Basically im hosting next ppv and im calling it:

Survivor Series

This ppv There will be a 5 On 5 Traditional Survivor series matchup and the teams have already been chosen - you know who you are so sign for that match please along with any other ones. (if you're in the 5v5 you are allowed to sign for the usual two matches also)

All champions must defend for this PPV, or your title will become vacated.

-People who did not turn in last PPV (you know who you are), may not sign up. You can make replacements for the PPV.

-If you did not vote for at least 3 matches last PPV, you may not sign for more than one match(unless your 1# contender or champion) *If you had a valid reason then you are allowed 2.

-If you plan on going into the tag team #1 contenders or have earned your way into the tag title match, state your partner's name, or you won't get in.

- If you plan on signing for European or High Flyer contenders matches, choose one or the other.

-The Hardcore Championship match doesn't require a sign up, it's an open challenge. Anyone can enter.

-You may only be in a maximum of 2 matches this PPV.

-If you don't plan on handing in don't sign up
