What is up with Ringside pushing back orders everyday? I understand Hurricane Sandy hit, but it seems everyone I know in the NYC area has electric back on, the transportation is running and most the mess is cleaned up. I was supposed to receive an order late Oct and Sandy hit (which sucked) so I was patient with them waiting until their 11/6 date they originally had posted to promise orders be shipped out at. Well when it hit 11/5, 11/6 turned to 11/7 then (which I was still fine with considering tomorrow is 11/7), but now I check there site again it's pushed back until 11/8? Just wondering will we ever see a real date anytime soon for our orders to ship out or anything? Can't they just give a date and stick with it instead of leaving us loyal customers up in the dark about it? Sorry for the rant, I'm just getting a bit annoyed with them coming back on there word 3 times now on when they were going to ship out orders is all. Is anyone else getting antsy or annoyed by the situation a little? Nope not at all. For all you know they could be ready to ship things, but their UPS hub or local USPS that does their pick ups still aren't ready and keep pushing back when they'll be ready. There's hundreds of reasons that the their projected shipping dates keep changing which are no fault to them because they have no control over. Remember that was one of the hardest hit areas with Sandy...just because your area is back to normal there are plenty who aren't. We lost power for a total of 30 minute during the storm. (it went out around 7:30 that night and was back on by 8) yet some of our neighbors didn't get power back until the day before yesterday. My daughter went back to school on Monday yet the middile school a mile away is still closed because of no power

Yeah, well, Im glad the guy got thrown out. I dont understand how people can be so insensitve over some dam toys.
I love collecting like the rest of us, and believe me so, when I say I rely on Ringside waaaaaay more than any of you in this forum. I do lots of business with these guys and the fact that they are not shipping is hurting me, HOWEVER I refuse to sit here and write, or listen to anybody else continue to complain that Ringside is changing dates. If you are writing about it, you are complaining about it. Shut the hell up with these posts and BE PATIENT!!!

I know I bag Ringside a lot, but this is getting ridiculous. They were just hit by one of the worst hurricanes the east coast has seen in a hundred years, people are dying, over a hundred are dead, its snowing and people are without not only heat and power, but without homes and you're worrying about your action figures arriving a week late. I'm happy you got banned because you're a selfish no good ****.

Again, I am not worried about my action figures arriving a week late. I was just asking a simple question as to why the date on there page keeps getting pushed back every single day, when they could just put next week on there? Simple. I didn't say I needed my toys today, I didn't say I did not care about Ringside or anyone who was affected by the storm. I just asked a simple question. You guy's all jump down my throat like I said something horrible and i didn't. I apologize for offending any of you by asking a simple question, but I really didn't say or do anything wrong. I know how people were affected by the storm, I live in NJ too. To Tampatoys, I wouldn't have called you an A Hole if you wouldn't have been so ignorant or called me junky and told me shut the hell up and everything else. I'm not a bad person just because I wanted to know a question. I am really hoping the Wfigs Anti site is wrong about this place. So i'm saying i'm sorry for stirring up a ruckus and I just will keep me simple, not threatening questions to myself.

I'll explain it to you like this: - The situation here is very different than the situation in NYC. It's even very different from the situation the next town over. Even down the street. Absolutely every building, house, and area was effected differently and is recovering differently. - The date that's being put on the site is meant to be 'optimistic.' It's certainly not meant to cause you anxiety or make you antsy. The good news about the date, even though it's changing, is we have been going day to day with the hope that we can start shipping by the date that's being posted. Putting it up for next week isn't as realistic as putting it up for Friday, because it's more likely shipping will begin Friday than next week. Know what I mean? The 'at least' at the end is meant to give a cushion and let you know that despite that same optimism, there's of course a chance things could get pushed back, as that's how recovery from a disaster is working. Thanks for being concerned and honestly, thanks for being excited. I know where you're coming from. But bear with us! It'll be sooner rather than later.

Thanks again Tom. Make sure you prepare to keep warm the next few days in case. I hear were getting high damaging winds again or snow on top of it soon. Its already getting windy here and snowing a little. It will be a cold one the next god knows how long with out power again if it goes out like they say it will.

Thanks, Tom for that. I'm in no hurry to get my figures, I understand what happen in NYC was pretty bad and I'd just like everything to return to normal - so the suffering is over.

Bought a few thing from that area just before Sandy hit and of course these sellers are stuck right now dealing with the situation. I have no problem waiting as long as they need to get there LIVES back in order before they ship out some toys
