So who has been the longest serving mod of all time? and who is currently the longest reigning mod out all the mods right now?

It's got to be Cass, but that's only because the forum pays about as much attention to the pose board as the posers do.

Every month? Nah--at least not that I remember from since I signed up on here. I became mod (the first time around) within a year of being here. Then a year or so later, I handed it over to J-Dav, who then handed it over to hbkjason a year after that, and then the next year (I want to say 08) he passed it off back to me. Since then the whole mod switching business has definitely slowed down. Due to what the admins are looking for in terms of qualifications, it can be tough to find someone eligible to replace you even if you think they'd be good for it.

I modded the text fed board back in like 03 or 04 and it was a monthly thing were we would recommend a few replacements on the mod board for the admins to choose from. It was the same with the Micro board when I modded it in like 07 or 08.

We took over in Nov/Dec 2005 and then there were new Mods by February 2006. Something along those lines. But they were being changed every couple of months at that time.

it was every month with the exception of slower boards until whenever they changed it. however, if the current mod had done a good job, there was a good chance he just carried on to the next month.
eventually jack or whoever decided to save themselves the time and just make spots essentially permanent. less time spent on it, less hassle as you have 'tested and true' people to fit the role and 100% less annoying 'make me mod' posts by random members.
i personally liked the monthly switch, it encouraged board activity but this forum has been neutured in terms of an actual online community by making it feel like they're constantly trying to sell you figures and such aggressive no tolerance attitudes about members bickering.
i bet i'm still the only member that was a mod, banned and deleted, then brought back again and made mod in the same day.

It's got to be Cass, but that's only because the forum pays about as much attention to the pose board as the posers do. I'm at about 5 1/2 years. If I remember correctly the few people that were mod when I joined up were Kliquid, John Zero, ThugSuperstar, Blackjack, Blair, Naparo and probably a bunch of other since I'm just going by memory.

Kliquid has been a mod forever.
To be honest, I don't think I have NOT been a mod or admin of some sort since probably 2004.

I was a mod quite a few times actually. I moderated The Lounge, Entertainment x2, Video Games x3, WF Support, and Graphics x2.
