well. At first I assumed it was a typical GTA style knock off brand, but when you pause it you see the 4 rings. Also, in one of the breakdown videos, there is an Aston Martin logo. Pretty sweet!

STEVIE WONDER, bitches!!!!!!! I am praying that this is indicative that the soundtrack will be better than 4. 4 literally only had a handful of songs I enjoyed, and thankfully most of them were on liberty rock or whatever it was called. Goodbye Horses, Evil Woman, Age of Seventeen, and maybe one or two others were the only songs I liked as opposed to the previous games ridiculous soundtracks. Vice City was perfect 80s, SA was perfect 90s. Hopefully this is a good mixture of new and old. I know you can use custom music, but I would just prefer to use pre-made stations and enjoy they commercials and lead ins.

I agree. The soundtracks are a huge part of the game for me. San Andreas was awesome, but Vice City takes the cake soundtrack-wise. I'm just a sucker for 80s songs.

Vice City's sound track was perfect! I enjoy an 80's song here and there, but there was something so fitting about the songs that were chosen. It just felt like a beautiful contrast to the death and destruction you were causing.

Hey man, to each their own. You're right about the contrast to all the killing and sh*t blowing up. I just love it more because most of the songs are actually very good songs, as well. I reeeeeally wish they'd release that as an HD remake or something.

GTAIII was rated along with Vice City, and GTAIII is under PS2 Classics. Likewise, San Andreas has also been rated for release on the PlayStation Store. However, the release of VC could be delayed because it's been pulled off Steam for the time, something about a problem with music licensing. Ironic, because you guys were talking about the soundtrack. It's said to be the Michael Jackson song, so does that even surprise you?

I don't see why they couldn't be able to just take those songs out.
Having the games on some sort of "PS2 Classics" under the PS Store is cool, I guess. I just REALLY think HD remakes would make those games even that much better.

There's always that bit of nostalgia by playing the originals - with the graphics being as they were in 2001, 2002 - but HD remakes would be great of those games.
