The Beginning:
August 20th 2012 Lion Heart Chris Jericho a world wide sensation and singer of metal band Fozzy has his last match in the WWE against Dolph Ziggler in a contract vs MITB contract match. Jericho would go on to lose this match and have his WWE contract terminated. Jericho with a terminated contract with the WWE now goes on tour with his band Fozzy while still in negotiation with the WWE board of directors to re-sign with the company. Jericho doesn't decline the offer however chooses discontinue negotiating with the WWE at the moment. As the Fozzy tour continues Jericho like most unemployed big names gets offered a spot with TNA but seeing no reason to Jericho declines the offer. By late September Jericho is wanting to come back to do something wrestling related however doesn't want to wrestle. Jericho is stuck between a rock and a hard place seeing as how he wants to try to play the position of power rather then wrestling the same old same old in WWE. Jericho tries to put out feelers for a General Manager spot to replace AJ seeing as she was being taken from the spot in story however being heart set on having Jericho wrestle WWE refuses Jericho the General Manager spot and Jericho refuses WWE the wrestling spot for the time being. Still stuck in position of power mode Jericho looks to his past for ideas on how to get what he wants but still give back to the wrestling fans. Looking back on his past Jericho begins to remind himself of his Hart dungeon days along with his wrestling school days. Feeling the nostalgia Jericho decides to move back to Canada in Calgary Alberta and pulls his money together and does something much like Tommy Dreamer recently chose to do with "House of Hardcore" and opens a wrestling school named after Jericho's Lion Heart days and calls the wrestling school "The Lions Den Wrestling Academy." Jericho puts out big word and and looks for applicants and contacts a few friends to help him out. Jericho comes in contact and has his friends and huge stars Edge and Bret Hart agree to do the commentary at the LDW shows. Jericho also hires his friends Scott Levy also known as Raven and Ultimo Dragon as instructors for the academy's students.
