No offense but these things are choppier than a SNES game. You should up the quality by using higher resolution pics. What software are you using? Please don't say Paint.

Learn Photoshop brother.....it's the only way you will get something that looks good. No disrespect, but these clearly show the limitations of Paint. Good looking out though trying to give people what they want, for that I'll +1 you.
