I'm pretty sure I've seen this Hogan before though. Can I have some Info on these Please. They don't look like they are Jakks-made anyway, who made them? Are there any others to the Line etc? they are made by jakks, they came out in 3 ways. In a board game (or atleast they were originally suppose to come that way) in 2 packs, and I know for sure Hogan was also a Toy Fair giveaway.
I would assume due to that packaging, that set is from the board game.

they're the figures from the "Undisputed" board game from 2002. They are Jakks made

These were called Half Pints figures by Jakks. They came in the variations described above by Midnight.
