Match 1 - Divas Battle Royale: 15 Divas, Winner gets Divas Championship Title shot at Wrestlemania.
Build Up - To kick off the Royal Rumble, a special Divas Battle Royale with current Divas and past Divas who make a return including Trish Stratus and Lita. Battle Royale starts off with all fifteen Divas in the ring at once.
Match - When the bell rings, AJ Lee (no longer GM) sneaks out and hides out of the ring. All Divas are at it as fans take interest till Trish Stratus is the last Diva standing to fan appreciation of the Attitude Era. Thinking she won, AJ Lee with a smirk runs into the ring and throws Trish out of the ring for the win.
Winner: AJ Lee and No. 1 contender for Divas Championship at Wrestlemania.
Match 2 - WWE Intercontinental Championship: The Miz (Champion) versus Alberto Del Rio in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
Build Up - Alberto at Survivor Series was a member of Team Awesome, and was upset that he didn't have his own team because he is a Main Eventer (and whines a lot about it). As Miz (who is two time IC champion after losing it before hand and winning it again on a Raw show) takes a beating against Team Hell No (who were champions at the time), Alberto doesn't accept a tag from him. Alberto decides to eliminate himself by leaving the ring as a crybaby. An angry Miz challenges Alberto to a match with the title on the line at TLC. The match ended up as a draw with Miz keeping the title. Alberto wants his chance to become IC champion and challenges the Miz to a Falls Count Anywhere match.
Match - Alberto makes his first entrance till he is attacked by the Miz with the IC title from behind. The bell rings and he takes Alberto to the garage and to Del Rio's limo, throwing him to the window and doors. Miz finds a sledgehammer and Alberto cries out no, till Miz starts to break down the limo. Alberto decides to run to the ring as the Miz chases him down. Alberto hides behind the curtain the leads to the arena and attacks a running Miz.
Alberto takes Miz to the Ring and he starts to attack him and they wrestle back and forth till Miz gets out of the ring. Miz goes under the Ring to find a trash can. As he tries to go "hardcore oldschool" on Del Rio, Del Rio manages to hit the Miz with a DDT on the floor for the Pin to two. Del Rio grabs a hold of the can and as he is ready ot smash the Miz's head, he kicks Del Rio and goes for the Mizard of Oz on Alberto, but rather than being successful at it, he ends up dropping on top of the trash can taking a bigger hit.
Del Rio throws the Miz into the ring and goes for the Cross Armbreaker till Miz was able to counter and hits Del Rio with an enzuigiri. Miz goes for the pin for a two count. Miz decides to go for a steel chair out of the ring. Bringing it inside, Del Rio hits a drop kick as the chair makes impact on the Miz. Miz tries to get up till Del Rio hits a firemans carry double knee gutbuster and pins the Miz for the win.
Winner: Alberto Del Rio and new WWE Intercontinental Champion.
Match 3 - Singles Match: John Cena versus Mark Henry
Build Up - Mark Henry makes a WWE return by attacking John Cena on New Year's Raw as John Cena was making his "new years resolutions" in the center of the ring. Mark challenged him to a match and Cena says he doesn't want to face a has been and wants to be ready for the Royal Rumble and tries to hype a Cena vs. Rock II match at Wrestlemania, an angry Henry destroys Cena and drops the World's Strongest Slam in the middle of the ring. Following week on Raw, Cena goes on a fury and attacks Henry during a backstage interview. The next week on Raw, Mark defeats CM Punk in a non-title match. Last Raw leading to the Rumble, Cena signs a contract with Henry for the match which leads to Henry attacking Cena during the contract signing.
Match - Cena and Henry face off in the ring. Cena tries to overpower Henry, but Henry uses his weight to his advantage early on. Cena shows that he is too quick for Henry and manages to slam Henry with ease. He finally drops the knuckle shuffle and pins Henry who kicks out at one. Cena goes to the ropes for a flying punch till Henry grabs on to him for a bearhug. Cena manages to get out of the hold and hits a few punches to try to get the big guy down. It's not enough, so Cena goes to the ropes and tries to clothesline him. Henry is dazed but doesn't go down. Cena than goes on the top rope and jumps on Henry's back to bring the man down into a sleeper hold.
Cena struggles to put the big man to sleep. Mark Henry starts to faint and the referee goes for the count. Mark gets up at two and picks up Cena with all his strength for a Gorilla Press. Henry goes for a running splash for the pin with Cena kicking out. Henry gets Cena up till Cena manages to start fist fighting back and hits a drop kick for Henry to fall out of the ring. Cena goes for the top rope and hits a double axe handle on Henry.
Getting Henry back into the ring, Cena shows his power by hitting a belly to belly suplex for the pin. Henry kicks out at two and struggles to get up. Cena waits for him till he picks him up for the AA. Cena goes for the pin till Mark kicks out. Cena is in a big shock and argues with the referee. Mark manages to get up in time and picks up Cena for the World's Strongest Slam. Henry decides not to pin him and watches Cena laying on the mat with a frightening stare. Cena tries to get up and Henry goes for a second World's Strongest Slam. Again
Mark decides not to pin. He watches Cena struggling to the ropes and gives him a third spam for the pinfall with a shocked crowd.
Winner: Mark Henry
Match 4 - WWE United States Championship: Antonio Cesaro versus Big Show (Champion)
Build Up: On Smackdown following New Years, Big Show challenged Cesaro for the US Championship and won the title. Cesaro wants a rematch.
Match - In a quick match, Cesaro rushes towards Big Show who lands the WMD. Big Show laughs and boasts around the ring at how easy it was till Cesaro manages to roll Big Show into a small package for a surprising win. Cesaro runs out of the ring, grabs the title and runs out holding the belt as Big Show goes nuts in the ring.
Winner: Antonio Cesaro and new WWE US Champion
Match 5 - WWE Tag Team Championship: Kane versus Daniel Bryan
Build Up: In a bizarre and rare match, both tag team champions want to determine who is the true tag champion by facing each
other. The winner will get both belts and pick there own partner.
Match - Kane and Bryan exchange words about who is the champion
till Kane attacks Bryan. Bryan manages a few high flying moves on Kane and manages to subdue him. Daniel Bryan going for the top rope and making a jump for Kane to only quickly hit a chokeslam for the pin. Kane takes the mic and announces that his tag team partner will be Daniel Bryan.
Winner: Kane and still tag team champions, Team Hell No
Match 6 - Battle Royale: 30 Superstars, Winner gets the World Heavyweight Championship
Build Up - During TLC last December, Shaemus had taken on Ryback (who moved to Smackdown) for the World Heavyweight Championship in a classic Ladder match. Unfortunately, as Shaemus managed to get a hold of the title, Ryback spears him from the other side of the ladder to injure Shaemus. Because Shaemus sustained major injuries, he vacates the title on New Years RAW.
Match - Ryback is punished at No. 1. Kofi Kingston hits No. 2. Ziggler at No. 3. No. 29 is Kane, No. 30 is Daniel Bryan. Ryback stays on till the end, eliminating 11 guys and manages to throw Kane with the help of Bryan over the top. As Daniel laughs, Ryback kicks him behind his head as Bryan falls over the top for the win.
Winner: Ryback, new World Heavyweight Champion.
Main Event - WWE Championship: CM Punk (Champion, with Paul Heyman) vs. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Build Up - At Raw 1000, the Rock had challenged whomever the WWE Champion would be at the Royal Rumble, at that same event CM Punk became a heel by attacking him. The Rock makes a return at the Survivor Series with Team Bring It losing to Team Cena after CM Punk inteferes and has the Rock lose to Cena as the last man remaining. Punk has kept his title for 434 Days to become the longest reigning champion in WWE History since 1988.
The Rock comes out for two Raw showings in January to out-talk CM Punk and to build hype for the match.
Match - Match starts off as a street fight taking it out of the ring. Rock chases Punk inside the ring only to find himself in a quick GTS. Punk goes for the pin and the Rock kicks out. The two continue on only this time Punk has the advantage over the Rock.
Five minutes into the match, the Rock finds himself thrown into the ropes only to counter CM Punk for the Rock Bottom. Punk has his shoulder up at two. The Rock goes for the People's Elbow and misses. Punk gets up and attacks the Rock's elbow repeatedly and goes for the Anaconda Vise, but the Rock was there in time to reach for the ropes.
Ten minutes into the match and CM Punk continues to take it out on the Rock, focusing on the right arm of the Rock, while going for a step-up high knee and bulldog. Goes for the pin, Rock kicks out. A frustrated Punk decides to go for the GTS again, only this time The Rock pushes CM Punk to the ropes and on his feet, manages to hook the Rock Bottom on Punk. The Rock moves aside as he is in pain as the referee starts the ten count. Reaching at nine, Rock pins Punk for two.
Fifteen minutes into the match, Rock takes CM Punk to the corner and goes Stone Cold style with repeated kicks. Rock throws Punk to another corner, than to the ropes for a massive clothesline with Punk thrown out of the ring. Rock gets out of the ring, grabs a hold of Punk and throws him unto the announce table. The Rock tries to go for a Rock Bottom on the table, but is pushed unto the floor. Punk jumps with a double axe handle on the Rock and throws the Rock into the ring. CM Punk goes to the top rope and drops the diving elbow drop on the Rock for the pin. Rock has his shoulders up at two.
Twenty minutes into the match, Punk is extremely frustrated and throws a fit at fans who are cheering for the Rock. He decides to throw the referee out of the ring, he goes outside of the Ring and takes the WWE Championship belt with him as the Rock sits in a corner in pain. Paul Heyman is screaming at Punk to get back in the ring, Punk kicks him in the gut and attacks him with the belt as he gains major heat from fans. He takes a microphone and says he doesn't need Paul and that he had enough and that he doesn't need to prove he is the Best in the World.
Mr. McMahon appears and tells him that he will have to forfeit the title if he leaves tonight. Punk says to make him and Vince attacks him with a cheap shot to his groin. Vince takes Punk and throws him in the Ring for the Rock to be waiting for him.
The confused referee not realizing what had happened enters the Ring with his hand over his head. As Punk tries to get up the Rock lays a Rock Bottom for the pin. Punk kicks out at two and the Rock sits motionless as Vince looks stunned. The crowd is in shock thinking it was all over.
The Rock finally decides to go for a People's Elbow, as he is about to drop it on Punk, Punk gets up quickly to grab a hold of The Rock's elbow to twist it into the Anaconda Vice. Suddenly, Vince stops the match before The Rock gives up. Punk gets up wondering if he got the win looks at Vince by the ropes, the announcement is made that the Rock wins by Disqualification because Punk had attacked an official.
Punk grabs a hold of the title out of the Ring and laughs as he watches the Rock talking trash; celebrating in the Ring.
Winner: The Rock via Disqualification.
