Just so everyone has a firm rundown of how everything runs on this board, I'd like to discuss the rules and regulations that will be implemented either permanently or temporarily depending on it's effectiveness towards the system. Keep in mind that new or old regulations will be added constantly.

- Anyone who begins a flame war, starts arguments, impersonates any member, sends any member rude comments will be ban from 1 PPV and will reported to admin. This isn't the place for rash behavior and it will not be tolerated. Nor will racism or any exposure to sexual content. You are also violating TOS which can result in the removal of your account on WF.
- Any member may only issue 2 open challenges a month towards any champion of there choice or any pivot animator on this board, but they can decline the challenge if they choose to do so. If a champion accepts, and there's is a #1 Contender in line for a match a Triple Threat Match will be scheduled.
- You must consult with me if you wish to co-host or host a PPV. If I feel that you are capable of hosting a PPV, I will grant you the opportunity.
- The title may or may not be vacated if the champion is PERMANENTLY banned depending on the circumstances. Under the right conditions the title may be given to the opponent. If the champion is temporarily ban for a week and their is no matches already scheduled they may keep the title and cannot be challenge until the ban has been lifted. Any longer then a week the title will be vacated.
- If the champion has been inactive for 1-2 weeks where as a PPV is underway and the champion isn't around to defend or a challenge has been issued the title will be vacated.
- If the champion is on vacation for 1-3 weeks I will hold the title until they return to defend the title. Messaging me will be required so I may return the title that you are entitled to.
- Champions who aren't on vacation or temporarily ban must be ready to defend their title against #1 Contenders AT ALL TIMES! and they cannot disregard that challenger when they must defend. If this is done, the champion will be stripped of the title and the #1 Contender will be rewarded with the title.
- If you are champion who is on vacation and you sign on to WF's and a challenge is issued during that time, PM me explaining that you are unable to defend due to your location and the match will be postponed.

Section 2
- When voting, you must critique every animator with constructive and wholesome votes. The minimum you are allowed to state for any match or PPV is 1-2 sentences.
- If you lose to a champion, you have only one rematch clause on PPV. If you are #1 Contender for multiple championship matches and you lose all, you are entitled only to one rematch clause against only one champion. You have 1 rematch PER champion.
- If you do not hand-in for a non competitive match off PPPV or for a PPPV match, it will count as a lost in SFBL record list.
- It is encouraged that any PPPV participants send their stips to me and the host of that PPV.
- Both parties must agree to a non-competitive friendly oriented match in order to disqualify their match from the Win Loss Ratio thread. This means Wins or Losses will not be counted.
