Ive seen alot of people suggest a E11 wade barrett for a scott hall elite custom. My question is, what arms do you use and how do you do a full arm switch to account for getting rid of Barretts tattoo?
Im debating if this would be a better body to use than hillbilly jim.

I think it depends on what era you're going for... Barrett would be good for early WCW days, and HBJ for his later career or a more modern look.

Personally i think the elite Barrett torso looks far more like Hall in his prime than the HBJ torso

Those are different legs than HBJ though yeah? Cause just head swapping with HBJ makes him just as tall as Diesel (I don't have Nash....yet)

The r3 head makes the hbj body looks big. Here's mine using a diff head and kane's biceps.

its a modded mattel jake roberts head.. it doesn't look too beautiful in pictures and i think it can be executed better by any better customizer..

Try a DH Smith body with the r3 head. This is mine with pencil drawn hair (sealed) and hand painted trunks. Here is another option, Stone Cold body You can use the HBJ body, but use the Classic Series Razor head, it is a much better size match.
