Ok , I'm not even sure if this is the right brand ( Mattel ) but I won a strange Jeff hardy figure off eBay from the uk and if not the elite or basic style but it doesn't resemble anything that jakks or Mattel put out here is what he looks like etc , purple slick back hair , no face paint , black tank top , black pants white arm bands , green belt and one tattoo on his neck , hardy boys logo . His articulation is almost like a elite or deluxe aggress. mixed . This is not a custom btw it says wwe 2010 made in china on both boots . What the heck is this ?? Any help would be great???

Sounds like a crappy bootleg figure but pictures would help. There have been a few Mattel bootleg styled figures of different quality from the mix and matched Elite/DA figures to the Batista, Mysterio, Warrior, Hardy figures everyone was passing off as prototypes or unreleased errors.

It's different the parts used for this I have never seen before . His fingers are doing the hardy sign . It almost looks like a deluxe aggression figure but the parts are way different as for a picture I tried to post one threw my phone but it said the file is too big

The Jeff Hardy elite prototypes were stolen from the factory in China and released/reproduced or something. They are selling a stolen product and thus doing something illegal. This will get locked because Ringside/WF/we have a good relationship with Mattel and we would not want to spoil that by supporting someone who stole from them.

Before the lock, was there ever any legit proof that ANY of the figures were actually boxed and released as such? I've seen a handful of custom boxes, but not sure if there was ever an official box for it.

I know what he's talking about. I've seen it. It's really weird. Doesn't look like it was made by Jakks or Mattel. I saw someone selling one on ebay and I contacted him asking who makes it and even he didn't know.

The eBay seller supposedly found it at a Mattel store or something.

One member even had the box signed by Jeff.

There's no proof of where the Jeff's have come from, the powers that be are just always looking for an opportunity to shut out any competition they might have.
