I forgot about what you guys said about him ringing up at $19.99. I was excited to use my Groupon but when the total for 2 figures was nearly $40, it suddenly dawned on me that Lawler rang up at the wrong price.
I knew it was a lost cause, but I asked for a manager who understood how action figures work. A guy came over and started talking about if product is priced too low by mistake, they have to raise the prices to match the other price.
Ugggggh, what are you talking about bro?
In the end, I threw my hands up in the air and just got Barrett and Brodus Clay.

It is annoying but I still payed the 19.99. its just $2 and he's the hardest to find figure in E18.

Mine rang up as $16.99 w/o a problem. I guess some TRUs computers got screwed up or something or TRU caught on to the scalper business. I wonder if he will be more money on TRU.com. If E18 actually shows up on TRU.com that is.
Is anyone's FB Taker doing the same thing?

My Lawler rang up 22.99 and my Taker rang up 19.99. TRU thinks they run $hit.

Same thing happened to me. but it was a new lady who just rang it up at 14.99 plus I had a $10 gift card so i paid like $22 with tax. For lawler and aba taker.

I bought the set minus Rey at TRU, no problem. I've also purchased an additional Cara, Taker, and Brodus and have yet to run into any issue with it. I have however, had the damnedest time getting the free PPV basic after spending 30$. Out of four separate purchases, that promo didn't work not once.

They are probably trying to recoup their losses from all those free Undertaker figures they gave away during their sales. They probably didnt anticipate or realize that people would try to get a extra free figure on top of the free BOPPV figure from their Buy 2 Get 1 free sale. I bet TRU lost their shirt on that sale.

Prices are different at defferent TRU's. The TRU's in Orlando all sell Elites for 19.99 and 22.99 (for BOPPV). In Tampa they go for 16.99 or 17.99 depending on the store. Nothing is by mistake as they did the same with Elite 14 Del Rio, I would imagine b/c of the WWE championship AND MITB breifcase.

Mine rang up at 19 as well. I told the guy at the customer service desk, but this is also the guy that bumped into me and acted a total prick about it on my way in. Lucky me. Paid the $20 something for Lawler. Bullshit, but I still got it.
