John Cena or Ryback will win the 2013 Royal Rumble. You can put that down as a lock.Cena wins to set up Rock/Cena II or a possible Rock/Cena/Punk WWE Title match at Wrestlemania or Ryabck wins and he goes after the World Title and whomever may be holding it in Sheamus,Ziggler or still hopefully Big Show.
If Cena or Ryback don't win the Royal Rumble I would be very shock.

I'm pretty sure the Rumble Match itself will go on last, as I have a feeling that whoever loses the Rock vs CM Punk Match will enter the Rumble Match and win it.

I actually think the PPV payoff is going to be the Rumble winner. That's why I think Cena is going to win. I'm leaning towards Rock beating Punk but it really doesn't matter because I think we will see Punk vs Rock vs Cena. If Rock wins the title and then Cena wins the Rumble we obviously have the suspense of Rock vs Cena II. If Punk screws Rock at Rumble, loses to Rock at Chamber and then Cena wins the Rumble, we have our triple threat. Either way, I think WWE is looking to have the payout be the big match setup. If that wasn't the case, I'd prefer Rock vs Punk be last because it will undoubtedly be why I'm buying the Rumble and will be better than the Rumble match imo.

Rumble does usually go on last, but there are times when it doesn't. Never really bothers me since you're still getting the Rumble match. It's like saying the WWE Championship should always main event WrestleMania or a Money in the Bank should always main event the Money in the Bank PPV. In 1998, during the beloved attitude era, the WWF title match went on last and nobody seemed to care. very hard for anything to go on after Undertaker was BURNED TO DEATH IN A CASKET.

What i find funny is that Survivor Series 2003, Taker was buried alive and yet the last match was Goldberg vs HHH...pretty strange having a match after Taker being buried alive. Same with Bragging Rights 2010.
