Hey guys,
If this is the wrong thread let me know, I looked all over for the best place to ask about this.
I'm trying to make a "Pipe Bomb" Punk which would involve some fairly expensive figs getting swapped...any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I'm only looking to do heads. I've googled extensively and seen a few YouTube vids but trust you guys more...
So can I just use hot tap water? How long do you submerge? Is it head only or can you dip the shoulders too? Is there a recommended temps true? Boiling?
Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Scared to do a head-swap? Lol..anyways water temp doesn't matter...for me anyways. I usually just run the faucet with hot water until i see steam, then from there i just place the neck under the water until the head feels rubbery enough and then just pull it off with a towel. Done.

Put water in a microwavable cup. Put on for 2-3 minutes. Take out and put figure up to the neck in the cup for around 30 seconds. Take out and use either paper towels or a rag something like that to take the head out. This process can be used to remove arms,legs,boots and all the joint in between knees and elbows.

Thanks! I did the running it under the sink gimmick and it worked perfectly!
On the subject of Punk, anyone know of any scans that are the same as his E11? It's my fave son but that fig is $$$.

it's only a head swap i just turn the tap to the hottest temp and throw the fig in for like a minute than rip it off not too hard
