The premiere edition of TNA Xplosion opens with the opening video package, before moving inside the TNA iMPACT Zone. Jeremy Borash is at the announce booth and welcomes us to the broadcast, before introducing us to Todd Keneley. The two will be calling the weekly action for TNA Xplosion and sends us to the ring for our opening contest.
Gail Kim & Madison Rayne vs. Brooke Tessmacher & ODB The bell sounds as Brooke and Madison lock-up with Madison taking the early advantage, pulling Brooke into a side headlock. Brooke pushes Madison off and sends her into the ropes, which leaves Madison to bounce back into a clothesline by Brooke. Madison rolled to the floor and called a time-out, but Brooke followed her and chased her around the ring, only to get a clothesline for troubles by Gail Kim. ODB came around the ring by the official got between ODB and Gail Kim, allowing Gail and Madison to double-team Brooke on the arena floor. Madison tosses Brooke back into the ring and goes for the cover, but Brooke kicked out at a two count. Madison put a few boots to Brooke before slamming down on her chest with an elbow drop, yet still only got a two count. Madison made the tag to Gail Kim allowing Gail to come in and wear down Brooke with a more submission based game. Brooke wasn't going down without a fight though and shoved Gail away when Gail went for a DDT. Brooke used a kick to the midsection followed by a running clothesline to take Kim down. This was the opening Brooke was looking for and made a tag to ODB, while Gail Kim got the tag to Madison Rayne. ODB came in with a full head of steam and took Madison down to the mat with a Thez Press. ODB bounced Madison's head off the mat a few times before knocking Gail Kim off the apron. ODB would set-up the BAM and connect on Madison for the victory.
Winners: Brooke Tessmacher & ODB Post-Match, ODB and Brooke Tessmacher would celebrate their victory in the ring.
The cameras would turn to the backstage area where an interviewer questioned Samoa Joe about his TNA World Television Championship title defense against Crimson. Joe said that he has dominated each and every challenger that stepped up, with tonight being no different. He proclaimed himself the best fighting champion that TNA Wrestling had ever seen and nothing would change, saying he'd defend his TNA World Television Championship on every episode of TNA Xplosion from tonight on.

We return from commercial break with Madison Rayne and Gail Kim backstage. Gail is yelling at Madison for losing the tag team match, yet Madison says that Gail dropped the ball too. Gail makes a bold statement that she could beat ODB with a snap of her fingers. Gail would regret this statement as ODB happened to overhear her comment and come into the frame to challenge Gail Kim to a match on next week's broadcast. Gail tried to back out of it, but Madison spoke up and said Gail accepts the challenge. ODB walks off commenting about Eric Young needs to show up with her chicken and beer.
Robbie E & Robbie T make their way down to the ring with "The List" clipboard in hand. Robbie E cuts a promo about how there is a conspiracy against him and Robbie T. He says that they're the longest reigning tag-team in a very long time for TNA Wrestling, yet they aren't getting a TNA World Tag Team Championship match. They are unable to finish their promo, as the music of Kid Kash plays. Kid Kash and Gunner make their way to the ring, responding to the two Robbie's comments, saying that they are far from being good enough to challenge for the tag team championship. Robbie E shoots back that they have beaten the best tag teams in the world. Kash shakes his head and says that they haven't beaten them. Robbie E's eyes get big and yells for Robbie T to check the list, but Robbie T shakes his head no. "Sorry, you're not on the list, bro!" responds Robbie E before Kash knocks his block off. Robbie E goes down with one punch and rolls to the arena floor, as Robbie T goes after Gunner and Kash. Kash and Gunner double-team Robbie E tossing him to the arena floor. Kash picks up Robbie's "The List" clipboard and rips all the pages up before tossing them into the iMPACT Zone crowd, yelling "I don't need to be on your list to kick your ass!" as the Robbie E & Robbie T retreat to the back.
Backstage, Crimson is asked about his match against Samoa Joe in the main event. Crimson says that he and Samoa Joe are very familiar, in that they both debuted with long winning streaks. Crimson states that tonight is the start of his new streak… and championship title reign.

Kenny King vs. Zema Ion Kenny King made his return to TNA Wrestling against the former TNA X-Division Champion, Zema Ion. Ion would actually jump King before the bell and take the early advantage. Ion would take King to the arena floor and ram him back first into the ring post before tossing him into the guard rail. It appeared Ion was attempting to injure King as he would hip toss him on the arena floor, causing King to land with a thud. Ion has been ruthless since he broke Jesse Sorensen's neck a few months ago, tonight was no different. He'd finally toss King back into the ring, but King would kick out following a pin attempt by Ion. King would slowly mount a comeback with a flurry of punches and kicks, including almost knocking Ion out with a Tornado Kick, but Ion would kick out. King would score the victory after Ion would lay him out with a DDT and attempt a 450 Splash from the top-rope, but King got his knees up in time! King rolled Ion up with a small package to pull off the win!
Winner: Kenny King Following the match, King would celebrate his victory, but Ion would attack him. Ion would snap on a modified arm bar to King as the official called for help to the ring. More officials ran down and pulled Ion off before longterm damage could be done to King's arm. Ion broke free of the officials holding him back and he sprayed hairspray in the face of the downed King before finally leaving.
A video package aired hyping up TNA Turning Point on pay-per-view!
The cameras caught up with Ion backstage and the interviewer questioned the post-match attack. Ion said that it was to prove that he's not just pretty, he's pretty freaking dangerous. He said there was more where that came from.

TNA World Television Championship: Samoa Joe © vs. Crimson In the main event of the evening, Samoa Joe and Crimson locked horns with neither man giving an inch. The two locked-up and Samoa Joe forced Crimson into the corner, but Crimson pushed back and got Samoa Joe into a different corner of the ring. The two broke the lock-up clean before repeating the process, but this time Crimson took a cheap shot after a clean break. Samoa Joe didn't take kindly to the cheap shot and smacked Crimson with an open palm slam to the face, which Crimson would in-return tackle Samoa Joe to the mat. Crimson delivered stiff right hands to the face of Samoa Joe, but Joe would fight back and connect with a few elbows to the face of Crimson. The two men delivered stiff shots back and forth until Crimson pulled Samoa Joe back to his feet and the two exchanged more blows from a standing position. Crimson would go for a knee to the gut, but Samoa Joe would catch his foot and trip Crimson down to the mat. Joe locked in an STF on Crimson but Crimson got to the rope, only for Samoa Joe to break the hold and drag him back to the center of the ring. Samoa Joe applied another STF and this time Crimson had no choice but to submit.
Winner: Samoa Joe retains the TNA World Television Championship Following the match, Samoa Joe celebrated his TNA World Television Championship defense. The show closes with Samoa Joe celebrating in the ring, with Crimson in the corner staring a whole in Samoa Joe.
